Lovely family meal at Klumpe. First visit to a Lithuanian restaurant and wasn't disappointed. Service friendly and professional .. Food and beer was excellent and was a nice atmosphere in a clean and tidy restaurant.. Loved the bread sticks with cheese and garlic 😋

The last visit, last time, the takeaway was completely salty and uncooked zeppelins. Today we ordered before 1:00 a.m., we drove 30 miles, when we arrived our order was not ready, we were told to wait for more than half an hour. No responsibilities and no respect

The food was good, the waiting time was quite long, but this also proves the freshness of the dish. The place is well-kept, the toilets are also clean. The waitress was smiling.

Great food at good prices with a friendly service. The place was clean and welcoming with Lithuanian music on the radio made a nice touch to the dining out experience. The food was freshly made and nicely seasoned. Good sized portions which were very nicely presented. So much better to many more expensive hotel restaurants I've been at lately.

We order from Klumpe regularly, our regular choices are: Chicken Kiev, Jacobs Platter and Beef Stronganoff. I always go for the Kiev, it’s honestly sooo good, the Kiev itself and the accompanying mash/picked veg are all extremely addictive. Jacobs Platter/Beef Stroganoff are my husbands choices which he alternates between and even though I’ve not tried personally as I don’t eat those meats, he’s expressed that they’re also very good. If you enjoy food that’s abit different, definately try Klumpe

Amazing food but spoiled by, I’m guessing the owner, having a loud phone call on speaker! For most of the time we were there he was so loud we couldn’t hear the music and especially speaking to each other!

We've come a long way. We love Lithuanian food very much, we travel a lot and visit many restaurants, we always support our compatriots, so we are looking forward to these trips as well, we hoped to have a good time, and the photos of the food are really tempting! We ordered a lot, the dishes were sour, we didn't even touch the road, because the meat is absolutely green. When I saw the kitchen through the window, I noticed that it was very dirty - on principle I went to check its food hygiene rating, 2019 just 2, year 4. So why work with that food anyway, if you have neither the desire nor the time to fully invest in it? The only cafe to which we will definitely not return. 2 stars only for the insanely polite, sweet waitress.

Was there on Birthday Party, so hot dish ( chicken) was raw , other dishes like salads and snacks was absolutely tastless, snack board was old like my grandma - chrisps should be crispy not soft ! Never was so dissapointed ! was there 3 times - food always not the best- but this time unbelievably discussed!

Very small portion, i spent 30 pounds with justeat, portions too small, using pizzaboxes for this types of meal also says a lot, and obviously they ate not using justeat drivers but delivering but themselves. Very cheap.

Visited recently and I was very excited to try some traditional Lithuanian food! Food was very well presented however it wasn't really for me, but I can respect this is what the Balkan people enjoy eating. I only had two problems with my experience in Klumpe, my first is that everybody in the establishment speaks Lithuanian so I don't know what on earth they were saying and secondly my table was located next to a group of rowdy Estonians who made my time slightly unpleasant!

First time coming here to try the food can definitely say had a upset stomach for 2 days after the meat was definitely not fresh absolutely disgusting, only thing good about the place was the bar lady she was very pleasant and nice. Other then that won't be going back.

A bit of a gem. Looks strange from outside, but don't be put off. The staff are great, the food good (I had the veggie option, but the meaty meals were apparently excellent), and the choice of drinks are good. We came from Sheffield and were not disappointed.

The food was too salty, too much spice was impossible to eat. The sauce was not the same, the tomatoes that were cut were lumpy and not washed well. The service was ok, but we had to wait a long time for the bill, so we had to go find the waitress ourselves.

Our wedding anniversary meal. The food is very tasty and well presented. The reception was a little cool as we entered but I think that was just a small glitch as the waitress did learn how to show us her beautiful smile during our visit. Would go again and have no hesitation in recommending this place to others

I had lunch here with my business partner yesterday and the food and service was excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant for somewhere to eat for some authentic Lithuanian comfort food. I can’t recommend this venue enough. 6 stars from me and my business partner 🌟 thank you again

The food is not bad, the cook works with loose hair, the bartender is nice, but she carries glasses full of glasses, which is both unhygienic, I definitely won't come again

It was our first time at this place and the reality was far from expectations. When we came in, there was no reception staff at all so we had to wait to be seated for a long time. While standing 7-10 minutes at the doors we decided to grab menu and serve ourselves. Not going to lie, we didn't feel welcome at all. The food was fine, nothing special, definitely wasn't worth spending 50 minutes in the car getting to this place.

If u love Lithuania food u will love this place. If you are big eater u will love portions 😁

Extremely delicius food and the price is perfect, they don't overcharge. The only negative thing is that the service from the waiting staff is too cold and not very attentive, not approaching to see if everything is fine, if we like the food or to check if something is needed.

Brilliant food and amazing service. Staff allow you to relax, take your time and enjoy drinks and company between courses. Refreshing not to be rushed out by staff wanting to clear your table for the next customers. I ate here with family and everyone was really impressed with the service, atmosphere, food and drinks. The beer is amazing and you should try the raspberry wine!

Nice food and great value, but the service was painfully slow. I had to ask several times for drinks, dessert menu, bill. The customer service is really letting this place down. The staff are friendly, just not 'on it'.

Great food, service and atmosphere

Read some good and some not so good reviews, so when friends took us here it was worth some trepidation that we agreed. The welcome was warm, we were able to order drinks and starters quickly. The beer was 1st class sold in 1ltr bottles the light beer is slightly sweeter the dark has the taste of a fizzy bitter and I had two bottles. The main was cooked fresh, no reheating, so it took 20 minutes or so to arrive but it was worth the wait, wholesome trasty and I cleared the plate. With 2 starters shared 4 mains 2 desserts and 8 lots of drink £98 and worth every penny. Will go back again.

The cepelinai was very salty, the meat inside was really not bright, there were already a lot of spices, and I wouldn't even call the sauce a crispy sauce, the crackers should be well seasoned and not heated with large pieces of bacon. But the fried bread and the weather was delicious.

Today was the first time I visited this restaurant and I can say that with absolute confidence it was the best meal in very long time, so authentic and traditional Lithuanian kitchen, the size of portions and price for everything, it was a magical time our tummies :) Recommended with out a doubt

On Wednesday ,called up ,asked are they open and do we need an advance booking , they've told its fine to just turn up. On google its suggested opening hours till 8pm . We arrived 1840 (its about an hour drive for us) and all the doors were shut , nobody answered the phone so the place was just closed ! very disappointed and just wasted time. Especially had something to celebrate and turned out real bad ! wasnt expecting that , ended up just driving back with trashed mood going to some different place.

Amazing food. However, customer service was really slow... We were couple of people there and it was quite disappointing that half gets their food about 20min after others.

Very cool. Very large portions at an attractive price, very tasty food, friendly team, fast service. It really allows you to move to Lithuania for a while when you are there 😊 the restaurant is decorated with Lithuanian old traditional furniture and decorations. Pleasant staff nice decor .... Service a little slow ... My wife had a chicken dish and loved it . I had the zepplins and found them a little bland .....beer good. wine .well chilled sweet red ....yuk .....all in all 4 ☆ .. Better service and staff child running a mock would be 5☆ .....

the portions are great but they cook long and very salty foods. apparently the meat is salted in advance. the waiter did not respond to the complaint and did not call the manager.

not bad lithuanian restaurant. food was very acceptable, but i have had better lithuanian food in different restaurants. bit hard to find, and parking is good 5min walk away. the day we visited girl serving the guests also was working in the kitchen. she was very apologetic for delay etc, but service could have been quicker. 3* only because of parking and service speed.

We came 2nd time tonight. Food was great again but service..after finish main meal 30 min we was waiting to anybody ask us for another drink or dessert. Nothing happend so we paid and left.

I was with my husband, the food was very tasty, the portions were huge, my husband couldn't finish his portion of Jacob's meal, he ordered it to take away. Dessert was also amazing. I had to wait maybe 20-30 minutes for the food. But it was worth it... and the price is attractive...
