Miller & Carter Brookmans Park in Welwyn Hatfield

Food quality, taste and value for money is exceptional. My sister and I often meet here for a meal and are always greeted by a friendly member of staff. Service and atmosphere are great. Overall always a fantastic experience.

Me and my partner came to brookmans park miller and carter for our anniversary last week. We was served by a lovely man called Nathan who couldn’t do enough for us and even sorted out a surprise dessert to help us celebrate. Would definately come back again, great night

Easy to book the table. Pleasant and helpful staff on arrival. table server very nice, attentive without being "pushy". Nice menu selections including Gluten Free options for one of our party. Busy but managed to find parking spaces. Most recent visit (Easter Monday lunchtime) was excellent. Excellent service from start to finish, especially from Emmalina who was very cheerful and was very friendly with me and my sister, whose birthday (tomorrow) we were celebrating. I took some of my staff for lunch here on Tuesday after our training and I cannot put into words how incredible the service was. Emmalina was our waitress and this isn’t the first time she’s served me there and every time her kind sweet nature is just lovely. Every single one of the three women that helped us that day were just wonderful and went above and beyond their roles. The company are so lucky to have them all they are a real credit to you. We can’t wait to come back and see them all again soon. Also the food was absolutely delicious 😋

the booking was painless, our reception and service was friendly but a little slow, the food looked and tasted excellent, cost for a party of four with two drinks each was £40 per person, car parking was also commendable, restaurant was at 50% capacity

Our waitress Emmajina made us feel very welcome and was really helpful. She made my sisters 50th very special and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend and will return.

We ate from the lunch menu and we both enjoyed our lunch. The steak in the steak sandwich was beautifully cooked, as was my daughter's steak. We enjoy dining at Miller and Carter and especially like this restaurant. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and helpful.

Always a nice time, everyone dresses well unlike Stevenage which allows combat shorts and trainers. All our dishes were great and time flew we were there 3 hours and no one rushed the 11 of us, lunch time menu is a good choice at £21 for 3 courses just please dress up for the occasion at it makes for a better atmosphere

3 steaks overcooked and were replaced after 30 mins, seats were dirty on arrival, not sure I’ll come back to this venue. The whole place needs a good spring clean.

Anna was brilliant, lovely smile and very polite! She knew all about the different cuts steaks and gave an excellent recommendation. The restaurant itself was very clean and in a great location.

Took over 90 mins to receive meals when received was well done , I asked med-rare absolute joke when got was over done bad service in total 2 hrs 30 mins for starter main and bill do not rate chefs as nt for a clue how to cook steaks

It was busy as it was Mother’s Day, we arrived a few minutes before our 4-30 booking.& wait patiently to be acknowledged. The staff came to the desk twice busy dealing with other customers. When the lady had a minute she smiled at me then asked the couple behind us if she could help. I was amazed as we had clearly been standing there for over 7 minutes. I pointed out that we were next and she apologised. I have been coming to this restaurant for several years Mother’s Day, Christmas period, New Year etc and never had such a poor welcome My suggestion is to employ more staff at reception during busy periods The day was saved by Diane who gave her undivided attention and service to us which was great, and the lovely food.

What an amazing experience at this restaurant. It was my first time going to this place & what a wonderful atmosphere, beautiful interior & nice decorations to match!
