Ordered food for delivery. Asked for a fork. Food delivered hardly warm. They made me wait 30 mins so food was stone cold by then. Food has had to go in the bin. Never order from these rats

Ordered 2 chicken kebabs, chips and curry chips. The chicken was brown, hard and tastes awful. The curry chips were absolutely vile and completely drowned as you can see in the photo. Rang the kebab house to ask if they even gave us chicken because it was that shocking and didn’t even taste of chicken. I’m so disappointed and want a refund but I doubt that will happen because of the unhelpful staff!!! Fuming

This McDonalds is disgusting, after the last time we said never again so our own fault really. Burgers are stone cold, chips undercooked. When asking the Manager "is it okay to ask for warm food?" he just scoffed "you can try". Absolute mayhem in there. Save yourself the bother and go over the road to Burger King.

Unit 1 Ravenscroft Court Buttington Cross Enterprise ParkBeen a few times and normal leave happy. But unfortunately the last few times I've visited in the early hours of the morning I've been told the tills are updating and orders can't be taken for around 20 minutes. Obviously only a slight inconvenience but kind of defeats the object of being 24hours and wanting to grab a quick snack after work.
