Mediterranean Fish Bar in Wigan

My husband bought fish & chips plus a fish onitsha own it was awful the fish on its own was full of batter & very very crispy paid £15 for this outrageous food disgusting wudnt give it to my dog!!!!!

Amazing food great staff and cool art work . Good value . Staff where helpfully with chouise and did no push sales . Will now use as my new fish and chip shop

Really nice we ordered the spicy chargrilled chicken and salad on Nan really tasty. The chicken tenders were also cooked to perfection along with the chips, only down side we asked for large chips between three off us but when we opened the packet there were all enough for one person. The Donna kebabs were also very tasty, the place is very clean and nice. Only down side did have to wait a little while for the food as it was busy also not sure if taken a lot off phone ordered as people just seem to keep coming in taking food which looked to push us to the back off the que. This is a place me and my family have been going to for years, but tonight's meal could be described as a nightmare. We placed the order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, upon arrival it wasn't clear who was in which queue as there where some outside and some in the shop. When I entered it wasn't really that busy and staff were rude as they told me to wait outside while my order was being prepared, which is fine. After waiting outside for 20 minutes and watching at least 15 other people who arrived after me walking away with their food, I thought I would go in and ask how much longer my order would be. When I went in the main part of the order was ready waiting in the warmer. I then watched them chuck together a chicken wrap which when I got home was barely warm and the other two things I ordered where not at all up to their usual standards. Overall I had waited 45 minutes for my food which wasn't even that good and ended up in pain due to the cold weather I had to wait in. I understand we are in a pandemic and times are difficult but by now I would thought they would have a better system and more organization, considering the fact they knew I was there and could see me outside waiting. Further in the idea we are in a pandemic the staff weren't wearing any face masks or (if we were in normal) hair nets which can be seen as very unhygienic. After this evening I don't see me and my family returning for a while.
