McDonald's in Barking and Dagenham

forgot more then half of my food, ordered 20 nuggets a double cheese burger 2 large chips 1 coke and a milkshake. i only got a milkshake and my burger

Don't order from here they are scams, half food, not received, no access to get in touch with them need to report to court, council, etc 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

If i could give this no stars I would. Part of order missing brown rolls and porridge freezing. Ordered through app can not reach anyone there to complain. Called the number in text and the delivery driver didn’t understand and was unable to assist. ended up going through app chat as the app click to contact uber eats didn’t work. WELL THANK YOU MCDONALDS

Didn't receive my order, made the order at about 8:55pm and went to bed at 11, in the morning it said it had been delivered at 3:13am

drinks have emptied in the bag so not dri as amd food completely soaked with drinks

I didn't receive my mozzarella dippers i paid £2.79 it says on the bag but inside was only chips and wraps mozzarella dippers was missing. Really disappointing 😞 you paid and didn't get right order.

ordered at 9:45am and delivery was apperantly 15-30mins and it arrived an hour later. freezing cold

delivery time started at 10.15 turned half hour later

It happens far too often that our order arrives with an item missing. This time it was a burger and fries. The delivery was on time, that's about all I can say positively. Also the milkshake was all over the outside of the cup. I haven't left a bad review the last couple of times items were missing, but this is one time too many.

tracked on map don't know what route the cyclist took, food was cold, fries were soggy, crispy chicken and bacon salad minus the bacon, wrong dips sent. How hard is it to follow an order.

Should be an option to tip the delivery driver AFTER the order has been delivered

I am always missing items from my order and when I ask for refund I never receive it.

the coffee had not been spilled last week the drinks spilled all over the the floor of the porch up the door and up the wall and curtains and he just walked away so we had no drinks but had to clean up thankyou

All 4 mcmuffins were inedible due to the bread having a very strong perfume/chemical taste suggesting the bread is off. I contacted just eat to let the restaurant know so nobody else is served from the same muffin batch, but they are refusing to contact them, citing that I simply need to leave this review instead.

Ordered two sausage mcmuffin breakfasts. Order was initially delayed then when it did arrive one muffin was entirely empty. Last time the hash browns were missing. We have previously had burnt products and missing meals from this branch. We will think seriously before using this branch or service again. It might not have been so bad if the products could arrive late as an urgent delivery when missing.

Had to throw burger away. Asked for no cheese bad sadly instructions weren’t followed.

very poor service was not able to either cancel or amend the address as contact number goes straight to vocalmail and the delivery driver was extremely rude when was informed that it was at the wrong location

driver refused to come down my path after telli g me he couldn't find my door number and and made my 13 year old son walk down to the end of the close because he didn't want to walk down a path because he was scared. Had he walked down the path a light would have come on like I explained to him. I couldn't leave my house because I have a baby here.

I am confused as to why the delivery guy was asking for a code when I was not given one except the receipt number. And whilst looking for the code my orders were getting cold, until I showed him my app with no codes but recept ID, then he decided to give us our order and left. So, we had a lukewarm breakfast. Not happy at all.

Hi was wondering if you could ask just eat not to deduct any payments from my order and to take back the gift refund. Basically the delivery driver was asking for a pin I said I don’t have it . I honestly believe it was his fault because he was trying to do his job. I didn’t get no pin with my delivery. I’ve tried to clear this up but there’s no option. Thank you

they never put the syrup in for pancakes this has happened a view times now understand they want to get order out but they need to make sure they have put everything in have also had it happen when ordered porridge with syrup before surly it should be an automatic thing to do
