Ordered last night late. It's meant to be 24 hours. We waited for 2 hours until it got to 2am. We went to bed Hungary. I'll never order from here again now after I was let down really badly.

Every single time I get anything from this McDonald’s, there’s items missing. I recently ordered on Uber eats from this restaurant and half of my order was missing, I called them and they said if I go in store, I’d get replacements for free. I did that and they still had items missing from my bag!! It’s an absolute joke!! Total waste of money

What lovely staff , So polite and friendly . Very clean and well managed. There was a young lad cleaning when i went in and what a little hardworker he is, along with the rest the staff in there. Not an easy job working in a fast pace environment and they work so well and hard. The food was perfect it definitely was made with care and not flung in a bun like the other maccys. Highly recommended to visit this one

Went through drive through when home order wrong asked for cheeseburger happy meal given chicken nuggets no sauce or straws for drinks there was no cold drinks only hot or bottled ordered chilli chicken wrap meal with hot chocolate food wasn’t very warm and was given coffee not hot chocolate rang 7 times before getting answer told a guy called Donald (if that was correct) complaint and was asked what I wanted him to do he didn’t know about promotion that was on through November he gave me a code to replace the happy meal and chicken nugget meal !!! Hang on I didn’t ask for a chicken nugget meal !!! Changed it to chilli wrap I mean what sort of manager was he then he quickly put phone down I will never use that place again after getting my meals replaced

We visited this place today ,I ordered a mcrispy by a paypoint machine but was served a mcspicy which was very spicy for me I peeled off the crispy bit but my mouth was still on fire ,we ordered a happy meal with toy but got a book instead and we were not the only ones I take it the toys were not available ,I never got a receipt and noticed nobody else get one either , an employee said they were out of paper receipt rolls so I don't know how they will work it out if your order is wrong now we ate and drank all what was on our tray and it was delivered to our table in a fair time but ,but the book although I can forgive that but the mcspicy that was just sloppiness I might have taken it back had I got a receipt so fair but could do better

When will corporate do something about the service at this store- when we go through the drive through it’s always wrong - got it delivered tonight and I was the first drop the food was stone cold and I live 4 mins drive away!!! (Halloween has come early for this store) and items missing - what is the point!!!

Normally get the wrong order after waiting an eternity. Put up with this as the staff seem to try but not today. Waited an eternity, got the wrong order but this time staff arrogant and overtly rude.

We and 14 other people waited over twenty mins for our food. They said they were short staffed but we could all see them talking to each other rather than serve customers. A guy told us he has never had good service their ever. Another customer said they put milk in her porridge even though she told them she was lactose intolerant. A customer was told he couldn’t get a refund. We left without food.

Friend and I visited today (05/03/23, circa 17:40) Friend went to place order, and was told, by person behind the till, he "MUST" use self-service machines, eventually, server caved in and took an order at a till. I witnessed another customer, who had this treatment, wearing a black baseball cap, who was struggling to use the self service machine, and after several minutes, was losing his temper and swearing at the machine, without assistance from staff. I made a complaint to the manageress (blonde hair and glasses) that "some people don't like being forced to use self service". The manageress, told me "It's corporate policy" .... "Some people do like the machines... And if people don't we help and educate customers on the machines" ... All, ironically, while the male customer, with the baseball hat, was getting increasing frustrated at the self service terminal with ZERO help. The manageress had a major chip on her shoulder. I asked the manageress for UK headquarters contact details, to raise feedback on self service only and I was point blank REFUSED by her, and told to Google it, rather flippantly. As I left, I saw that other frustrated customer, storm over to the manageress, and through the window, it looked like she was probably getting another dressing down!!! 1) Coulby Newham duty manager has the customer service skills of Lucretia Borgia, when it comes to an initial request to make feedback to head office... She basically enflamed the situation!! (A sorry you feel that way, and he's how you can contact head office, would have been the correct way to deal with this!!) 2) NO HELP was offered to the other struggling customer, despite the manageress telling me QUOTE " And if people don't we help and educate customers on the machines" 3) New edict from UK head office alienates customers, who don't want to, or struggle with self service 4) The edict, has further theoretical, and likely consequences. IF, say, a relative of mine, who walks with two sticks, and cannot let go of the sticks were to visit. Requirement of releasing a stick, to tap the screen, would prevent said relative using McDonalds... A blanket head office policy, in this scenario, would breach the Equality Act 2010 I will BOYCOTT McDonald's until the FORCING of self service only policy is removed

I've been using this McDonalds for many years, since it opened in fact. It's never been the best, high staff turnover and poor training have led to a terrible customer experience. TBH when I visit the drive through now I expect to be sat waiting at the speaker for a while before someone asks me what I want and waiting even longer at the cash and then the food window while somebody bothers to come to serve me. I expect surly teenagers to serve me without a please or a thank you and I expect to be made to feel an inconvenience. I expect to get the wrong order - alway less, never more - an egg less mcmuffin, a single burger instead of a double or something just completely missing. But this week has taken the biscuit, three times I've called there and three times I've ordered a coffee and three times they've got it wrong. Now I can drink black, white, cappuccino, latte, flat or just about any other variation of coffee. So what do they give me hot chocolate or coffee with syrup. Great - I'm diabetic! So no longer are they refusing to give me what I've paid for they're trying to negatively impact on my health - and leaving me without a drink for the 1 and half hour journey to work. Perhaps enough is enough and I need to stop putting myself through these visits.

Sick of this place, every time we go or order online the order is wrong! It's simple fast food! Ordered online tonight as have no car and they only put nuggets in the happy meal no fries and forgot the sauces and main burger, rang them to be told it's not their fault ring Uber. Not their fault? They packed it wrong! Tried to ring Uber but couldn't get through so now cooking tea instead. Never returning here it's a joke.

Went last week through the drive thru got a large wrap meal. Got all the way home and the fries were small and the wrap was missing. Rang them up and they told me to come all the way back for the wrap. Didn’t give me exchange on fries. went through the drive thru again tonight they give me the drinks and a McFlurry and told me to wait in a bay for the food. 20 plus minutes later still waiting in the bay. The McFlurry had melted by this time (would of ate it but it was for a family member at home) In the end went inside and got the food and told them to swap the McFlurry. not sure what’s happened lately but its put me off returning.

Untrained constantly changing teenage staff who don't care. Rude and obnoxious that struggle to speak English. I wonder if the owner of the franchise realises how bad this place is managed. I would rather walk to Teesside Park then give this branch one penny.

Went through uber to get a Big Mac meal but they forgot about the large strawberry milkshake. I was refunded the £2.10 but did not offer me a milkshake. I said to them I wanted the milkshake and if I’d of reordered one it would of cost me more in delivery cost. It was then they would not talk to me again! If I could they would have no stars!

We went on Monday 21st February, Me my husband, son and Grandaughter, upon arrival I was concerned about the greasy floor and brought it to the attention of the lad who was serving us, who just proceeded to take our order. The place was shocking, tables full of waste food, bins overflowing with rubbish, etc. I finished my lukewarm meal, only going here due to my 6 year old Grandaughter somehow loving her McDonald's. Went to go to the toilet, slipped and smashed my face into door jarm suffering serious facial injuries, since then not one concerned phonecall or email from McDonald's in coulby newham or their head office. I would like to say I'm appalled at your lack of concern over your customers welfare, I have a fracture of my nose, soft tissue damage of my head/eye socket and neck injury equivalent to a whiplash injury. I would urge anyone visiting this McDonald's to be extra vigilant as there floors are lethal and I do not want this to happen to anyone else. If they concentrate on cleanliness instead of Just eat delivery's front of house would not suffer like it is at moment in time. Shame on you McDonald's if I could give 0 stars it would be an injustice

This particular restaurant is always poor. Drive through means drive through, not sit and wait for ages after food ordered and paid for. Might as well go in and order! Fries are always only half filled and the order very often wrong! Sorry guys but it's not rocket science? Only use when I can't be bothered to go to another McDonald's. KFC more expensive but seem to have got there act together! Would rather pay more at KFC.

Arrived at the store at 12:45pm on Saturday 23 July to be approached by a male member of staff who works out on the dinning area and asked if everything was ok with the food and service I had received I replayed by saying everything is great thank you he later came back with some activities and balloons for my young children which made them really happy and the store was really clean I would recommend this store to anybody visiting Middlesbrough

Went for breakfast and not for the first time hot chocolate like dish slop coloured cold water!!!! Hash brown dripping in grease, could do with fryer oil being changed. Come on guys get it sorted Disgusting 😷😷

I went to the coulby newham mcdonalds and it was the worst service I received... then the women forgot to give me some of my food and my burger was like the bun had been swimming in water before hand.

We live in Coulby Newham close to Macdonalds, so more than anything else it is handy. This is by far the worst one we have visited, which was highlighted on a recent visit. We had been to see a show and on way home decided to stop off at the drive through. We have been through a few times, and have had a few waits for food, but this particular time was ridiculous. Having given our order and paid, we went to collection window where we were handed our coffees and told our burgers wouldn't be long, after about 3 mins we were asked to park up in Bay 1 as there was a queue forming behind us. We waited for another 10 mins during which time our coffees were going cold, so my wife went into the restaurant to see what the hold up was. when she approached a member of staff to see what was happening, the staff member just shrugged her shoulders and said " I dunno ", when she went to the counter, our order had just been left on the side, when the manager just said " put them large fries in instead of medium ", we certainly will not be going back after our cold food, cold coffee and cold attitude of the staff.

Always, always, always check your food before you leave becos' 7 times out of 10 they've got the order wrong (put garnish in when you've asked for plain) which is infuriating when you only discover error when you've got home.

Rude staff towards me because I had a balloon .Forgot my order so I was sat there for 1 hour . Don't go here. Don't waste your time

Always good service, handy and doesn't generally get too busy, which is a good thing! 2 lanes in the drive thru, so if it is busy, the queue doesn't take long to go down.

The place is easily accesable but very poor car parking, it offers a drive through and the staff can be more interested in what they did last night than what they need to do today attitude. The food is what you expect from these places

Not happy at all as they seem to Always get order wrong never have what you want from the menu. To much talking within the staff and they don't wear hair nets

Two recent visits on drive through for Mcflurrys , both were on short measures of both ice cream and toppings. Luckily there's more McDs nearby . Won't be going again.

You stand in a queue to pay for your food and then stand in another queue to collect your food. I waited over 10 minutes in the queues and they call this FAST FOOD. I will never go again!!

Dos grandes lattes se convierte en una ladera agua no identificable, por la cantidad de dinero que pasar aquí la comida debe ser por lo menos comestible, hazte un favor votar con los pies en la "fish and chips".

Llevé a mi hijo aquí en Halloween sobre las 11.30 am para un almuerzo rápido. Yo estaba feliz, no estaba tan lleno como quería que nos atendieran rápidamente. Sin embargo, aunque había un montón de personal alrededor haciendo nada (por lo menos 3), allí estaban más interesados en hablar sobre su vida social en vez de centrarse en tomar mi pedido y así que tuve que les haga saber que estaba aquí por mi cuerpo moverse hacia ellos. Pedido y mi hijo quería poner algunos cambios en la caridad cajas que giran alrededor muy rápido. Sólo había notas sobre mí, así que le preguntamos al personal si podían cambiar mi fiver 4 x libra monedas, 1 x 50 p, 2 x 20 p y 10 pence vale la pena de cobre podía poner en la caridad fuerte para mantener la paz. Me dijeron que se supone que no se abren los hasta. Cuando pregunté por qué? El personal dijo que no sabía, así que otra vez nos preguntó si se podía comprobar que por favor y después de unos 60 segundos de debatir si o no el personal podría hacerlo, otro miembro del personal cuando se le preguntó por su colega vino y me dijo: 'porque simplemente no puedo aceptar'. He aceptado su respuesta porque no quieren malgastar mi al explicar al de energía con personal que no ar ** d y se sentó. Fui a conseguir algunos salsa de tomate y qué pegajosa horrible lugar la salsa ollas estaban, a pesar de que había un amplio suficiente personal alrededor de limpias y ordenadas, y no pudo ser molestado. Cuando le preguntamos otro miembro del personal sobre la que un globo para Halloween que me dijeron que sólo 'ir y ver algunos de ellos de allí.' Excelente servicio de atención al cliente y magnífica educación no era!!!

I would only attend here under sufference (after a gruelling shopping trip in the Parkway Centre for example) - and never want to go into the inside of this place any more. drive through is the only option here I'm afraid

Visita aquí, hay mucho a diferentes horas del día y de la noche. Siempre hay alguien que no importa cuando vas. El personal es sonriente y muy servicial, pero deberían tomar nota del comportamiento social más pasto dentro. Yo he visto a la gente que consume su propia comida y bebida en las instalaciones. en lo que respecta a!!!!

Lo que se espera de cada mc Donald's, buena comida rápida. Nunca tuvimos ningún problema aquí.

Si tienes la mala suerte de pasar por el paseo en coche por en este McDonald's, asegúrese de chequear su comida antes de salir. En innumerables ocasiones, el personal consigue su orden completamente equivocados, te olvidas de poner toda la comida en, consigue su bebida orden mal (ten cuidado para que uno) y normalmente es frío o las patatas fritas son poco hecha.

Esta fue la primera vez que he estado en un McDonald's y es seguro decir que definitivamente no será la última! El personal era muy lento y no abrir una sonrisa una vez, y para rematar la comida estaba fría de piedra!

Yo vivo cerca de este McDonald's, así que es muy práctico para una merienda después de la escuela una vez a la semana.

Este McDonald's es el más cercano a mí, así que ve aquí normalmente, pero ya no he tenido suficiente! Cada vez que voy mi comida es frío, mal o algo falta! Vine semana pasada y pedimos dos mis sándwiches de pollo no extra mayo de ensaladas. Cuando llegué en coche a través de ellos tiene red salsa en ellos, así que fuimos y hablé con algunas mujer en una camisa blanca, ella actitud era terrible, me dije que tenía en salsa roja y no pedir que dijo "bueno, eso es lo que dice la etiqueta' cómo grosero es esto? Esto podría ser lo que dice en la pegatina pero estoy viajando en decirle que no es lo que yo pedí!

We use this McDonald's as it's convenient for us and the kids love McDonald's but sorry to say this is the worst McDonald's I have been to, the fries are constantly underfilled, the large size are the same size as the regular ones, and nearly the same as the kids fries!!! Even after complaining to head office they are still no better.

Se llama en después de tomar los nietos, conveniente para el centro de compras de Parkway y para ser sincero un feliz comida es la misma calidad dondequiera que vaya. Los niños les encanta este hotel como un regalo y no me puedo quejar de la comida o el servicio. El único inconveniente es el aparcamiento, espacios pequeños y no es muy grande.

Visitamos el lugar A66 en mercancías flota lane última noche (medianoche) para comer. Tres de las cuatro bolsas de patatas fritas estaban fríos y floppy , el chocolate caliente tenía que ser cambiados ( no tiene sabor).

I'd been to the docs on Friday 13/6/14and wasn't hungry nor my hubby so we decided on McDonald's at tees side park,it wasn't busy when we got there,but by the time we left it was Buzzing,I love the Mac Chicken Sarny's meal and got the 6 Chicken dippers,I was going to get a Mac Flurry but no room,so we went,I till wasn't well but enjoyed my Macdonlds Trip x

Never have ice creams or milkshakes available at this place! Food has also been cold on several occasions the staff seem very slow...

Its great for a drive though, quick snack. Thats what mcdonalds is about. Fast Food,, but not a restaurant.

Hay al menos cinco restaurantes de McDonald's en la zona de Middlesbrough. Recientemente hemos visitado el Stainton forma en la Coulby Newham localidad (TS8 0 TJ). Está convenientemente situado cerca del centro comercial Parkway. Hay otro pequeño McDonald's en el centro comercial en sí, pero este tiene un horario concreto. El restaurante Stainton manera tiene la gama habitual de los productos de McDonald's y el servicio es rápido y eficiente. Porque el lugar está a sólo unos minutos a pie del Arco iris Leisure Centre and Health Club del Bannatyne, es fácil conseguir algunos refrescos después del ejercicio o nadar. I love the double plain cheeseburgers and they are delicious and the kids love the happy meals and love getting the toys inside. I would recommend the fish finger happy meal

It is one of the worst MacDonalds I have ever been too. The food is horrible and there are rats everywhere around it and they never get ur order wrong. The only advise I can give u is don't eat at this MacDonalds

Este es un MacDonalds affull absolutal. La comida estaba fría cuando llegó y había ratas fuera en el aparcamiento cerca de los contenedores. Nunca volveré allí Agen aparte de cuando me pase a ir a la escuela. Esto es las peores MacDonalds que he estado ni siquiera lo recomiendo a la gente que no me gusta! Todo lo que puedo decir es que no vayas allí es affull!!!

Restaurant has had a recent revamp. Drive through can get busy at times. Interactive area for kids to enjoy indoors. Service reasonably quick.

So it's a McDonalds, it does what McDonalds does, cooked as well as Mconalds does and so you don't need me to say any more on that.

The food here is to a normal mc Donald's standard but the service is very poor. Certain managers are clueless and have no customer service skills.

Children friendly. children menu and highchairs. also were giving each child a balloon. Children happy meals provide a toy every time. Do a good choice on the menu something for everyone. Clean tables the only thing was toilets were not very clean and smelly.

Nice and clean and very quick service. I ordered a burger without cheese and instead of having to wait ages, it was only a few minutes.
