If you like Middle East cuisine this place is really good. I have lived in the Middle East for 16 years and the food was exactly as if I was back there again. Park where ever you can and it's cash only on WE other than that it's great experience.

Just came back after a dinner at Mezze testaurant. Tried their platters, and everyone loved it. The food was very delicious and the atmosphere was excellent. The serving time was quick and the service was good. Highly recommended!

We were in Birmingham n wanted somewhere nice to eat. Went into Mezze, we were the 1st customers today, there was 10 of us, place was clean food was nice but disappointing we didn't get the 25% discount on cash payments which had been advertised on Instagram automatically.. we were charged full!! Edit after response: Thank you for your response and kind gesture, we will be visiting again soon Insha'Allaah. Edit 2 It's been a while, my husband visited with his brothers, and were offered 25% off todays meal.. Thank you.

This was my first time coming to Mezze, I have to say the food was delicious. The meat was so soft and would definitely come again. Service was brilliant.

We went here after seeing the reviews and they did not disappoint. We ordered a mezze platter which was tasty and the sea bass which was the most flavourful fish I have had in Birmingham. Surprisingly the food was well seasoned, spicy. The fries were fresh potato’s with the skins on and seasoned with a lovely spice. The portion sizes were generous . However we were let down with the hot drinks as they had no adeni tea or chai latte that day. The Kunafah was average, it could not compare to Mr Knafah or the other knafah place on Coventry road. It didn’t have that crunch or that stretchy cheese it also seemed a little dry not enough syrup. The mochas were lovely though. Overall though one of the best Arab food places in Birmingham as the food was very well seasoned, cooked fresh and generous portion sizes.

We visited Mezze today on recommendation from a friend. Really delicious fresh food and very friendly helpful staff. Very reasonably priced too. Will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Tuesday afternoon at 1400, me and my wife, came to dine in for lunch. Only one table of two and us. Took our order, waited for 25 minutes for the food arrive. We ordered chicken wraps, lamb chops, and chicken wings with chips. My five lamb chops were small pieces, smaller than chicken wings. Cooked nicely but very small. The chicken was ok, bit dry inside. The wrap was decent. I wouldn't go back there personally. I stick to Al Bader. Sorry also no card payments and a headache to pull out cash.

Me being pregnant i had craving for good fresh Middle Eastern food and MEZZE restaurant did not disappoint. Food was sooo good , delicious and fresh! It took a while to come but it was fresh and Hot i rather they take little time and give hot and fresh food. We got special mix grill and Hot mix Mezze and Feta Salald. Everything was absolutely phenomenal. We like Middle Eastern food and are always in search for good places and this will definitely be on top of our list for next visit. Service was also good in a nice relaxed atmosphere.

I recently dined at Mezze Restaurant and had an exceptional experience! The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered a falafel wrap, chicken kebab, batata harra, and tea, and each dish was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The service was incredible; the staff made sure we were very well looked after from start to finish. I felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated throughout my visit. Myself, my wife and son had a fantastic meal here. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble for them. We ordered a mix grill, chicken skewers and a kids meal and Kunafeh for dessert. The food was warm, fresh and full of flavour. The chicken kebab was the best I have tasted in years. We finished the meal of with a beautiful Kunafeh dessert which was freshly made. I would definitely eat here again. Forgot to mention the portion sizes are great, atmosphere quiet and friendly, just a lovely gem of a restaurant. Sayed Mohammed

My recent dining experience at Mezze restaurant on Ladypool Road, Birmingham, was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the mandi, which delivered an exquisite blend of flavors and incredible value for the price. The lamb mandi was a culinary delight, cooked to perfection with tender, flavorful meat that melted in the mouth. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and attention to detail. Although the dish was advertised to include two pieces of lamb, we received one piece and a smaller additional piece. This minor discrepancy, however, did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Complementing the mandi was the freshly prepared ayran, which added a refreshing touch to the dining experience. Watching the staff prepare it with store-bought yogurt right after our order was a reassuring sight, showcasing their commitment to freshness and quality. While the restaurant does not provide free water or tap water, this minor inconvenience is easily overshadowed by the quality of the food and service. It's also worth noting that parking can be a bit of a challenge, as there is no dedicated parking area. However, street parking en route to the restaurant is a feasible option.

Food here was good, really enjoyed the mix grill and with rice. Clean and nice atmosphere. It was quiet when we went for lunch and not so busy. The staff were friendly. I would recommend and return here

Price was affordable- not overly expensive . Humus tasted delicious and the platter was decent portion. Great service from waitress Anisa- approachable , ensured order was correct and gave prompt service.

We came yesterday, the food and restaurant were nice. The woman serving us was just rude and cold. My brother suggested this place from his last visit but since then the waiter had changed and even he was surprised at how rude she was. We bought our mum out after ages, who is sick and doesn’t go out much but that waiter completely ruined the experience. She didn’t even want to speak to us, whenever we asked about the menu, she met us with passively aggressive comments. She literally chucked the plates on our table and we were expected to distribute them, her attitude was just off and there was no attention whatsoever. She’s totally ruining the business and it’s a shame really because the food was good but she ruined the night!

Everywhere else on Ladypool Road was full except this place, we were seated straight away, the food came quickly and was made to perfection and the staff were really kind. Thank you!

Hands down, some of the best food I’ve tried. I shared a platter (serves 3 people) along with 2 others. The food was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavors. The service and the presentation was equally as good. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Came here for a quick lunch and personally it’s the best shawarma I’ve had in Birmingham after trying many, also the best priced. Garlic sauce was spot on, fries tasted fresh and well seasoned, the wrap was well filled and was nicely toasted, the chicken shawarma tasted great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall delicious fresh food for a very affordable price and a clean place. Would love to come back and try other food, 100% recommend!

Ordered Mix platter for 3, cold mezze platter, fries and milk cake, mandi taste was average not like yemeni style, 4 piece in one shish tawuk skewer, humus was not beiruti type. Taboula and falafel were nice, no tahina sauce. Overall 3 ⭐️ for mix grill platter and 3.5⭐️ for Cold mezze. In the end he recommend to try bestseller milk cake but it was disappointing. 2⭐️

A hidden gem !! I had Iftar with my friends and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered Shawarma platter , kofta wrap with chips and hummus shawarma 🥙 The juices were fresh ! Waiter was very attentive and gave us free baklava . Not to mention the Moroccan tea and kunafa , absolutely nice and fresh 😊. Thank you guys for the service !!

Went for iftar and it was a mess. There was only one waiter working which made his life hard as well as us customers. We were waiting ages for some water and waited around an hour for our food during Ramadan. I ordered a feta cheese salad and was given a different type of salad. The waiter just suggested that he would give me some feta cheese on the side. The salad that was handed to me was swimming in salad juice and put me off the salad completely. Terrible service but the food was decent, not great.

I have tried this place today with my friends we were 11 of us, Mashallah they have very friendly staff and customer service and really nice food and good size of portions

Went yesterday with my friends there was 17 of us so they were not getting no small order, we had our own drinks which we would rather use and asked the waiter if we can have cups but the waiter was very rude and refused to offer cups, very poor customer service especially in the month of Ramadan and none of us will ever be going here again. Our experience will be shared as well, please provide additional training to your waiter.

If you are looking for a quick delicious and meaty food this is the place to visit. We had wraps which were so fresh and tasty. They do grill , wraps and kebabs .Recommended

Loved the food, place was nice and cosy and service was really good.

Food was ok. We bought the platter to share for 3 which included more rice than meat with the smallest plate of salad. Rice tasted of ginger alot. There was a toilet near the food area with no door which was not pleasant and off putting. Also cash only so we had to mess around with bank transfer when told we could do contactless and signal inside very bad. Overall first and last time visiting this place.

Fantastic little place tucked away from the busy bussle of the main Ladypool Rd. Tasty mezze. Lovely mains. Not much by way of desserts when we went, that's not an issue as there are dessert parlours within walking distance. You won't be disappointed. Salmon was really good

I would like to provide you with positive feedback mezze Arabic restaurant which I believe is the best in Birmingham. The staff and manager are all brilliant in all aspects, their role, their approach, their listening, understanding and their response to the issues in finding best ways to address them. They are not judgemental nor bias. I full appreciate their time, their hardworking and effort. Although it is their job, they truly take that extra mile (goes above and beyond) to ensure that they provide efficient advice and service. I cannot thank them enough. It is very rare to find one that is very dedicated, who listens and understands. And is willing to do a job to their ability. I greatly value their role and hardwork. And I greatly thank them all.

We went here to have dinner on our Anniversary and it was a very nice experience. The restaurant is very clean and well kept, the food is chefs kiss, reminded me of my days in Dubai. Everything is so delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The two gentlemen working here are very hardworking and make the food with care and provide a great service. We had so many different things and our bill was only £39, will visit again with friends and try more dishes.

Very welcoming staff and impeccable service. The food was not only fresh and delicious but also offered generous portions at excellent value. Kids menu in particular was very cheap with larger portions compared to what you find elsewhere. The setting is clean and pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised and highly recommend this place. Will definitely return. Ps: When asked if the kids' burger looked like the picture in the menu with olive eyes and a cucumber tongue, the waiter said it doesn't. But they still made this funny burger much to the delight of my 5yo (we loved it!)

Mezze is one of the best restaurants in the city, the chef really pays attention to the detail and flavour of the food. Must try!!!
