Mcdonald's Restaurant in Hammersmith and Fulham

Customer service here used to be great, but my visit today wasn't so great the guy name YOHAN was so rude he shouted at me coming from nowhere.

Ordered food, customised Filet of fish, chips and a coffee. Everyrhing was cold, not sure how or why. Mcdonalds fries are not edible if they are cold. Never again, waste of money

Dropped in for lunch prior to going to the Apollo theatre. Food was fine, usual fare, usual drinks. Left my mobile phone behind but the staff saved the day by retrieving it and then returning it to me. That says so much about the quality of the staff that they employ.

We visited this McDonalds to get ice cream. We placed our order at the machine and requested table service. The restaurant was packed but when a table became available a charming, petite, dark female assistant immediately came over and cleaned the table, seating and the floor area really thoroughly for us. The ice cream arrived as soon as we were seated and the Tiramisu McFlurries that we ordered were the most delicious variety of McFlurries that we have ever tasted. When I went to recycle the packaging the same assistant came over and offered to do it for me. I didn’t get her name but she was certainly a very conscientious and kind employee who maintained a consistently high standard of customer service and really made sure that we enjoyed our visit.

We were short for time so we called into McDonalds for something to eat in a hurry. We found that the staff in there were extremely helpful and customised our order to suit our needs. The food was fairly quickly ready and very nice. There was a member of staff constantly cleaning up the tables etc, so the venue was kept in a clean and tidy condition. For our purpose it was perfect and within our limited time scale.

Good place for a "full MacEnglish" breakfast or just a couple of hash browns and good cup of great tasting / great value McD's coffee at 5am.

They are getting worse and worse Never have I ordered a delivery from this branch and they got it right . The last mistake was that I ordered a cheeseburger and was sent nuggets instead. How do you confuse the two????? I went there myself and the manager told me it’s not his problem and tough luck and to complain .His name is javed and all he did was given me my correct burger and not even an apology for me having to Come down myself .I cycled all the way there and paid Uber a delivery charge for nothing . The arrogance of this manager who doesn’t care about customers is a joke and I am totally shocked at how this branch has become .

As a family we needed a quick lunch before heading to kidzania. They staff appeared clueless and worked at a slow pace, having 7 children with you as well and understand time. The restaurant was steady not very busy and you would have thought your food would have come out quicker. I also had an item missed off even though the order was gone though serveral times with the member of staff.

I'm a realist and at the end of the day It's a McDonalds so I don't expect the world, but I'm always left feeling p'd off - either I have to wait for 20 minutes, my order is wrong or they don't have the ingredients. Even when they do, the burger is thrown together, literally, as if on purpose and when you complain they don't care at all.

For the first time i have been disappointed at MacDonalds i stopped for a quick lunch on my way to the hospital. The 2 ladies at the counter were totally lost. The body language very POOR i ordered a big Mac meal with medium COKE WITH EXTRA ICE as a got to my table there was very little Ice and FRIES WERE COLD AND DRIED. I just eat the MAC and I didnt have time to complain cause was running late for my appointment.

Food is generally ok but service is often very slow. It also gets very busy at certain times of day (after school, pub closing, etc).
