This was our first time having this Chinese and I mean it was to die for!!😍 The much box was unbelievable,chicken curry was delicious, salt and chilli chips were amazing! Was our first time and will not be our last!‼️‼️

Appalling service, ordered by phone after 1 hours 30 mins still no delivery, rang and said it was on its way another 35 minutes passed and still no delivery so rang back and cancelled the order, for a dinner order placed at 5.18pm should not have still been waiting over 2 hours later. The young girl on the phone said she would ring the driver and check where it was but after 2 hours we weren’t willing to wait any longer, never had such poor service from any other Chinese is the Lisburn area. Rang another local Chinese and order out for delivery already.

Yet again got our order wrong with items missing !! Every time .. we thought they should have it sorted

Absolutely awful, ordered a special curry, got broccoli, green beans and carrots. If I wanted a salad I’d go to Tesco’s. Have ordered from here for a number of years but no more.

First time in this Chinese and it will not be the last! Food yummy. Highly recommended.

Ordered food and 1 hour passes and no food so I called to enquire girl on the phone asks did I order on just eat I said no she says o and then goes I will check and I can clearly hear them say o that’s still here she then comes back onto the phone rude as anything o that’s already away out it shouldn’t be long food arrives lukewarm have always thought this place was great but not anymore won’t be going again will find somewhere else to go

Probably the worst food I've ever had from any Chinese takeaway anywhere. Which is 😞 disappointing because the food here.is normally spot on. Got the munch box, salt n chilli chicken was so hard it would have broken your teeth, overall the whole thing was cold not even lukewarm, COLD!!

Ordered from here on Thursday night, and I must say it was absolutely awful. The chicken curry was disgusting the rice smelt rotten I phoned to let them know that something was right with their food especially the rice, the girl said I was the only one to complain about the food, but it definitely was bad. We always get from here and after this I can say we will never be over the door again. My daughter ended up vomiting the whole night 😡 I received an email from just eat saying they were sorry I wasn’t happy with my food and the the taste, smell and portion size of a dish can vary depending on where you order it . That was not the case the food I received smelt rotten and the rice was definitely off.

Very lucky to get a full star Food wasn't the best and was delivered very late.

Messed up first order took it back and was handed another box half cooked chips and hard rice will not be back 👎

Awful place, waited nearly 3 hours on a delivery after phoning the place 3 times just to be told there was ‘traffic’ and it was on its way, when phoning the 4th time to cancel i was again told it was on the way complete joke, there was absolutely no traffic about Lisburn on a Wednesday night. Do not appreciate being lied to.

Worst Chinese I've ever tasted! None of the food had been cooked fresh. Dried out reheated chips, salt and chilli chicken with veg that tasted like it was a month old, bland curry and dried out, reheated bland rice and noodles. Absolutely disgusting and nothing like it used to be and def won't be back. Paid £27 for the privilidge too, raging!

I ordered from here lastnight between 5pm and 5.15pm the estimated delivery was 6.30pm at 6.45pm the food was still not here so i rand and the girl on the counter said it was on its way that they were very busy so when another hour passed i rung them again and the girl said it was on its way i told her she told me that an hour ago that the food was going to be cold she guaranteed me it wouldn't. Another passed so i rung again at 8.45pm to be told that it had be delivered hours ago i told them that they were wrong that iv been waiting on it and she put the driver on he told me he delivered it to a house and a child came to the door i had no kids here the girl came back on the phone and said take it up with just eat. Poor customer service and i want a full refund. Yous should get the driver to go to the house he delivered to and ring me. Ill meet him and show him the proper house

Tried for 1st time(wish I hadn't) curry was oily chips were super greasy and omelette was dry and lacked flavour. Will be sticking with my favourite from now on. Got on 27th Nov 21 Must say it was delicious lovely food great flavours great difference in 2 years defo going back.

Only every had a complaint of food quality twice but waiting so long and multiple calls to be assured it was on its way is just shoddy. Best thing just phoned cancelled order and phoned the man lee ballmacash order placed and delivered within 20 mins. Look if its the drivers fault get a new driver if its not its a shoddy way to deal with customers tell the truth and say you are busy

Awful. Delivery arrived an hour late . Cold and soggy. Chips were overcooked as well ! Definitely don't recommend if you want your food before next Xmas. The majority of the reviews are negative and I should have read them before ordering . I tried here because my usual Chinese was closed. Go to the WokN if you are looking for some good food .

AWFUL! waited for 2 hours?? for two curry 1/2 and 1/2s and some noodles. so dry barely any sauce and noodles and chips tasted like they had been made a week ago.

Last week was first time trying this Chinese and was lovely but tonight I was not very impressed, I would of been better going to McDonald's for a happy meal. Definitely will not be back.

We order from here regularly, normally order on the phone and go and collect although have had delivery. Food is always delicious and hot!

Our usual chinese was closed so tried here, delivery time was fine, my sliced chicken super was inedible, tasteless gravy, chicken sat on top cold and weird grey colour, all went in bin, my husband got beef curry, they forgot to send the chips, waited for more to be sent..just made him some myself, curry was nice enough.

This used to be our regular chinese takeaway, havent used here in a long time. Not sure if the cooking staff have been changed but the food has really went down hill. Unfortunately we do not order from here anymore.

Ordered twice and both times they got my orders wrong second order they gave mixed salted chilli and the chips tasted like they were 3 days old. Waste of money, would never order again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Just had the worse meal ever. Have loved this place for years but tonight's meal will be the last. Burnt chips and 6 bits of small chicken in my salt and chilli meal. Also husband paid for a snack box but got a child's meal.

Nice food & great friendly service

Absolutely appalling food and delivery. Over an hour late. When I called the shop, the staff downright lied to me, saying it was on its way. When it finally arrived, the containers were leaking and everything was soggy (prawn crackers and spring rolls) and far too salty. They should be embarrassed to be sending out food like this.

My usual place was closed and I looked around for another 5 star food hygiene rating and found this one. Took my take away meal home. Took first fork full and along came a black hair. I examined the meal to find another. Call the place and spoke to manager who really didn't care. Will not be back to this place

Very hit and miss and unfortunately this time was a miss.

I used JustEat to order from them. Food is amazing, but the order time is sometimes too long, takes over an hour to get your order; would of given 5 stars, but the delivery times are just horrible.

Quality of food has gone down sauce are very very thin almost tastless since it changed hands

Balls'd the order up and tried to blame us and wouldn't send out replacement.. Were looking for us to pay for another even tho what they sent isn't what we ordered. Won't ever get out of there again, disgrace!

Visited Sai Kung Night for dinner this evening... was very tasty. Very clean kitchen and friendly staff.

Absaloutley disgusting the curry looks like gravy and tastes like a battery🤢 never coming back here and do not recommend at all hope they get shut down

Food was rotten chicken was rubbery & undercooked as well as the chips, what a waste of money certainly won't be back!! Wouldn't even give it a star👎

Was told to expect good things, delivery took just over an hour. The dried salted chilli special was far from dry the batter was soggy. The portion size wasn't great and all in all it wasn't very salted or spicy. The rice which I got as a side was dry, not light and fluffy. The noodles are terrible, the kids got a chicken ball supper to share and the chicken balls are pathetically skimpy on the chicken and over indulges on the batter. Probably for a bit of extra profit and I'm afraid that's what showed through the meal we were sent last night. Another restaurant trying to make extra profit at the loss of quality ad taste. The noodles are cheap, use a better quality thicker noodle. The portions are on the small side, and the food just wasn't great. I won't be ordering from here again. I felt let down especially after reading the reviews on just eat. £24 wasted to be honest. 🙁

Wrong order and really rude staff wouldn't be back there

My partner and I have ate out of Saikung Night many times. Our old favourite was always chicken ball supper with bbq sauce and a portion of noodles with curry sauce but recently we have we getting the munchie box, it's amazing does 3 of us. Also staff are great. They once gave us a free chips as it was the end of the night, it's all them little things that bring you back. Highly recommend.

Family love to order a cpl of the munchies boxes as a treat in the weekend great value polite staff n foods great cudnt ask for more

Have picked up great meals many times from Sai Kung Night Chinese takeaway and never been disappointed. Owned and Managed by the Tsang Family who are well known throughout the Chinese and Cantonese Restaurant and takeaway businesses together with the Kwok Family, Their food is excellent. The menu caters for all tastes and includes European dishes, all at competitive prices. We will continue to visit the Sai Kung Night for our Chinese experience.
