Fish and chips by day? English cafe by night! Greek!! Fajitas!! Michaels has it all!! I’ve never eaten such a heavenly harsh brown in all my days, he wasn’t joking when he said it’s harsh - but that’s how I like them. The bain marie was music to my ears, I was singing “Sound of the Underground” by girls aloud to myself, but changing the lyrics to “Sound of the bain marie”. The ambience at michaels is second to none. I hope to one day meet the man, the myth, the legend.. michael. I’ll invite him to my wedding, he can cater!

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Worst breakfast I’ve ever eaten. Brought out our plates one at a time with about 10 minutes in between each. Avoid at all costs

Not good , ashtray over flowing outside with cigarette ends. That's the good point here's the bad point. Fruit fly's all over the place . Floor filthy. The tables unclean , now cash only as well. If you like dirty ,unclean and generally in a state of disrepair you could not do better than this.

Zero star if it was an option. Absolutely shocking service. No customer service from the staff. Had to walk out after 40 minutes of no service (work break time gone) No cold drinks, no ice. Sat down at the table and the leg snapped from underneath taking my drink with it spilling all over me. Thankfully it was a ''cold'' drink, I told the man inside the shop who was extremely rude, told me it was not my responsibility and not to worry... just very lucky it was not a hot drink!! I asked for apple juice and got told if there is non I will give you orange juice??? No other options. Awful.

Been served these moldy hash browns in 2 breakfast sandwiches we ordered this morning! Tried calling and no answer!

Just been for breakfast, the hashbrowns were rotten on all the breakfasts!!! It looks like they've cooked them weeks in advance and then chuck them in the deep fat fryer!! Rank!!! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE FOR FOOD!!!!

Ordered from here twice, the first time I can’t really remember but it wasn’t that bad. This time, the delivery driver (ordered through Uber) loudly played music from his phone as he came up to the door. Do what you gotta do to make your job fun, but not at 9am when my housemates are still sleeping. The main thing - latte was just dumped in the bag with my butty and obviously the feeble attempts to wrap it up with cling film did nothing. You could probably swim in the contents of the bag. Because I’m hungry, I sucked it up and ate the butty and it would be delicious - five star worthy - if I didn’t occasionally get sugary mouthfuls of latte soaked muffin. Obviously unless I plan on getting water boarded by coffee, I can’t drink my latte. Probably the worst takeaway experience I’ve ever had.

Not a nice cafe , 4 of us had cold food undercooked eggs .dirty tables , sat with our coats on as the cafe was cold teas and coffees were weak not happy !

Cheap breakfast, all good apart from the sausage really, good value for money. Decor is a bit grotty, service was good.

Great food, served quickly and given a good amount of food on their regular breakfast. The staff are friendly and the premise looks well maintained. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a full English or just a a bacon roll

Food was stale and cold. We ordered a collection and it wasn’t great.

Beautiful place, very tranquil, greeted instantly once we were through the door. Quick service, polite manners, lovely smiles and all around just an amazing place. I do reccomend this to anyone. Breakfast was top notch!

Hey :) i was unsure to try this breakfast but their veg breakfast is great. Also, i have left them a lil note to put some pepper in which, they did. 😊 Not to mention, it came with ketchup. I’m so grateful as their service is indeed great and exceptional. Happy customer! ~

Food was delicious, just didn't like the hot drinks, tea was weak and my sister asked for cold milk but, she got hot milk. No big issue would recommend and visit again.

Ordered delivery and it was cancelled an hour after it said it was on its way. No call to let me know what was happening, I tried calling to see if there was an issue with delivery, but no answer. Would have been happy to help give directions to a driver if they needed them

Looks a bit rough from outside, but my food was great.

Dirty plate, dirty mug, and a sticky table. The owner was friendly enough but the overall dining experience was sub par and i especially didnt like the sound of the bain-marie lid being lifted to fish out the sausages.

Michael looked after us when we went 4 breakfast on 2 occasions. Consistently good. I think he is offering good value for money. You can have a Greek breakfast or Full English and vegetarian breakfast. If you want demerara sugar for your coffee ☕ just ask. Other drinks are available. You can sit in side or outside.

Stumbled across this cafe this morning inbetween jobs. Popped in and immediately loved it. Warm friendly welcome, lovely family feel about it, the staff were down to earth and familiar with their customers, knew what they liked and interested in how they were doing. And involved me, a new customer in conversation making me feel welcome. The food and coffee was delicious and affordable and just what I wanted! A surprise find that made my day and i’ll definitely be back! 😊

Best English breakfast in the area. Vegetarian breakfast also available. Michael (the owner) is extremely nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.
