Very very goof and tasty burger. Well seasoned..tasty..fresh..quick as well..i asked for extra onions and jalapeano relish but dont think i got it. I had the truffle fries..lovely. I def will come back..travelled from bham to get it and was not let down.. Its now my 2nd choice for a tasty burger..will be back

I went and stayed in Leeds for a little staycation last week and stayed at the DoubleTree. Was in the mood for a burger and saw this place on Google. Was initially a bit unsure but thought I would give it a whirl. Wow, amazing!! Very very good. Much better than the expensive burger I had in the hotel restaurant the day before. I lived in the US for twenty years so I know their burgers. This was definitely top notch. It was so good I went back and got another one the day after! And the next time I am in Leeds will drop in again. More people need to know about this place. Highly recommend! PS. The chicken tenders and chips are totally killer too. My only request is to have Honey Mustard sauce like they have at Red Robin!! Haha.

Found this place by chance. What a result!! We had the 60/40 breakfast burgers. Mountains of meat and eggy cheesey goodness and a healthy dollop of jalapeño sauce. Absolutely lush.

The food was amazing, the burgers and fries were fresh and very juicy, would definitely go back again.

Had a breakfast mexican muffin and a pistachio milkshake both were excellent best muffin I've ever had, great service I'd definitely go again and so should you!

Came with high hopes following other online reviews and food vlogs, was not disappointed. Had the Korean fried chicken burger, absolute banger (maybe the best chicken burger I have ever had) parm and truffle fries were decent but looked a bit messy. Peanut butter shake was OK, not too heavy but could have been sweeter. The guys serving and cooking were very attentive and on point, shame it was empty but that might have to do with the construction work going on outside and the weather (there were a steady chain of delivered bikes coming in and out which also made getting in a bit difficult as someone decided to leave their bike right infront of the door, need to sort that out!)

One of the better burger places around fair price for the lunchbox the burgers are great as are the fries and Chicken Tender. The guys are class down to earth and chatty

As something of a devotee of the Newcastle flagship, I was somewhat intrigued how the Leeds branch would be. It was spot on. It did feel like an alternative universe walking into a different layout but all the same elements. But the food was absolute top flight as expected. Service good Portions excellent ( sure we got more chips than usual) Excellent stuff. If you want a smash burger in Leeds.. Come here simple as

Fantastic burger and chicken tenders

Ate in earlier this evening - was really impressed with the speed and service, Yellowstone Burger was perfect and beef dripping chips were on point. Great value for money and they even came around to check everything was okay whilst we were eating - not used to that in a burger place, fab atmosphere, service and food! Look forward to returning :)

Ended up here after the place we were going to was shut and holy smokes this place is banging and even better than where we were going to! Friendly staff, food served under 10 mins and slapping tunes. Balmoral chicken burger with truffle parmesan fries 10/10 and they have a decent ale on tap too. Will be returning 🫶 Scoffed the food before thinking to take a photo 😂

Working in the city centre, this place does a great lunchtime deal with the lunchbox that includes a burger, fries and a chicken tender.

Really underwhelming after reading the all the great reviews. I paid for things I then didn't get because they'd run out of chicken. Fries suuuuuper salty. No offer of sauces of anything. Wouldn't bother going back.

Great music, food and an overall amazing atmosphere. Average spend here in the mornings is around 10-15£ and afternoons would be roughly 20£ depending on what you want to buy

Came by chance and was bloody good! Fast, 5 mins flat service. £10 meal deal for a burger, beef dripping chips, and chicken tender. We shared it which made for a really satisfying amount. The chicken was a surprising contender, it was damn good. Better than we expected. Would absolutely come back for a burger n fries but especially next time we crave fried chicken. Really nice decor/interior too. Their designers have class and know what they’re doing. Floors were bit slippy though (too much soap solution??) and bathroom was lacking, wet all over. Not effecting the food tho!!

One of the best burgers I've ever had, all the freshest ingredients, cooked perfectly. Most burger places don't use fresh bread, this does and it makes all the difference.

Ordered 2 burgers today after hearing good things about these burgers. Had them delivered by deliveroo, I live 5 miles away, I got the Texan BBQ and the West Coast Classic, both with Beef dripping fries, I can honestly say that the burger that I had was most probably the best tasting burger that I’ve ever had and the fries were excellent . I usually get a burger from Salt or 5 guys but this one easily surpasses them.

We ordered the meal deal for 2 and we were NOT dissappointed. The food from here is absolutely fantastic, so tastey, so meaty so delicious. ❤️ We will dine here many more times as its the best burger we have had in a long time! We had Texas BBQ and the New Mexico burgers (second time round-the first time we both had Texas BBQ) we were missing the dips but forgave VERY quickly as we knew we would be reordering in the future due to the meals being so good! 🍔 🍟 We ordered again this evening through Uber eats and called the shop up to say thanks for the amazing food last time but the dips were missing so we're super eager to try them this time so please don't forget 😜 They sent a literal stack of sauces...SO GOOD. Phwoar what a burger! So juicy, moist, beautifully cooked. Really tasty fries as well, I got the beef dripping ones. Great service as well, told them I was dashing for a train and they made a great effort so I could take away. Cool looking place inside too, shame I couldn’t stay longer. Oh and don’t forget your milkshake! I went for a chocolate but the peanut butter one looked awesome too.

For a franchise, this a rare find. The people, service and food were very good. Incidentally, the music was excellent - Led Zeppelin, Hendrix, Velvet Underground - and at just the right volume. Food was wonderful greasy, tasty and filling. The people who served us and constructed the atmosphere were extremely friendly, interesting, helpful and genuinely cared about what they were doing. They were a good team who worked well together and made the whole experience a happy one. Service with intelligence, personality and diligence. Definitely recommend

I had the lunch deal box of £10 and it’s wonderful value! Had the Yellowstone burger, and the French onion and hash brown inside were great. I upgraded it to a double but for me, single would have been enough as the size is big. Came with beef dripping fries and it’s very flavourful! Biggest portion of fries I’ve seen in a deal as well 😳 It also included a chicken tender which was so soft and juicy that it’s falling apart. Very crispy on the outside and the batter wasn’t thick, which is nice. Boyfriend ordered a pistachio milkshake - very tasty, not too sweet and doesn’t taste artificial. Came on a Saturday afternoon - It wasn’t busy and it’s comfy to eat in. Would recommend!

HOLY $%&+! A solid In-N-Out burger contender in Leeds that literally brought tears of joy after first bite. I'm a California native who grew up with regular In-N-Out visits, and truly miss it whilst living in London. Coming to Meat:Stack was worth it! West Coast Classic is so spot on, especially with the bun, that we ordered 2 more to take away. I felt like I was eating In-N-Out again, but let me tell you, they elevate it here from buttering and toasting their bun to the quality of the ingredients. And the fries game? Meat:Stack takes the win! The beef dripping fries are out of this world. It is so hard to find it, and my goodness. As our only spot for beef dripping fries closed, this was very much welcome. Now with all this, the dessert game has to be strong. And again, they pull through. The pistachio milkshake was indulgent and flavourful as I requested extra syrup. All my favourite items to make a meal are found here. Back in California, I would have to make 2 more stops just to put together what I got in one spot here. The staff are incredibly friendly keeping the place spotless, and a joy to watch them have fun while cooking our orders. This was so worth the visit while we had some time before our train back. I 100% purposely planned our route to make this stop, and it was beyond worh it as words cannot describe how happy eating their burgers made me. THANK YOU GUYS!

Unfortunately I've had to change my review from 5*s which hurts because the food is great. Eat in! NEVER order takeout from here as they consistently fail to forget items you've asked for. I've wasted so much money on orders which were only half filled :(

One of best burgers I’ve eaten in my lifetime

Love this place order all the time. But received 3 raw pork breakfast muffins. Pretty embarrassing when singing their praises to friends prior to ordering. Won’t be ordering again. Edit: emailed the owner but never received a reply

Incredibly good food The 'Yellowstone' burger was superb and very high quality. Delicious beef patties and a lovely soft bun. Amazing flavours from the sauces too and a perfect added crunch from the chunky hash brown. I loved every bite. The fried chicken was unbelievably good. Super crispy coating with nice seasoning. The juicy chicken would easily go down a treat on its own but the chipotle bbq and ranch dips are too good to not pair with it. The parmesan truffle fries were fantastic too. Decent portion size and coated well to make them really crispy. The place itself is pleasant for eating at and the guy serving was really friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place I'll frequent on many occasions in the future.

The food was amazing and the staff were very helpful when we had questions and needed water for the dogs! We went lunch time on a Monday so it was quiet but still very friendly and inviting!

Smash delicious burgers. The filthy fries are to die for and the chicken coating is super crispy. Cold beer on tap and the guys who work here are very friendly and attentive with the preparation of the food.

Not a bad place, could have more people if it was in a better location. Burger tastes good, I got the philly cheese one with the lunchbox deal. Fries are really nicely done. The chicken tender was horrendous - avoid that. The ranch sauce I got had no flavour and was water. Refillable drink is £3.50. Avoid. You get a teeny tiny cup for it too... Bit silly Get a burger and fries, they're good. The rest isn't worth it. The mood here is very casual and the servers will talk to you like some lad on the street. Come here if that's your thing. Nice decor too and fun music. Was empty of people today though.

What an awesome little joint right by Leeds Station. Menu was interesting, particularly with the Euro 2024 themed offerings - I wanted to try much. The best judge of a burger joint is going with a classic, so went with theirs. Great smash burger, right amount of salad. But the house burger sauce was sensational. I love burger sauces and this is up there with the very best. I could bathe in it.

Normally frequent the Newcastle meat stack so thought we'd try Leeds whilst travelling and it did not disappoint. Great guys behind the counter serving up 10/10 food every time. Had the specials burger and shake with fries and tenders and it was STUN-NING

Frustrating, saw our burgers on the pass for the best part of ten mins before someone brought them over. This obviously meant they weren't very hot when they got to us, but they were nice. I just put this down to being understaffed rather than anything else. One single drink machine is a little annoying, too, if they plan to have more than 4 people in St once, they need more or shouldn't all be self serve. Will go back and hope to up it to 4 or 5 stars.

Me and the boys had pretty much the best burger ever . Mid afternoon on a Thursday. The chips were much better than I might have expected too. Just looking for an excuse to go back. The price was fair for the quality too. Excellent.
