OMG! Since moving to Scunthorpe I’ve been missing a good Indian takeaway, ordered for my Friday night feast and think I said “mm” the entire meal 😂 so much flavour?! And they do their deliveries themselves not through just eat so had 👌 perfect service, will definitely be my new go to place

Best curry I’ve had in a long time. I had the Hariali Chicken with a side of Saag Paneer. Chicken was juicy and tender.. The curry was beautiful with just the right level of spices! The saag Paneer was a fantastic compliment. Never had spinach so lovely and creamy. Thank you 👍🙏

The best i have found for a long time. Treat customers with great courtesy, to the point of opening the door for you as you exit. Most restaurants dont even do this. Such a great bunch of young men.

So warm after delivery and absolutely delicious.. These people went above and beyond for me, when they really didn't have to at all. I ordered food for just under £25 from Mizaans in Scotter, not scunthorpe. Due to a genuine mix up on the Scotter website, after some site maintenance, it allowed me to place the order and said it was open for online orders for a further 20minutes. I received confirmation of the order, but it never updated me with a time for collection. I rang the land-line listed on the website and there was no answer, so I rang the mobile number on the website. This put me through to the Scunthorpe shop. After some communication, I was asked if I was able to go to the Scotter shop in 15mins. I had selected to collect my order from the Scotter shop anyway, so this was no issue for me at all and I was happy to do so. They met me at the carpark to the Scotter shop to delivery my food, for no extra charge, at exactly the time they said it would be, and a grand total of only 30minutes after my initial contact with them. I apologised for managing to place an order after closing hours of the Scotter shop and them having to deliver it to me, but I was assured profusely that it was no issue, it was not my fault and they were more than happy to help rectify the situation for me and that it was no bother at all. They explained what had gone wrong and assured me they were going to converse with the Scotter shop straight away and rectify the issue so it can't happen again. As I left the carpark I noticed that they did indeed go to the back of the Scotter shop to talk to them, so I am confident the slight error on the Scotter website is being rectified. When I got home and got chance to tuck into my food, it had actually been a further 30mins from the time I collected it from Scotter. The food was still very warm and was absolutely delicious. I had 3 different breads, all of which were warm and soft, none of them were soggy at all from the packaging, which is something I have had in the past from other establishments after delivery. I ordered chicken korma, pilau rice, onion bhaji, plain naan, chipati, plain paratha, poppadoms and mango chutney. There was also included a couple of extra dips, the usual pale yellow minty one that often comes with my order and a bright pinkish red one with black flecks in that I have never had before. It was delicious, it tasted like some type of fruit, possibly raspberry or maybe even pomegranate or something. The chicken was tasty, tender and noticeably juicy, whilst still being obviously fully cooked and the korma sauce was the perfect amount of sweetness for me! The pilau rice was soft and fluffy and I especially liked the fact there was no whole cardomom pods in it! It had the typical pilau rice flavour, I'm unsure how to describe the flavour better than that, but was just the right level of the flavour. It wasn't overly aromatic which sometimes puts me off when the cardomom pods are left in it. The bhajis were crispy and full of flavour without being too spicy for my delicate taste buds, I struggle with heat! My naan was soft, fluffy, with just the right amount of stretch, bite and chewiness to it to eat the korma sauce and rice with. The chipati was scrumptiously soft, and chewy with the perfect, whole, sort-of earthy notes to it. So many layers the paratha had, almost like flakey pastry. I have never tried a paratha before and I will most deffinately be getting one again! It had a wonderful milky flavour to it, whilst also having nutty earthy notes. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavour, I deffinately wasn't expecting it from a bread. Obviously I cannot comment on some of the more heavily spiced and complex dishes, but for what I had and the service provided I would deffinately recommend. They did not have to go out of their way to cook my food at closing time, nor deliver it to me with no delivery charge, they could have just refunded my money, but this wasn't even asked of me, they automatically just decided to go out of their way to get me my food!

Really enjoyed the food. Authentic taste, spicy and tasty. Generous portions and delivered earlier than anticipated.

I am a Regular at Mizaans, excellent food with wonderful staff. Highly Recommended there Vindaloo dish.

Placed order online, arrived minus the pilau rice, phoned up and assured they would bring it straight away. We are still waiting? Won't be using them again.

Ordered for delivery to broughton. Arrived within estimated delivery time. Generous portions incredibly tasty. Only given 4 stars as one naan bread was slightly over cooked however overall very good and would definitely recommend!

Mizaans Ashby, Had a prawn madras ,pilau rice keema nan new years eve as rahmans (my regular) and others not delivering so gave mizaans a go,. Glad I did curry tasty with bit of heat, rice good and nan very tasty not over spiced, large portions too enough for two meals(breakfast today) oh and free onion bhajis and sweets as new year eve. Definitely order from there again!

Scotter takeaway. Unfortunately dissapointed. After years of superb food from Sitar we were hoping for the same. Garlic chicken chilli masala and Pathia bland and lacked any depth of spices. Chicken tika massala was fine. Nans ok. Gave it a try but wont wont be risking it again as its a costly treat.

Ordered takeaway first time used it had chicken tikka masala arrive in time.was only just warm taste was bland not enough chicken but lot of watery sauce had rice n naan bread .All was not hot enough and very poor quality food I have read other reviews saying good must have been the unlucky one .Won't be using again.

We ordered a take away from them last night. We asked for it to be delivered at a specific time and it arrived bang on time. The food was very tasty with good portion sizes. I will be ordering from here again.

Fantastic food. Very fresh. Our Indian closed down a couple of months ago so I'm very pleased we decided to give Mizaans a try. I will definitely be ordering from them again. :D

Good food and good prices. Have to wait a bit during busy periods but the staff are always apologetic and to be honest a busy takeaway is a good takeaway
