Just got a taco chip something I've gotten repeatedly over the years and for the money it now is terrible there is hardly any meat only sauce and cheese...I'll be looking elsewhere I future...

I've always used milanos their food has always been great but I picked up 2 pizzas tonight and clearly they were reheated pizzas they were bone dry with a burnt a base definitely won't order again

Absolute joke, ordered two large taco chips and it was literally two cartons with a few chips in it covered in pink sauce, had to dig around for a bit of mince. Got two sausages and there was two chips along with them, not even an exaggeration... two chips. Give your head a wobble Milanos, near 20 quid for your disgraceful portions

Placed an order 3 weeks ago via app and paid online on a Thursday evening. When the order hadn't arrived after 1hour and 15 mins I called to check how much longer I was expected to wait, and was told it was on the way. Still no delivery over 2 hours later. Called again and was told they hadn't actually made the food yet and my order was to be made next. At this point I told them to cancel the order and asked for refund. Was advised the refund would be sent immediately. 3 days later, still no refund so called and asked could I have my money back, was told I'd get a call back about it. 1 week later still no refund or call back so I called again asking for my money back to be told that I would get a call back. Its now 3 weeks later and still nobody has called back and I haven't been given back my money. Absolutely do not recommend milanos

Ordered again after a previous bad experience, glad to say the food was great. Always loved milanos hope they can keep sending out good food. Try the battered chicken fillet burgers.

Waited over an hour no delivery. Called to see when it would arrive, they forgot about the order and told it would be on next batch out. When I asked how long will that be as its been over an hour don't know was the response 2 hrs later no order. Called another establishment for an order for it then to arrive so sent it back. Will not be ordering again. I realise mistakes are made but that should of been sent straight out and down within 10 minutes of realising the mistake not pit to the back of the queue as if I'd only placed it again.

Milanos is hard to beat I grew up with this chippy I remember Milanos opened in 1998 and even now its the best chippy in the North of Ireland maybe in the UK old-school never tasted a chippy that even comes close. Milanos is nicer than the og chippys like Raffos, Aldos and even the closed down red barn. Feeleys browns and mannys etc don't cut it. Stone baked pizza in my opinion is the best way to cook a pizza unlike dominos and pizza co where they use a conventional oven not good. Everything is lovely in Milanos esp there old school gravy and there biggest seller the Taco chip! Only shop left that still makes them the right way. Bolognese mince made with mushrooms onions in a tomato and chilli sauce on chips with cheese and garlic taco sauce and you can get them small and large.

1st class food pizza meal deal is great well worth the money...

Got two Margheritads . 25 min wait… staff are so sulky. Pizza over cooked… use too be really good. But has went down hill… won’t he back

Bought Curryed Sausage Supper give me two Sausages that must have came out of a 12pk of Dennys from the Garage next door tiny we skinny sausage and charged £6:50 very very poor meal tbh .

Quality service, reasonable prices and great food

On the stewartstown road has been here many years personally I think that milanos does the nicest battered food, I prefer to order a collection as its within walking distance from where I live. Have yet to be disappointed. Also the New York sandwich is my favourite you can have chicken mushrooms peppers cheese and mayonnaise. Parking is available and delivery is usually quick I have attached some photos of the menu on my recent visit. Staff are friendly too.

Taco pizza was great also the 2 for 1 Monday good value..

delivery arrived after 1 hour and 45 minutes wait ice cold not only that the cheese has gone like rubber and the staff kept saying it was only hour which is not the point and a lie.

Has went downhill. Just ordered off of justeat and my pasty bap arrived in pieces. Wouldnt even feed it to a dog. Disgraceful .

Got food last week awful awful awful. Greasy so much so all the paper was swimming with grease... it was through to the brown paper bag. Fish was grey, onion rigs horrible.. it cost just under £15 for what we had we would never go back.

They do the best pasties in the city. I always loved to order them when I stayed in Lagmore.
