Ray was a pleasure and couldn’t of been more helpful and friendly, we had a great night and ray made it that much more enjoyable thank you so so much

This was my first visit to a Miller & Carter and I was very very impressed, the food was great and our waitress Mulita was very helpful with explaining the menu and very attentive I would recommend for any occasion

Just got back from a Mother’s Day meal that my daughter took me and my husband to. The food was excellent, cocktails less so but everything changed when Ray turned up to serve us. He deserves to be head waiter if he isn’t already. Friendly, attentive, funny and when my daughter had a problem with payment, he made sure she was ok and checked on her in the reception area. Can’t emphasise how much Ray made to our visit. He’s a star!

Fabulous food, excellent service by Ray. Great atmosphere. Well worth a visit for a special occasion. We had the butchers block, fantastic.

Visited Sunday lunchtime with family. The initial wait to order anything was rather lengthy, the waitress clearly had too many tables to mange as she walked past a few times with the promise of returning soon to take an order. The steaks were nice but the Mac and cheese wasluke warm at best. There was no follow up at anytime during the meal so we couldn’t order any extra drinks or speak about the meal. The wait from finishing the meal until the waitress reappeared was also long and helped confirm that we didn’t want another long wait to order dessert. I don’t mind paying the higher end for a steak if the complete package is there, unfortunately this time it was missing. Not really worth the price tag that goes with the meal.

This particular Steak House was lacking in food quality. The 'T' Bone steak I ordered was so thin you could almost see through it, I expected meat on the bone for £40.00, I asked for Medium Rare and got Medium to well done, the three pepper sauce was tasteless, runny and not cream, just wrong. The additional Garlic Mushrooms were so bad I sent them back, I could not taste garlic, in fact it tasted more like off mushrooms with, well,... actually I have no idea what the sauce was but they were disgusting. The waitress dropped the returned mushrooms over the table and seat next to me whilst trying pick them up. They were replaced, but were just as bad. The waiter was so obsequious to the point of annoyance, nice but too much. He was more interested in winning an award that month than concentrating on leaving us alone when serving. The 'Q' card reader app thing the waiter pushed on us to leave a review was so long winded and asked ridiculous questions I gave up and didn't bother as did my guests. The restaurant was like working into an 80's Angus Steak House ! Red and Black all over... needs to modernise and pay attention to its paying clients, more importantly a chef who knows what he is doing! I worked in Restaurants for 14 years, this experience was not a good one for value.

10/10 steak. Our server Julita was amazing and super helpful. Service was fast and everything was perfect. Will certainly be returning and hopefully sat in Julitas area!

Julita served us in the Kettering restaurant. She was so knowledgable of the menus and gave some really good recommendations. She was so polite and kind and can’t fault her service at all! Would definitely recommend, thank you Julita for making our visit so much nicer! xx

Easily the worst Miller & Carter I've visited. Scruffy, stained chairs, sticky tables, slow service and tasteless food. Over £20 for a burger on a plate and a cup full of chunky chips adds a £1.00 surcharge.

We had a wonderful meal of the rump steak and the sea bass partnered with a lovely Chardonnay and Sauvignon and a great service by the lovely Julita!

A lovely meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Ray was an exceptional host to us and made our evening very enjoyable.

Ray was an excellent waiter, couldn’t of given us more attention, he was all round spot on, he’s was very chatty and polite, the man deserves a pay rise!

Amazing food and friendly service by julita! She went through all of the alergens with me to ensure i was taken care of. The place states a dress code but alot of people were in sports wear and trainers so i wouldnt worry too much.

Service, was good, steak was over cooked to request and onion slice soggy, not crisp like many other times. But generally the food was good and service very friendly.
