Me 2 U Pizza in Birmingham

My Order was well over an hour late and was given the wrong pizza when it arrived , I not happy at all

Very polite driver. Also food were very good and tasty.

Placed an order on just eat to pay cash and received a call saying they could only accept card and after I said I can only pay cash they said they would send someone out to collect the money and then someone else would bring the food after they had the money. I think that’s a ridiculous policy but we said okay as there wasn’t many places open. We got a call to say the driver was here to collect the money and my partner went outside and the driver didn’t even get out of the car and drove away. We called the restaurant and they said we took too long to go and take the money. My partner was stood at the door within 30 seconds of him calling to say he was here. Absolutely ridiculous service and policies and the staff were rude on the phone. Why have it as an option to pay cash and then put such stupid measures in place.

Had a serious allergic reaction cause they put lemon on chicken kebab but they never specified they put lemon on other wise I would not of ordered could of killed me or someone with the allregys

On app food saying delivered but not received. So got in touch just eat and they say looking into it. So I thought order was lost or something went wrong. Then it arrived 19.05 so not happy. complain to driver and he can't wait to go.

Well friendly people fort I order a burger meals and noticed I didn’t I phoned up and they was happy to help and took my card details to make the difference. Food was early would defo recommend

I enjoy the vegetarian pizza. Disappointed with the desert as it was frozen. How am I going to have frozen cake for my dessert. Cake also seemed to be old.

Got my order wrong I ordered sausage and beans and hawaiian as 2 parts of my pizza and I got margarita and pepperoni instead. Eating it anyway because we've worked hard all day and are hungry but not impressed today.

Some Of My Food Was Missing So My Children Had To Go Without And I Had To Cook! The Whole Point Of Ordering Out Is So The Whole Family Can Eat Together And I Don't Have To Cook! The Rest Of The Food That We Did Receive Was Freezing Cold. Usually This Place Is Banging 10/10, On Point! Today It Was Dead Now I Don't Know Whether It Was Because It May Have Been Busy Or Different Workers But Even The Food Has Changed Overall Disappointed!!

Not impressed sadly. Hygiene rating is great, hence order. We ordered two completely different pizza's, 1 x california, 1 x Jack Daniels, but there was not taste difference? We asked for thin crust on both, one with stuff crust, and I get the stuff crust base would be thicker, but on both? Not enjoyable at all.

food cold! ordered chicken nuggets with fries... 2 nuggets and hand ful of chips! pizza freezing. chips freezing! never again!

Potato skins tasted microwaved, chips tasted like they’d been cooked ages ago, garlic bread was rock hard, only nice part of any of this was the hot dog crust on the pizza won’t be ordering again

Another excellent meal ! we ordered vegetarian pizza, large chips and chicken strips with chips and enjoyed everything, even the barbecue sauce dip is lovely with plenty of other choices available. The chips were delicious and we have not been let down by the service, quality and quantity of the food after ordering so many times from these guys.

Im sorry but im not using you guys no more , 3 times in a row now something has been wrong or missing in the orders , yes you do rectify the orders but we shouldnt have to keep phoning up to complain its really annoying because the food is really good but far too many mistakes lately ....

Second time they’ve sent the wrong pizza this month. Manager just argues with you and says it’s not his fault. Awful customer service. No willingness to listen. Doesn’t know the difference between pepper and pepperoni! Just shouts down the phone and you can’t get a word in! Stay away if you have an allergy! Seriously bad communication issues!

Not great this time round, kebab meat and naan bread was dry, not nice but pizza was great as always. Will use again but not for kebab.

I haven't reviewed anywhere in a while so thought I'd share my experience from here. I ordered at 17.40 on a Saturday and I knew it would be busy day of week so I expected a long wait time. After the time had passed from either just eat or uber (cant remember which I ordered from) I phoned shop. I was told that first they couldn't find order even though it said food was on way on app. I told them it was now past time and the story changed to oh food is on the way. My app then changed to food delivered even though no food had arrived so again I rang shop to be told that driver was outside. I looked outside to no driver. I rang shop again to be told he is looking for house. I then waited another 15 mins for the pizza to arrive. Was it worth the wait? No pizza cold toppings and cheese were on the extreme side of thin. You would get more on a frozen pizza from morrisons and I suspect would have tasted better. I actually reported to the food app and got money bk but will never use this shop again. Terrible food terrible service DO NOT USE

I ordered a 16" you sent me a 10" and charged me for a 20"
