Got order wrong, food mediocre. Delivered food with hot food and cold drink together in same carrier bag. Won't be ordering again.

There was a slight issue with our order (not restaurant fault was just eat issue) but when I called I spoke with a girl who was lovely and she passed me onto the chef. He was amazing and offered to re make the meal and re deliver it as quick as possible. When food came it was piping hot and fantastic portion sizes are huge. Would highly recommend

Ordered mac and cheese loaded fries, and ranch chicken wings, didn’t receive the ranch wings and when I phoned was put onto the chef, who said he though the order said £10 for a portion of ranch sauce😂 when I was told I wasn’t going to be getting my wings as they didn’t have their own drivers, I said I would unfortunately be requesting a refund, this apparently was unreasonable? Was then told to keep the Mac and cheese fries and request a full refund for the whole meal.

double cheeseburger was really good and well cooked, salt n pepper chips and chicken also cooked well with good taste. 1st time trying mcgutrys but will defo be back. delivery was about 30 mins on a busy Saturday night for them.

didnt bring my curry sauce wich was a big pitty as food was amazing just not the same without it

Didnt try the food but it smelt amazing and were massive portions. Service was friendly and prompt and the atmosphere was really welcoming

Good nite out for the kids if only the adults would behave the same.

Food was super slow coming out and not amazing when it did arrive. Good number of pool tables but some of them need a bit of levelling and/or a new cloth.

Spot on great value for money quick delivery food hot.

Beer lines could do with a clean as I bought two different draughts Lagers they were both tested disgusting! Shame really because it's a good place, maybe the lines in the cellar needing cleaned with lack of use can have stale beer left in the lines,?

Food was excellent! Only complaint I have was the chicken wings said it was a box of 10 and we only got 5.

Assumed by £10 price that the hotdog would be more than one straight out of a jar and bun was not at all “toasted” like said in description. Ridiculous price. Amount of curry sauce was pretty pitiful for the amount loaded fries. Food was otherwise nice.

Had a slight hiccup with the order no fault to the chef in the kitchen but the food quality was unbelievable, really appreciated the efficiency of solving the order problem and the chick tenderz chips were proper amazing! Will definitely be back!

I play in the Tuesday pool league for the Dundee Club, we were in tonight and I'm happy to report a good victory for us. The venue is the reason I write tho, great place with amazing staff. I'll be back, many thanks. Andy

Plain loaded fries apparently have guac, salsa and nacho cheese sauce, but came loaded with absolutely nothing! What a waste of £4, could have done that myself for free. Won't be ordering again. One very disappointed pregnant woman.

Great place to go for a couple of hrs of pool or snooker..staff are friendly and welcoming,food is top notch.

Good location for a few games of pool and/or darts. Equipment well looked after.

Pieces of plastic packaging in the "Sundae" which wasn't a sundae it was a milkshake with caramel in it. (for £6.50 you couldn't put some ice cream in there??) burger meal was ok.

Burgers were very dry and bland, salads soggy. Wings were great.

wrong order and no response, understandable as may have been busy worked in hospitality myself for 6 years. All good tho cause got a refund from just eat :)

Food is brilliant, always fresh with generous portions. Excellent service and fast delivery. Well worth the money.

Food was good but ordered chilli nachos and there was no chilli on the nachos…

Food was very good, unfortunately they arrived without the coleslaw however still very pleased with the chicken burgers. Generous portions also. Will be back for more 👌

First time I ordered food few weeks back the food was spot on i would go as far as saying was best takeaway in dundee however 4 weeks later unsure if they got a new cook but the food was rubbish binned it and won't be back

Food was here within about 40 mins of ordering, I expected it to be much longer as I live at the other side of Dundee. Piping hot, well cooked and packaged, fresh and tasty, really good value for money, if this is the standard of quality then I'll be back for sure, first time in a long time I've written a review on here because normally food is mediocre and overpriced, but this was well worth the money and a welcome change from the usual offerings on here.

The order was wrong, I ordered 2 aero milkshake and I got 1 & 2 strawberry instead of 1. No coleslaw with burgers

What was advertised to me as a plain beef burger was –in fact – not a plain beef burger. It was covered in coleslaw and contained lettuce and tomato. Service was fine. Food arrived on time. Maybe advertise your food a little better, eh?

Food was fantastic loved it if you order plain loaded fries it’s fries on there own not with the description Under neath just so u know cause I was a bit confused when they came with nothing on them lol

Chicken strips were perfect soft chicken perfectly cooked n not chewy, garlic bread was outstanding also, cheeseburger n chips were amazing proper beef burger, last but not least the nachos were amazing Definitely will be back

Cannot fault the food here at all, loved the S&P chicken loaded fries!
