Excellent food, cooked to perfection, always hot. Staff are really friendly and welcoming.

Very disappointed for having to pay for a bag and service charge it is horrible and that fact that they are very horrible when they deliver they have no respect at all I don’t feel happy about their customer service and the waiting for the food takes a while

Finally had a takeaway from here & ohh my word. It was first class. Admittedly I only had chicken chow mein (frightened incase I didn’t like the food) I wasn’t disappointed. Will return & will be more adventurous next time.

Everything apart from the rice was overcooked and hard to bite into. The prawn crackers were more like dig biscuits they were that hard. It was a waste of £50. Will never order again

By far the best Chinese food in Telford. What I like about their food is that it’s authentic good quality, not covered in GSM and grease like most are. I will be so disappointed if this business goes downhill and starts to compromise on the quality and taste of their food. Please keep up the good work! My only criticism is that the prices are a little high- especially for the curry sauce.

We really enjoyed this Chinese. The salt and chilli chicken was lovely and the chips were not soggy ! The curry sauce was a bit thin but still tasted great !

23/11/2023 Delivered early, needed to be microwaved. ..We ordered Chicken curry @ £7.90 + Add Chilli extra 0.50p - but received just Chicken in a plain curry sauce with some odd slices of onion, it was ok but not that spicy, i was expecting some veg in this curry sauce. (L) chow Mein.. It was a little was bland @ £6.10 ..no idea what the (L) stands for. (L) Mixed Vegetables.. a tub of veg, nice @ £6.10 but again no idea what the (L) a little misleading, thinking it will be (L) for LARGE but just a regular size tub. 2 oz.. Super hot dipping sauce was very nice. @ £2.50 for just 2 oz. Curry Sauce(L) @ £4.10 nice. Sub total 27.20 Bag fee 0.10 Delivery fee 3.00 Service charge.. 0.50 Total paid. £30.80 Would I Recommend.. No :

Ordered takeaway and was amazed by how authentic their Malaysian Chinese food is! Picture already had a few bites out of it because their food was so good. Had their cereal chicken and beef ho fun. As a Singaporean in Telford, this gets a massive thumbs up from me and I’ll definitely be ordering again. Give this place a try!

Not impressed. Chicken fried rice and the Peking Duck lovely but the Char Sui, dumplings and beef (very chewy) in the curry were awful!!! Received tiniest pot of sweet and sour sauce. Not happy.

Hands down the best takeaway I've ever had. The food from here is always very tasty, comes in good sized portions, and always seems to be cooked with fresh ingredients. I wish I could recommend a favourite dish, but I can't because everything is delicious. Additionally, I live quite a distance from the store but they always seem to deliver very quickly after ordering and the food is always still hot. Highly recommend.

Everything was on point, dumplings perfect, summer chicken perfect, salt and chilli chips perfect, I usually hate sweet and sour but the sauce that came with the dumplings was indescribable, mind blown 10/10

Although the ordering and delivery was fab, it was quite pricy for what I received. I’ve certainly had better prawn toast and chow mein elsewhere. I did enjoy the dumplings and curry sauce.

Definitely not the greatest take away

Believe the hype! Probably the best Chinese I’ve had since moving to Telford. Delivered super hot and amazingly quickly (estimated an hour and a half and took 25mins). Food was perfect. Not too salty, not greasy at all. Prawn toast was that good I made a firm hater a convert. I’m never going anywhere else again. My belly is soooo full and I just want to keep eating this yummy food.

Would have enjoyed the meal more if it was cooked in a lot less oil. There’s nothing worse than having a meal with a layer of oil floating on the top.

The worst Chinese I’ve ever had. I had this delivered off justeat before and it was delicious. Visited the place today and ordered takeaway, it took 5 minutes to get prepared and I know why. The sweet and sour sauce on the chicken balls was scarce and tasted really weird which made it dry. I asked for honey mustard beef and it was like beef with American mustard from Aldi splattered on the top. Was really really bad 🤮

A1 experience. You are not getting better Chinese than this! It's fresh, truly tasty, the meat falls off the bone etc. You'll be left feeling you've had a home cooked meal-meal! Yes you pay for what you get but they are very generous with the portions!

Amazing, delivered fast, food hot and not greasy. The curry sauce was spicy with loads of flavour. The salt and pepper seasoning on the chips was fantastic loads of chilli, onion and garlic, not too salty like other chinese takeout. If you want great chinese that dosent leave that super heavy feeling order from here!

The chow mein was delicious but my husbands special fried rice was awful. He was expecting it to be mixed meat fried with the rice not the way it was presents fried rice and the veg and meat to the side with an egg. He didn't enjoy it and ended up throwing 3/4 away - always order from here but this time we were disappointed.

Officially my favourite take away in Telford (and the UK in general). Third time we have ordered and it hasn't disappointed. The Shrimp ball starter is amazing, the moon moon chicken is a solid favourite and I'm slowly working my way around the menu. As an expat this is proper home comfort food for me being Filipino/Hawaiian. Every bite is a piece of home. The chef is very generous with portion sizes, and they threw in a wonderful pork chop meal in as a trial and that was lovely as well! Honestly can't fault them at all. The driver is so lovely and friendly. The other bit to note is the food is gorgeously presented, even in the take away containers. The effort that goes into the dishes is second to none. Only take away for me now! X

First time ordering from Moon House, definitely won't be the last. Everything was really tasty, high quality ingredients, and packaged with care so no leaks or mess. A cleaner tasting and less greasy meal than our usual Chinese take away.

WOW!! We decided to try this restaurant as we saw some great reviews. Let me tell you the reviews are very accurate. Amazing flavourful food, the fried food isn’t dripping in grease and was so tasty and hot. Well done Moon House we will be back.

My goodness, our new go to take away. As someone who has high standards for Asian cooking (I usually cook it at home being Hawaiian to an English family) the Ho Fun was SPOT ON. Beautifully marinated beef, perfect balance of flavours and proper comfort food as I don't know anyone else in Telford that prepares it. The Moon Moon Chicken was to die for, Garlic chicken was good and my family loved their food. The chicken roll came in its own packaging that was presented very well and honestly the first take away that all fried food wasn't caked in grease and not oily when it arrived. 100% going to be a regular here. I prefer seeing a more limited menu but the quality of ingredients, the presentation when it arrived, and the flavours... its a big yes from me.

First visit and tried chicken yuk sung - exactly the same as what is served at old town in Priorslee so that was good. Tried banban chicken which is advertised to come with pineapple- but it didn't- and it wasn't our cup of tea, had more of an Indian flavour to it. Finally tried beef ho fun which was enjoyable. In summary enjoyed it although disappointed that pineapple was missing from the banban chicken dish. Would also say prices are particularly high in comparison with places in the area which might be an issue for longevity of the business.
