Only had a drink at the bar...but we did order some chunky chips. that were luke warm. and they had run out of mayo.......did notice mouldy lemons in a vase on the bar ..i did mention it to the bar staff but nobody removed them. not how i remember this place to be..shame..

Was served by Lucy, great host. Food was amazing my grandson is asking when are we going back. In all our rush in leaving forgot to get my app scanned. Will definitely be back

We had an excellent evening at Miller and Carter. The food was superb the stake and potatoes was to die for and our host called Josh was a very nice man professional made us fill at ease and talked us through the menu. Thank you for a very nice evening.

We had an excellent dinning experience. Ahmet was our server and he was great! My dinning party had allergies and this was cartered to perfectly. This was my third time at the restauranf and they don't disappoint with the food. Would definitely recommend it to others!

Served by April and can I just say what a lovely lady! So welcoming and friendly, great asset to the team. Scallops to start were beautiful followed by the T-bone with stuffed bone marrow….. simply delicious!

Food was spot on the service however was poor it was a Saturday night so the waitress was busy but we had to wait a long time for drinks and 45mins for dessert but the main meal was absolutely delicious would go back but would like better service

Very friendly service, Kyri in particular was very helpful and charismatic As I have a nut allergy Michael the manager ensured that my food was clear of nuts.

Place was astonishing, food was amazing very professional and the service was exceptional and staff went above and beyond. Our barman kyri was very kind and helpful, even the manager Michael was coming round to check on us and made sure we were having a good time. Highly recommended!

We went to miller and carter Epping this evening for my little sister’s 16th birthday. The staff were very accommodating and very well organised in helping us get everything sorted and making sure everyone was happy as we were a big table of 12 people with young children. I want to especially say thank you to our waitress Lucy, she did a fantastic job, she remembered who had what, she was amazing with the babies, she was polite and very helpful. She really made our experience amazing and we really couldn’t fault our experience at all! Thank you so much to Lucy and all of the staff for making my sisters birthday meal a special one!

Was a bit disappointed ...My wife's starters where either over cooked (scallops, king prawns)and the prawn cocktail was just very tired micro lettuce and 5 cold water prawns with an enormous amount of sauce..Lobster tail was micro and totally overcooked.. My steak was good ..But as my wife always eat 3..4 starters, she was very disappointed

Best in area by far. No White pepper,really!!!not even kitchen.. Not happy lettuce put on table 30 mins before mains of steak not acceptable. Waitress good but more info ,timely would have been better. Overall nice afternoon but attention to detail ie WHITE PEPPER and lettuce with main course not 39 mins before would make the experience so much better..

Lots of parking with generous sizes, lovely facade and grounds, lovely greeting as soon as you walk in, makes it feel very special, seated straight away, our waitress Lucy came over straight away, lovely greeting and checked on any allergies etc, friendly, very knowledgeable, really lovely warm happy service. Food was superb!! We all loved our meals, looked good and tasted good. Just excellent service and food and a great atmosphere.

You cannot improve on the service! Josh and Michael were incredible. Josh was our waiter and he was so attentive.

I got food poisoning from the Ribs after ordering on uber eats. I tried to call them during opening hours but it just rang and then went through to a voicemail. Very disappointing indeed as i've always only had good food and experiences from miller and carter. Update: just spoke to a friendly member and they are investigating with uber but just to beware when ordering online with potentially long waits - will update with outcome.

We hadn't booked (x4) as hadn't expected to arrive to such a busy restaurant! The gentleman who arranged our table was lovely, very welcoming and friendly - I assume that he was the manager. Our server, Laurie, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We felt that she was under pressure as she seemingly had lots of tables in her section but this didn't seem to faze her. She talked us through the menu and the wine list with ease & a smile. We had a great meal and made sure to leave a decent tip as we felt that she really deserved it for giving us such a great dining experience.

We went here for my 30th Birthday. It was a lovely and calm environment with no one trying to rush you.The food arrived fast and tasted incredible as always. Clare Darling was our waitress and She was extremely efficient, warm and friendly and made the dining experience amazing. Would defo recommend

First time in a year since visiting. No complaints at all, the waiter Henry excellent and the food was delicious and plentiful. The other waiter and manager on duty were a delight too. I will going back soon.

Food can be volatile from time to time, not consistently good. The sides are not as expected. Vegetables are fibrous, not tender n green on my visit. The starters are good quality and well cooked. Main beef steak is good for the price point.

What a great night we had at Miller and Carter Epping Forest ! Ahmet is a fantastic waiter and he made our dining experience fantastic as he was friendly and very efficient . Our meals were so delicious and so were the desserts . A lovely atmosphere in your restaurant too . We will be back !

Had a meal here on Tuesday, the food was amazing as usual but what really shone through was the service, our waiter Ahmet was both attentive and entertaining throughout, best service I’ve had in a long, long time, can tell he really enjoys what he does, would highly recommend this establishment to friends, keep up the good work guys !

First every visit . Food was excellent. Not sure about the quarter of iceberg lettuce with a dressing though .

Not very happy, as my meal didn't turn up. It left the restaurant, but didn't get to me. I have reported it, but no explanation yet. I am a pensioner, so haven't got much money, but needed to treat myself as had a bad week. Hopefully I will get a refund soon.

We used to love going here for a special meal but today's meal was terrible, both my wife and I have food intolerance so my wife had the plant based burger without the bun, had salad instead of the bun, and with chips and I had the sea bass with chips instead of the patatoes, my wife's burger was so dry and tasteless the chips were like the dregs of the day, my sea bass was lovely but the chips were also terrible, we had this same meal here before and it was fantastic but based on today's meal never again, and we were both still hungry when we were finished, so not a good meal and not value for money

Food average, don't expect big portions if you want potatoesand veg you have to pay more, deserts were cold had to be remicrowaved

Been to Miller & Carter a few times but our experience today far surpasses any others. Lunchtime time menu was excellent and very good value for the money. Ahmet was our waiter and he was excellent. Not only did he give us brilliant service he had a great sense of humour. All in all a great experience and we will be back.

Never had a bad experience at around the UK but at Miller and Carter at Epping Forest, Sophie was our server and she was just brilliant! You could see how much effort and hard work Sophie puts in and it really made our visit 100 times more enjoyable. With work I travel the whole of the UK i have to say Miller & Carter best UK steakhouse I've found especially the one in Epping Forest.

Great selection of steaks , all cooked to specification perfectly. Attentive staff.

We had my dads 80th birthday here, big thank you to Manager Eloise who put the birthday banners up etc, and made it feel really special. Our Waitress Laurie was amazing gave us advice, on food and what wine we should have with our meals. Food was delicious, nice new deserts have been added. over all we had a wonderful meal. Highly Recommend. Once again big shout out to our fantastic waitress Laurie. We will be back very soon!

Had the worst experience of my life at this location - you can absolutely tell the management does not respect and value their workers and treat them horribly!! After mentioning it to some of my friends heard terrible stories from previous and current workers!! Food was alright had better. Start respecting your workers and colleagues!

I went to Miller and Carter Epping with my mum and sister for my birthday last night. We were served by Ahmet who welcomed us from the very beggining.We were sat in probably the busiest part of the restaurant and he assured that we were tended to despite us seeing how busy he was! He made us laugh from the very beggining and every time he approached our table we were in fits of laughter .we could also see how attentive he was with the tables all around us who also seemed to be enjoying having him as their waiter. As we were leaving the restaurant he held the door open for us to leave and even on our way out he was still making us laugh! The food was also lovely as always too! We can't thank Ahmet enough and will be back !! We shall also be asking for him next time too! Thankyou Ahmed from Jade, Ashley and Linda x
