Drinks had leaked in the bag and was also missing a hash brown

a double sausage egg McMuffin was missing

Drinks spilled in bag, which then ripped upon reciept and promptly went all over my carpet. Do your drivers actually care about their job? Will be seeking compensation for damage to carpet due to the poor delivery.

Food hot, timely delivery via car, not bicycle, this makes a difference as to whether the food is delivered hot or almost cold.

Food was dew to be delivered at 915pm didn’t get delivered to my child till 955pm then the order was wrong chips missing no good service

I really dislike ordering from these places rather than the restaurants. Chips were cold, drink was flat and the burger tasted as if it had been sat around for a while. Was very dry. Highly disappointing

Items somehow missing from an order that was clearly stated for two, colleagues clearly don’t know their own menu or just couldn’t be bothered. The food was also cold and dry, chips were hard and burger was distasteful due to its temperature. This branch needs to do better!

Two boxes stuffed inside the other two, I'm assuming to save space but just ended up with two squashed happy meals. Half empty drinks with 0 ice. Not the Quality you expect when ordering from McDonald's. Wouldn't have ordered if I had known it would've been like this. Unsatisfied.

Ordered through JustEat. I ordered 3 pies, a McFlurry and a milkshake. Not a massive order. The app said they started preparing my order 1 minute after I ordered at 8:30pm. It said due in 27 minutes. Checked after 15 minutes, then it said due in 19 minutes. Every time I checked, it got later and later. Until 55 minutes after I initially placed the order, they cancelled it. This is not the first time they've done this. First order in months and will definitely be my last.

I cant strongly STRONGLY say this loud enough but mcdonalds at all times week or weekend night or day starving or peckish always go somewhere else I ordered a uber delivery on Thursday nite a big mac meal and mc chicken sandwich meal and when it arrived I got a empty bag with 2 mcflurrys empty cases inside and a spicey burger with no milkshakes and no meals and I had the the uber driver telling me I had to take it because he's delivered it now I said no for 2 minutes before he drove off no meal and I got billed for there mistake f×××××g p××× take please don't waste your time or money people

Did not receive my order, i could see the driver was delivering to a different address and i was messaging the driver through the app and he was not responding, i went to get the food from the door step and it was not there

Once again the fizzy drinks damaged and spilt. Not the restaurants fault. Food was cold as well.

Food lukewarm, almost cold. Food not double bagged, only in one thin paper bag. If you are going to send food by bike you need to package it so it remains hotter for longer. Every time, I say never again. Never again.

Absolutely shocking. Stone cold food, over an hour late. Never ordering this again

Driver never arrived!!! Don’t know where he delivered my food to, and he needed a code from me, which he didn’t get! So he must have used the last 4 digits of my number from the receipt, which another driver told me they could do! Fire him!

When ever you order something is missing or cold. Don’t even get me started on the ice cream.. you’re lucky if you get it. Missed out my order a few times.. when u do get it, you pay for normal size and they give you a mini size

Received the wrong order. the order that was delivered was freezing cold and the lid of the drink was off making the ice cream filled with coke. tried to call the restaurant multiple times no answer.

My delivery time kept being put back and when it arrived the food was cold and soggy as the drink had spilled. The driver also knocked a second time as he hadn’t inputted the code correctly.

Sorry for the difficult complaint but I’ve just realised you pay extra for the Minecraft meal because you get a toy and I’ve not received a you with my last 4/5 orders I’ve ordered the item
