I only have a coffee but very friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. It feels very safe in the present circumstsnces with clean well spaced tables, masked staff and lots of handvsanitiser. Its a good stop for a rest and a brew. I meet friends there regularly and it's convenient and friendly with a reasonable cup of coffee. We are never rushed by the staff.

Good coffee with great beans. Table was slightly wonky though, and my coffee could have been slightly hotter (was able to dip my nose in it without issue).

It's a real shame, as we have been here before for coffee or lunch... But this time it was NOT good!! It was only 1pm and staff seemed really moody and unhelpful... No paninis, salad or ham left! (OMG it must've been a long afternoon for them! 😂) and then we adjusted our order but the quality was low, and no interest in service either! The way food was cut or prepared was adhoc, shambolic! The was very little evidence of cheese on one of the toasties (which was now, without ham!) and I don't think the price was altered to reflect that 2 of the options 'should've' been on a panini but were on awful white sliced toast, which are supposed to be cheaper !! And then, the portion of chips we'd ordered was very late... the idea was to have them between us 'with' the sandwiches/toasties... So I went up to the counter to ask about them, and the server said "they're coming now, I told you they'd be late!" - very rude, I thought!! Anyway, definitely not be going back anytime soon!

I have never been served something like this in my life. Inedible. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast with poached egg. Coffee £2.50. Breakfast £7.00. I waited 20 minutes for it to come out. It wasn't busy in the café. There was nothing edible on the plate. Smashed avocado in a little pot?Beans in a little pot. The poached egg was solidified. Two veggie sausages which looked truly sad! There was also a few mushrooms which were just mush and no room. They tasted like they'd been fished out of the washing up water! I tried each item, all cold. Oh...there was also some tinned tomatoes. I really wanted them to take it all back and even just stick it in the microwave ... anything. I just left. Felt ill for about 3 hours after. Really disappointed. Note to self, make your own in future, save yourself £9.50. 🧐

I was meeting a couple of my subscribers Rome my YouTube channel, and this is the cafe they took me to. However it was 1:30pm and the cafe had sold out of a lot of products so had to have a sausage on toast.

Paper plates and cups?!?! After joining the huge queue, was curious as to why I could not find any crockery for my sandwich and cakes. Only when I got the front of the queue were we informed that the dishwasher was broke, hence paper plates, cups and wooden cutlery. Only one person on the till which explained the extremely long queue. Am a frequent visitor to the cafe and really do enjoy the marks and spencer pot of tea but today was just a let down. Cafe staff serving tea in a paper cup. Only half filled the cup and had to tell them how much milk was needed, but by the time we sat down at our table, the tea bag had stewed and the tea was far too strong - no extra milk provided. Usually you can get a good three cups of tea from the teapot but today, was literally three quarters of a cup of below standard tea. No discount offered to costumers either despite having to use paper plates, wooded cutlery etc The cafe needs at least another three or four members of staff as queuing times are too long, tables are not cleared quick enough and the wait for hot food is becoming longer and longer each time i visit. I do note that no comments from management are ever posted on M&S reviews on trip advisor which makes me believe they are not interested in substandard service being offered to customers.

Haven't been to bingo for around 30 years. The ladies there were really helpful and My Mum and I had a great night.
