Amazing food and great service! We opted for the megan's mezze feast as we couldn't decide on just one thing - and it did not disappoint! A great amount of food (we struggled to finish it!) and tasted amazing. Mike, Eldo and Mohammed were all super attentive and welcoming. It was a lovely evening we hope to visit again soon.

Bhavi was EXCELLENT. Took great care of us throughout and made sure we were always looked after, can’t praise her enough. Only down side was being sat near the kitchen window where it was warm, but Bhavi’s service filling our drinks certainly helped us enjoy our time spent on Megan’s.

The interior decor and menu is fantastic! We went for a bottomless brunch and it did not disappoint, drinks were quickly topped up and the food was fantastic. Our waitress bhavi was amazing, so lovely and friendly, super attentive!

Lovely experience with great service

£110 for 2. Cocktails at £12.50 are pre mixed. Food seemed to be left on the pass too long and dried out. The staff seemed shocked that there could possibly be a problem.

We had a good experience until the payment situation ruined everything. On a Saturday morning, we came to Megan’s to have breakfast. We had two shakshukas, two matcha lattes, and a bottle of water — the food was ok. We came to the reception counter to pay as we were in a rush and didn’t want to wait for the check (the service was a bit slow). We weren’t given the check with the summary of the order, but instead, were handed the POS to pay. And we did pay, which was our mistake. The moment the transaction went through and we saw the amount, it seemed off. I came back in to ask for the receipt, which of course was for the wrong order. The difference was about £10 but still. We asked for the payment to be reverted to which the staff member (probably the manager) said was not possible. He asked me for my email and told me the finance office would send the payment and an email confirmation on Monday (this was happening on Saturday). At the moment I’m writing this review, it’s Thursday of the following week — I obviously received no email or payment. I also submitted a contact form on their website and again, haven’t heard back. It’s a shame to treat your guests this way. Definitely on the blacklist for us. A reminder for everyone to be incredibly diligent!

A relaxing spot in Islington with delicious Turkish cuisine and warm, friendly service.

It is a really nice location for a family brunch. I have a toddler and they have high chairs, dedicated menus with crayons and even some free babyccino that my child really enjoyed as it resembled my flat white! The food was really nice for adults as well!

A great place to grab food and drinks with a group. We met up to celebrate an anniversary as a big group and enjoyed the drinks happy hour and quick food service. The waiting staff were great in explaining the menu options and recommending desserts but I opted for no dessert this time. The ambience was great for conversations- music wasn’t too loud.

Mohammed and Bhavi were our servers and the service was attentive and the staff were extremely helpful in advising which dishes to order based off our needs and preferences. Brunch at Megan’s Highbury & Islington was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed weekend meal. Muhammed really did great with the bottomless drinks—attentive, friendly, and always making sure our glasses were full. Definitely coming back!

Not Great. Quantity, and quality of food not good. Food is usually served room temperature if that. The portions are tiny and not worth what they are charging compared to other restaurants and cafes in the area. Pretty poor. Under staffed. So it takes a while for anyone to even notice you are there to seat you, or take your.

We hired Megan's for a private party on a Sunday night and from my first meeting with the team they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. So many guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was. Would definitely use it again for another family gathering. Can't wait to be back. If you're looking for a venue for a private hire, you can't go wrong here.

Nada was a great hostess and looked after us really attentively, she was so patient even when we had to keep asking for more time to decide our order, since we were too busy talking! Only con is the menu feels a little overpriced for what you get, especially if you’re doing starter, main and dessert.

Came for the bottomless brunch. The food is always good here. However, they need to improve the service of bottomless drinks, as it took a while to receive them. Overall, it’s a lovely restaurant.

Had a lovely meal on Monday. The shakshouka chilli chicken kebab was delicious - quite spicy! Service was great - Muhammed our waiter was pleasant and efficient. We live locally and are spoilt for choice, we will be back as service and food was great
