McDonald's in Barking and Dagenham

Whilst learning the art of emptying our pockets, Mcdonald's could do with a lesson in the art of supposed equal equality, due care and compassion. It focuses on a friend who spent months in hospital care. Taken unwell in the restaurant we stayed longer than usual for him to recoupe a bit, placing three orders for food and drink during our stay. We had no idea that you had a time limit to park. Signage yes, placed well no. So in collusion with their chosen parking company, we got fined £100.00 (arriving 10 days after it was dated, which is bad). The laclustre service in the restaurant is reflected by the head office, in refusing any kind of leniency, assistance or intervention under what were mitigating circumstances. A long review maybe, but BEWARE we are not alone !

Basically had to order twice … first order completely the wrong food … second order the driver spilt the 2 large cokes all over the bag … soaking both paper bags .. so after best part of £40 spent I’ve got half a large Coke and soggy Coke infused grub ..cheers

Told me it would be 25 mins an hour later it arrived. Once it arrived it was freezing cold

On time but cold. Do the couriers sit outside chatting amongst themselves? If not, you need to rethink delivering HOT food on bicycles. It does not work. I dont expect to pay for hot food but receive cold food.

This place is a disaster. No fries in the happy meals and the drinks were all spilt leaving hardly any drink in the cups

2 hours to deliver my food and it was freezing cold I couldn't eat it.

The order took over an hour from the estimated delivery time and the food arrived cold

all our food was ruined due to the drinks falling on it. I have had to go and get my kids a different dinner now. which is very unfair as I paid almost £30 for my order and wasn't able to eat any of it.

Look McDonald’s is McDonald’s and it’s pretty much what you expect to get .. the real issue with the food most times is that it turns up cold … probably due to being stored in un insulated bag or that the courier has stood at collection point with your food whilst waiting for his other delivery .. if the weather is cold forget getting hot grub most of the time

Every time the food is delivered the drinks have been spilt. Again today,half full.

Right the order time kept going up and up and my foods cold along with this my sister has pointed out my order must have been left to sit there I didn’t want to leave a terrible review as I got what I paid for and I didn’t want to be a Karen but when someone who has knowledge of the inner workings of McDonald’s says ur food has been left there hence y the packaging is soaked it’s not really on is it. I can’t travel to a McDonald’s and my local one doesn’t deliver to me hence why I can to this on

They always forget half of the order or forget the second bag of food. Absolutely rubbish and lazy stuff who never check the bag before sending.!

Took an almost an hour to be made and picked up and then watching via the map he went to 2 other deliveries prior to delivering my order and sat for at least five minutes at the second address before leaving to deliver my food. My whole meal was cold, even after putting it all in the microwave it wasn’t enjoyable. Puts us off ordering from McDonald’s. I even complained to the delivery driver and no apology he just asked for the code and left.

All food was missing from order only drinks were delivered. Five meals were order at a cost of over £47 and none of them arrived. Absolutely appalling that no body double checks orders before handing them to courier. Total incompetence from McDonald’s.

My daughter only has cheese and bun no patty no onion no sauce just bun and cheese but they keep getting it wrong and my daughter gets upset which isn’t nice for her or me

Absolute joke of a place why bother accepting orders you never deliver have to pay a delivery fee and end up driving there myself to collect! Nobody answers the phone probably all to busy sitting on their phones honestly 5 year olds could run that place better !

They didn't put sauces, although I paid separately, they didn't put lemonade straws, napkins, but the money was counted out immediately for the order

drink had spilt all over and soaked one of the bags, the bag with food in was also damp. driver was not apologetic at all

The time suggestion says 30-40 minutes. I ordered at 6.03 and didn’t receive my food till about 7.27pm. Almost an hour and half after order from an apparent fast food chain. With no update or apology. I had somewhere else to be so didn’t even get to eat the food.

The food that I ordered was not delivered, and the contents of the delivery bag were completely wrong. Every time I order from this place, the order is sent out wrong.

I ordered 3 meals from McDonald’s and the order was cancelled after 45 mins wait, I reordered at half 9 and the order did not turn up until 11pm which then the children were asleep and ended up with no dinner. When asking to cancel over the phone I was told to keep waiting. There is no where to get a refund either as I am not happy.

Ordered at 7ish pm, app said driver was at pickup. no cancel order was available on the app. had to get an alternative meal. the delivery arrived at 11.30 pm. 4 and a half hrs later whilst in my bed. I am requesting a refund. this is unacceptable. period

Had to wait over 2 hours for this.

My driver left the restaurant before 9pm and for some reason didn’t move from the outside of the restaurant for 30 minutes and of course the food arrived freezing cold, my order was delivered at 21:30 and my burger said it had been made at 20:18. I would like a full refund, it was completely inedible.

Waited 1 1/2 hours for food to be delivered , wasn’t even my order , no one answering at restaurant , ruined my kids evening , I want a full refund asap , disgusted with the service

Food quality is always always poor at this restaurant. Somehow always cold and extremely dry, and there’s always something wrong with my order. Was contemplating wether I was given a vegan burger from how dry the big mac was
