Absolutely superb! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable - Diane was attentive, friendly, and her service perfectly timed. And the steak? Melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Every course was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A truly 5-star experience. We'll be back!

Overall fantastic but made better by Diane who provided great friendly service all night.

We visited today and our steak expert Diane was amazing. Very welcoming and attentive. Food was absolutely amazing especially the Tomahawk Pork steak which was as soft as butter and worth every single penny. Thanks Diane for making our visit.

We have been to the Brookmans Park Miller and Carter a number of times and have always really enjoyed it. The food is always excellent and the restaurant has a cosy and relaxed atmosphere. We recently went for lunch and brought our 5 month old daughter with us. Our waitress, Emmalina was great and we found the service to be excellent. Attentive without being overbearing or rushed. We will definitely be back.

Ana is amazing, she was very kind and professional. Our food and drinks didn’t take long and the food was delicious as well. This is one of those restaurants where you just know it will be great no matter what you order.

Not great. Being told the Manager basically wants the table cleared and you to leave is not the best. I did ask do you want us to leave. Didn't quiet expect that answer. Not like you were full up. Tables were free. I use this restaurant for family meet ups. Not any more we will be finding somewhere else. You did sing happy birthday earlier to me which I thought was a lovely touch. Everything unfortunately fell flat 😕 😪

We visited for our daughter's birthday today and the service from Diane was fantastic. She made a real fuss of both our children, even talking football with my son. They brought my daughter's dessert out with a candle and sang happy birthday. Thanks so much for making our lunch special

Ordered from the valentines menu and couldn’t have had nicer food, price was definitely worth it. Diane was really nice and a great server, really took care of us whilst eating making sure we were okay and checked on us often.

We came to celebrate a family member’s birthday. Anna our waitress was very polite, happy and very attentive to our needs. She made our whole experience brilliant from start to finish. It was my first time trying steak as an Indian and I have to say that it was totally worth it. The service was so good and the food was nice. We had Boz Ribeye steak, Calamari, Garlic Mushrooms, Haloumi Fries, Strawberry Twist, PassionFruit Cooler, Mini Brulee creme, Sticky Toffee Pudding. The Haloumi fries and Mini Brulee creme were average. But every other dish was so good.

We went for valentines and the service was amazing. Alex our server was very attentive! Food was lovely, with quick service. Would recommend!

Attended and made use of the private room for a birthday meal. We were served by Emmalina who was fantastic, really accommodating and very friendly.. Would always recommend this place. The food was great, I also think it's reasonably priced. All in all great meal. We attended on a Saturday afternoon and it was relatively quiet upstairs (apart from us). Lovely atmosphere. I would of loved to of taken pictures of the food but it was that nice it went down too quick.

That Wagyu ribeye on Valentine's Day was incredible, the best I've ever had! Maria was so welcoming and a fantastic server. The place is perfect for a little London getaway.

Diane was a great waitress and very easy to talk to. The level of service she delivered was great and would recommend coming to this restaurant. The food was lovely as always, cooked perfectly.

Chaos. Clearly over booked due to valentines promotion. Waited to be seated 20 minutes. Over 3.5 hours for a max 2 hour meal. Food took ages, wasn't very hot. Chips overcooked. Bill took ages and was wrong. Not a great experience this time sadly. Hope for better.

The food was delicious lukewarm but delicious the service was appalling sat on a table and abandoned for over 3.5 hours for a meal. If I hadn’t had to keep going up asking for service and the bill I would have been there until closing time. Arrived at 7.00pm left at 10.45pm a party of two shameful service. It wasn’t just my table either it was the whole side of the restaurant on the 1st floor by the back wall furthest away from the bar area. We were just abandoned. It was Valentines Day, come on, you know it’s going to be a busy night employ the right amount of staff to serve the customers there are no excuses. Just totally shocking customer service. It really was embarrassing 3.45hours for an evening meal for two!

Diane was friendly and efficient in looking after us. Even though it was Valentine's Day, but we were able to have a great time, in enjoying the food, the service and the atmosphere.

The worst meal I have ever had. Booked table at 8pm valentines night to finally be served a sub standard cold meal. Restaurant cold sat with coat on while having to wait for my deposit back (additional 15 mins & still waiting) waitress Emmalina was an asset to the business though.

I’ve been to Miller & Carter many times and the food is always lovely but on this occasion I have to say the experience was made a 100% better by our beautiful server Diane. What an absolutely wonderful lady. Perfect service with a smile. Wonderful service and a really lovely lady. One of those souls u feel like you’ve known for years. Really made us all smile.

Tonight's experience has been a great one. The food was excellent as always. I went with my family for a pre-valetines night out and was served by a lovely, polite and warm lady called Diane. She was very efficient and professional. She made my 9 and 11 year old boys feel special.
