Ordered two dishes of Pasta with different sauces. Couldn't decide which one was worse. The pasta was undercooked and overpriced. I wouldn't recommend.

The food is pretty average, not good for the price. £145 for a family of 4. Olives, foccacia, one starter, 2 beers, 2 glasses of wine, 2 cokes, 2 pizzas, 2 pasta dishes. Service seemed rushed and not attentive.

Pretty rare that I rate UK Italian restaurants but this place is the real deal

I just adore this place. They have got absolutely everything right - stunning yet subtle decor, delicious and authentic food, knowledgeable staff and a wonderful owner who brings a spark to the evening. Perfection.

I think this is the best Italian restaurant in Bristol. The employees in the store are all Italian, and they are very warm and friendly. Sometimes you just pass by the store, and they will say hello and chat for a while. I can’t count how many times I have come to Moltobuno to taste delicious food, especially the white pizza. In addition, the aroma of cheese makes the pizza delicious even when it is cold. All pizza crusts are bouncy and rich in texture. We have eaten Tartufona, which has truffle + Italian sausage, and the truffle is addictive (some people don’t like it, choose carefully); Torre del Greco is equipped with Napoli’s unique vegetables, which will give the cheese a slightly refreshing salty taste; Burrata pizza is Tartufona + burrata cheese, if you like both truffle and burrata, you must try it; La Gustosa is original salami and rocket, if you like rocket, you can try it. The red base pizza is also good, we tried Diavola and Zozza, both were delicious. Diavola uses spicy salami (ventricina), which is suitable for people who like spicy food; We only had one pasta, Pasta al Tartufo. It's flavored with truffle and chopped parsley, and has a very strong truffle flavor, which we particularly enjoyed. Finally, attach a photo of the menu.

Loved our meal at Moltobuono! The food was great but the service was outstanding. Great atmosphere and can't wait to return.

Amazing place! The waiters and waitresses were very very kind and welcoming. The food was amazing, just like you’d expect when sitting in a small restaurant right in the heart of Italy. I stumbled in there and had to returned almost every day of my time in Bristol.

This is a lovely, authentic Italian restaurant. The food was delicious, and the waiters were so friendly and attentive. The interior was beautiful with all the fairy lights. It’s best to book a table, as it can get very busy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Best pizza and atmosphere in town

Visited with a family of 5. We had amazing pizza and pasta, for dessert tiramisu which was really good. Loved it !

Came here the other day and it was lovely. Some 1 star review said the pasta was hard. Maybe they have only ever had terrible dry pasta from Tesco because it was lovely. Service was great, house wine was lovely. Will definitely come again

The pizza was good and authentic for Italian pizza lovers. I have to say the waiters were lovely as well. However, I was gutted to pay a 10.5% tax on my food when I realised that the door of the toilet doesn't close properly (it feels like a cupboard) and that there was no bin in the toilet... That's a necessity for women!!

Everything about the restaurant was 5*. The atmosphere of the restaurant was beautiful, it was busy (not unexpected for somewhere so wonderful) and beautifully decorated with hops and fairy lights to create ambiance. Issi was our waitress and she was very friendly and catered to our needs. Service was extremely quick with us only spending an hour and a half there due to how quick they brought out the food, received our order and gave us our bill. The starter was absolutely delicious. We ordered burrata, the cheese light and paired nicely with the sharpness of the olive oil. The rocket was so fresh that it added a light peppering that meant that you didn’t need to even look at the salt and pepper. The pizza we ordered was the best pizza I have ever had (quite a big statement considering I’m a foodie). The pizza was amazing but the cheese was the cherry on the cake being … in fact I can’t even put it into words, you’ll just have to visit yourself. All in all an amazing dinner which really made my graduation dinner!

Best meal of our 10-day UK trip - highly recommended! The menu is quite simple so we were a bit skeptical in the beginning. I ordered spagetti pomodoro, my husband had pasta pesto and the little one had pizza. All very satisfied. The homemade pasta was perfectly cooked and the pomodoro was well flavored. It was very cozy inside with warm welcome from the staff. Everyone was treated as someone special.

Full of locals and especially local Italians, we were looking for an opening for days. The patron reshuffled the upper floor and made place for me, Mille Mille Grazie. The menu is simply too rich to choose from, it makes you want to come back many times. The home made food has so much love in it. Seven stars indeed.

This place is incredible. Starting with the warm helpfulness of the staff, the busy but not crowded floor, the good musical selection in the background. It's an Italian place that isn't trying to be Italian, it simply is. This place already won my heart. But the pizza. Oh, the pizza. What an incredible experience. The gluten free pizza was raised to perfection, soft and still crunchy, and incredibly light. I decided to try the most unusual pizza in the menu: burrata, bottarga, and anchovies. I hoped for good, but I found exceptional, and rather brilliant. The burrata toned down the saltiness to create the perfect combination. A bold move by the chef to put this in the menu, going outside the usual loved ingredients, but a move that will pay. Go for the unusual, trust the chef. You'll be rewarded by the best pizza of your lives.

Fantastic food and atmosphere - a real taste of Italy

Probably the best vegan pizza I’ve had! Lots of vegan options and was incredible. The staff were so amazing and very accommodating for us and our dog. We felt very welcome and the atmosphere and service was great from everyone there. Pricing was good, portions were big - highly recommend!

FOOD: All my life, I thought i had italian food but after this restaurant food .. honestly, I have never ever in my life had proper italian food like this. The taste is like drop from heaven, the super perfect ingredients of the dish made it out of this world .. SERVICE: I didnt feel I was in a restaurant, we felt as if we were having dinner with our friends in their home... what a kind staff they have l. ATMOSPHERE: Felt like friends home. If you arebin BRISTOL...this is a must go place .. highly recommended

This was the second time we have visited for dinner. Lovely restaurant with friendly Italian atmosphere. Cute devour and cosy feel. Pizza of very good quality and delicious taste. A member of our party was vegan and very impressed with the choice of pizza and pasta available. It is recommended to book via the phone, but we were able to get a table of 4 at 7pm only 2 days prior.

Wow this was great. Such good food and a lovely atmosphere, welcome and timings - it is good to make a booking unless you get a takeaway. They also did gluten free pizza and their bases are incredible for gluten free. Would highly recommend. We had margarita and an aubergine pizza (one with gf base). It was also our celebration for our anniversary and the inside is gorgeous, as well as all the staff being lovely, it made our evening!

How every experience there, impeccable.

A very busy Thursday night with a large party of diners. The staff were organised, excellent. The pasta is all home made and delicious, same for the perfect pizza!. Very good drinks list. Nothing was too much trouble. You may want to sk to eat downstairs if you have mobility issues.

Pasta was incredible good food but the restaurant itself was a little tatty. Service was good but a couple of the staff were grumpy and a little off putting. Despite this we would definitely go back for the food.

If you would like an authentic pizza, I don't think you could do any better than here! Pictured are the rossa hot damiano, and pizza burrata with some added mushrooms. PS If you partake, the wines pair very well too! 🍷 (Recommendations - Nero d'Avola for red, Frascati for white)

Who knew we had to come to Bristol to have one of the best Italian meals of our lives. I had the vegan pizza Impestata and my partner had the Burrata pizza and ragu pasta, which were all exceptional. The staff are also so lovely and welcoming. Would give this place 6 stars if we could.

Had a delightful dining experience at this Italian gem! The ambiance is authentically Italian, thanks to the friendly staff and the exceptionally welcoming owner. We enjoyed a classic Pizza Margherita and a delicious Cacio e Pepe. The Tiramisu for dessert was a perfect finale. It's recommended to book in advance due to its popularity. Highly recommend for a genuine Italian feast!

Amazing food excellent service and value

Was a little suspicious of going to an Italian restaurant for lunch on my first and only afternoon in Bristol, but this place blew away all of my expectations. The pasta was one of the top 10 I’ve had in my life, and I eat a lot of pasta! The tiramisu and mini cannolis were also impressive!

Lucky to have got a seat here as I didn't book. We sat outside with lovely views of the magnificent building at the top of park street. The staff and their boss were fantastic, taking the time to engage with all the customers, creating a very relaxed and fun atmosphere. Best pizza I have eaten outside of Italy without a doubt.

we have been there twice now, amazing standard of food both times. Pizza, pasta and focaccia were all amazing and decent portion sizes. Very cosy seating areas with a lovely atmosphere. Fair prices for the quality, however the wine is a bit pricey if that's to your taste. The vegan menu is also a good addition and is fairly extensive. The only complaint would be it's a little difficult to book as they don't always answer the phone. Great experience all around as they're very friendly and I highly recommend the truffle pasta.

We went yesterday for dinner and since the first moment we went in you can feel a really good vibe. The owner was very friendly, very attentive and the customer service from all the staff was amazing. The food was delicious and the portions were really big. Amazing food at a decent price - Margherita pizza starting from just under £10. Probably one of the best Neapolitan pizzas I’ve had in Bristol. All the staff are cheerful and welcoming (especially the owner/boss that welcomes you as soon as you enter!) highly recommend if looking for an authentic Italian experience with staff from Naples!

Lovely place with a very cosy atmosphere. We had pizza and they were delicious. They also offer a gluten-free base (for an extra £3.50) which is great. I really recommend this place if you’re looking for a good Italian pizzeria in Bristol!

We were looking for somewhere to stop for a quick sandwich before a walking tour. This place looked cosy and lured us in even though we didn't want a full meal. Oh my gosh it all smelled and looked delicious that we ordered way too much food. It was glorious, so delicious and when we said we didn't have much time the chefs were so jolly about preparing our food double quick. We actually returned after the tour to see if we could have some tiramisu that we hadn't had time or space for earlier but they were full. The one that got away! We'll be back on our next visit to Bristol for sure.

Really great restaurant. Nice pizza and fantastic service. Beer and wine great. Managed to get us in last minute and I haven’t had genuine customer service in England for a long time. Food was great although I did muck up and managed to order a pizza without tomato sauce which kind of sucked but all me. Small thing, get your toilets sorted! Really poor/weird/feel unsafe for kids.

I’m a huge Burrata fan so I went for Burrata & mushrooms 😍 Everything about this pizza was stunning.

We had dinner there last time we visited Bristol in 2022. We are back for a city break and had lunch upon arrival - didn't need to book, we had a margherita, and it was excellent. Booked a table for dinner on Good Friday. It was the usual busy lively atmosphere. The chef is as usual lovely self, and the waiters are as attentive and friendly.

Amazing atmosphere! Delicious foods! We ate Margarita pizza and I was amazed with the dough, I felt like I am in Naples. And Porcini Parmigiano was wordless. If you are around Bristol, you should definitely go and visit. You won’t feel regret

Came here for a Saturday lunch. Food is nice, friendly Italian service. Atmosphere was lively but not too loud. I went for the pizza with Italian sausages, smoked cheese and red onion; my partner went for the vegetarian pizza - mozzarella, courgettes and aubergines. We both loved our pizzas.
