Subway in Middlesbrough

Came in waiting to order but lady was too busy on her phone, had to shoot off to work as we can out of time to wait, left hungry and angry won’t be trying this place anymore there’s never anyone actually there to serve you on the subway part

19:20 and he tells me it’s closed because he couldn’t be bothered to serve

Didnt receive food so tried calling but it kept saying the phone number didnt exist

Everytime i order they miss a whole footlong sandwhich, never answer the phone, never toast sandwhiches or get the correct cookie worst subway

Salads were fine. But I ordered 12 cookies and only got 11. My fury will come down on you like the force of a thousand waves

Excellent service by the Lady in the evening shift....so sweet.

Portions was terrible the lady dont have a clue whats she doing seems to whisper and give you the wrong order because she dont listen to you find this store terrible than any other store

Lady, was quite quiet so I had to constantly ask her to speak up as I'm deaf(yes I told her a few times) Bread was horrid like it's been sat for a day or 2, we love subway but, first time here in teesside and decided to have a subway, won't be going back to that one.

Can't leave a review as food didn't turn up.. Daughter ordered on just eat, after a 2 hour wait, phoned the shop, for them to put the phone down on me... Order is saying its now been delivered but it clearly hasn't... Poor customer service, certainly won't be ordering from here again.. Should be shut down if this is how they run a shop.. Have to give it a 1 star as it won't let me leave a review otherwise. 😡.. Just trying to Rob people of their hard earned money..
