Where do I start I have stayed in this hotel for 10 weeks had to move out of my house due to flood damage me and my mum and dad have had our own Rooms ive stayed in the same room for my whole stay my room massive very clean tidy its a shame this hotel is closing down due to premier Inn selling which leads to it being left run down and outdated only issues with this hotel is the tv is small and the internet is crap and no plug sockets next to the bed which is not the best but its clean tidy one big massive bonus about this hotel is the femal stuff are amazing so helpful and couldnt do enough for us Ruth Michelle Kelly and Bobbi Debbie Mandy Alish & Veeny have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and give us home comforts Michell & Kelly have been by far the best peoole in this hotel Permier Inn are losing a fantasic team of girls even thought they have left this hotel to rot the girl have remained 5 star thought out

I have never been so ill after eating a chicken curry and rice on Thursday evening! Never again!!

Lovely food, delicious mushrooms, veggie sausage was tasty and the toast was thick Decent coffee too Allowed well behaved dogs so highly recommend

Eaten here many times and we have always had a really good experience which is why we chose for Christmas Day, but we were very disappointed, everything was rushed, starter of Camembert & Cheddar Bites was cold not hot, so cheese had set, Turkey tasty but all the veg was rock hard, I don't like veg mushy but this wasnt cooked at all ! the roast potatoes had clearly come out of a packet, all came covered in gravy which I prefer not to have, but no extra offered to those that do, desserts werent up to normal standard, was not what we expected for the price, won't be eating here again ☹️ not sure if new owners as different staff working and quality of food definitely gone down hill.
