Every return to this bistro is a delight. The staff gracefully cater to any menu adjustments, ensuring a seamless experience. The coffee is exceptional, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness is top-notch, rounding out the comfortable setting. It’s my preferred spot for a warm, inviting dining experience.

Merlas Bistro A Must Stoped on two occasions for breakfast, staff are very friendly , helpful and accommodating .. extensive menu on offer.. Mexicak breakfast was a first for me , very tasty

Always come here when in Cricklewood, excellent service, a good choice of well cooked breakfast or lunch and great coffee. Also the fresh juices are superb. Family run i think, always a warm welcome.

Went a few years ago and it was great. However, Dec 2023 it wasn't very nice at all. I had the lamb chops and they were too chewy.

Big add in front of shop that you get tea or coffee with breakfast but actually you don't get any cofee,need to pay separate

Fantastic every time I go in, haven't been in a while due to be giving birth to triplets but the staff is exceptional in Customer Services it's a shame they are a dying breed.

First of all. Food and drinks are amazing tasty, while prices are good it’s still good portions that’ll make you full! The atmosphere is great, both for small companies and if you’re going a lot out to eat here. Last of all I gotta recommend the service. Super considerate always smiling and checking in. Breakfast for two and a cup of coffee and a tea, everything was hot. The setting was nice and clean.

I ordered Benedict with extra hash browns. Everything tastes good! It is only my preference that the eggs can be cooked just few seconds longer so that the yolk will be more dense and creamy.

The best English Breakfast I’ve had in years. Even the sausage was tasty. Heinz beans also makes the difference. Great decor and incredibly friendly and caring staff. Today was my second time there and definitely not the last.

We specifically returned to Merals when visiting London as the food is delicious, the menu fantastic and the service second to none. Highly recommend this little cafe bistro. It will not disappoint.

I had breakfast with my family here recently and can't recommend it highly enough. Great range of options, large portion sizes, and everything was delicious and very well priced.

Never had a bad experience here. A great selection of different foods, generous portion sizes and lots of bargains so good for all budgets.

Firstly the portion sizes are insane here, especially as it’s not pricey at all compared to any other brunch cafes. If you’re looking for good comfort food, or a huge breakfast this is the perfect cafe for you. The staff are so so friendly, they have Halal options available for you and the atmosphere in the shop is so calming with plenty of seating available.

We popped in for breakfast because we were staying in the area briefly. It’s a friendly and welcoming place, and the menu has some interesting things on it. I got the Mexican Breakfast (eggs, chorizo, peppers, avocado, spinach, sweet corn and halloumi on a tortilla) and my wife got the Healthy Breakfast (or similar name - poached eggs, avocado, salad, toast). Everything was delicious, service was friendly and the coffee was good too.

I usually trust Google with its reviews and it doesn’t let me down. This place was very disappointing. I ordered salmon benedict which was the saddest Salmon Benedict i have ever eaten. See it in the picture. They didn’t bother to sauté or dress the spinach , hollandaise sauce seems like bought from the store and squirted on cheap English muffins, tomatoes are yellowish hard as a rock .. What a fail.. We had amazing breakfast in London previous two days for the same price and third day unfortunately had this. I am sorry but I have no idea where did these reviews came from..

Went into Meral's with my husband on Friday morning, when we were shopping in Cricklewood. We'd only intended to have a quick coffee and a pastry, but then we spotted the cooked breakfasts, and there was no turning back! Absolutely delicious food, really generous helpings, great value for money, and the staff are all lovely - can't recommend it highly enough. If we lived in the area we'd definitely be regulars here!

Dropped in for breakfast. 2 adults, 2 kids. Staff extremely friendly. Premises lovely and warm and very inviting. Food was absolutely gorgeous. Kids enjoyed pancakes and smoothies. We had full breakfasts. Would definitely return if we are in cricklewood again. Just a little observation that sums up staff friendliness- I observed the server serve an older gentleman a takeaway dish. She obviously knew him well as she put her hand out and helped him stand up and then she walked out ahead of him and opened the door for him. Lovely to see. Thanks for the experience

This place is deffinately not a 4.8 starts. This is what a 7£ english breakfast looks like.

I used to love this place but today they let me down. Cold beans, and far too much butter on the toast. And when you say something they are shocked and slow to correct it. I was half way through my breakfast before I recieved replacement toast. Going to explore other place now as this place has gone downhill. Beans all over the place and cold. Chipped plate Soggey toast one bite and the butter on the tissue is what came off of my mouth. Come on guys get it together.

It's Fantastic! The food is sooo good and tasty. The place is Wonderful and the Waitresses are lovely persons. And with drinks the same! The coffee was delicious and the juices too. If you stay in London in this area of ​​Cricklewood I can assure you that you will not find a better place to have breakfast. Highly recommended

Have been here a couple of times and find it is a fantastic place. All the food I have had has been great - especially the Mexican breakfast . And service is nice and good too.

Nice food, good portion sizes, good prices, but often get the order wrong. I go regularly and have the omelets and fries.

Love the cafe food is always amazing and the barista makes the best lattes I've ever had! It's my boyfriends favourite cafe and now it's mine too!

Hard to find a decent cafe in north London area . Thankful I found this , good food , fair priced very friendly and nicely decorated cafe . Also good halal version of breakfast for people that don’t eat pork 👏🏼👏🏼

Friendly staff and great halal options for breakfast and lunch, prices are really good considering the huge portions you get. But the staff throughout went the extra mile for us and I couldn't recommend this place more.

Meral’s Kitchen is a very lovely little café, the service received was brilliant! The menu was easy to read it explained which each meal available. Food was nice, it was made how asked – which some places can find difficult. All meals came out within a timely manor and no one was waiting for their meal. I was with my daughter (3 years old) the plate didn’t come out hot and they had allowed the food to cool down before bringing out so that she could eat as soon as the pate arrived with mine. This was a nice touch so well done!! Waitress was cute so that was a bonus!

Lovely Sunday morning breakfast, was just around the corner from where we were staying (holiday Inn cricklewood). Salmon and scrambled eggs for me, was delicious and really good prices!
