had an amazing experience the staff is soo nice the food is awesome would love to come again

Ordered some desserts while my friends had shisha. Waited half an hour for an apple crumble which seemed like it was made days ago, it was stale, couldn’t even break the crumble, even though they claim it was made fresh, and English tea which was 90%water 10%milk. Asked to have it sent back and taken off my bill as the items were not acceptable and when questioned what was wrong with it, I said it was stale and inedible, they then sent over another waiter to question why I wouldn’t be paying for it and was arguing back and forth that the crumble was made fresh. Not sure this is the kind of service I would have liked. Friends liked the shisha and the school cake which was served to them though…

Amazing food and Shisha, definitely my go to lounge, each time iv gone they have exceeded expectations, Live entertainment on weekends, Variety of foods drinks and selection of Shisha flavours all 10/10, Looking forward to going back, One of the best restaurant/ lounge iv been to :) Check it out guys you won't be disappointed. They have a new menu the food is amazing. Thanks to Rehan exactly service from him and he mixes the best shisha :)

The place has very chill atmosphere, good music with cozy set up to enjoy the lounge vibes.Over the top the sheesha was amazing I was served by Abdul Rahman who did made good mix of flavor that was value for money.💯Recommend

I wish I could give food 0/5. Changed their menu so all they offer are soggy wraps and burgers. Disgustingly poor meat that made me vomit, literally. Boring vibes at 8pm on a Friday. The only decent thing was the service but that’s probably because we were the only ones there. Would highly not recommend.

Recently fined £8000 for a rat infestation behind the restaurant as reported by the evening standard.

The place is so cozy. The food was amazing. The shisha was perfect too! One of the best I had in London.

Had a fabulous experience. The food was delicious and fresh. Atmosphere is really nice. Staff is lovely as well. We had great time. We enjoy shisha and food and the dessert was amazing. I will definitely come again.

I'm certain all good reviews are from friends and family. This place is so bad! Ordered dessert which took 45minutes to come despite chasing for it twice. The adana kebab was burnt with plain white rice, and they didn't have any sauce to give with the food except ketchup. Had 2 bites and returned the rest. And this place has the audacity to add service charge when you make the order. So when the service is terrible, am I meant to ask for a refund? Ridiculous! So thankful I made them remove this before paying for my order. Will never be going back here again! Such a waste of time.

My experience at million's was amazing from customer service to the amazing cuisine and decor, I especially enjoyed the drinks, the mojitos are too die for, Tania's kindness to me and my people was very much appreciated. I could not have asked for a better time there.

Tania the manager greeted us with a nice smile and her customer service was perfect. The quality of Shisha is the best in east London. For sure beating the competitors. I would recommend this if you’re looking for a new local lounge.

It's a new store, but my experience was very bad. They scammed me and there is one of the shop owners who is a fraud and a fraud. I hope you don't visit this store.

Thank you sooo much to Tania for her conversation, service and friendliness. My friend and I met up after a very long time and we chose to catch up at Millions lounge. The music was good, the interior designs was amazing and modern and bright. I'd only suggest more toilets. We had a fabulous time

Nice place, nice seating lovely atmosphere good time to spend the weekend. It’s good when you like to have Shisha without Shisha you can’t sit inside the lounge area.

Ordered loaded fries, chicken burger, beef burger and papri chaat. The loaded fries is made with chicken nuggets cut in pieces. There is no flavour whatsoever and they charge £10. Chicken burger - bland, flavourless. Beef burger also bland tasteless. Papri chaat was ok. Shisha was decent. The 5* reviews are all fake. Regret coming here to be honest.

When we think about celebrations, this place is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was great. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. The Manager Tania of the restaurant and lounge was a wonderful host. We were welcomed warmly and she really did go out of her way to make my little ones birthday special. Highly recommend this place its family friendly 10/10.

The lounge is brilliant. We had a lovely evening, the food was delicious, the shisha was fantastic and lasted hours. We loved the vibe in the lounge and the service was 10/10- Tanya was so lovely

Great place to Dine, Vine & shine

Extremely Disappointing First Visit I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience at Millions Lounge last Friday, which happened to be our first visit. The service was shockingly poor; not only did we have to wait nearly 10 minutes for a menu, but when we asked, we were handed only one menu for four people. To make matters worse, the sofa we were seated on broke, causing injury to one of my friends. Despite this incident, no staff member came to offer assistance or a proper apology. We left the restaurant feeling neglected and extremely dissatisfied with our overall experience. This level of service and lack of concern for customers' safety and comfort are unacceptable. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary improvements to ensure other patrons do not have to endure a similar disappointment. Best regards, UG

Very bad and poor , Tania who I believe was a worker or manager was giving dirty looks and attitude towards my wife and family members I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone really poor service from her part made me disgusted. Besides that the place looked nice.
