I don’t have any syroup sos for the pankakes and poridge

They gave us the wrong order with a kids meal

Asked for no onions and got loads of onions

It says delivered but I haven’t received my order

Order was late. Cup of tea was burst on delivery. No toy with meal either

dobble cheese burgers missing it was cold when we received the rest not very nice

Food was rather cold when arrived, also paid for the Minecraft meals & received zero of the Minecraft items !!

ordered 2 full meals and only got the 2 burgers, cups of juice where half full aswell!

arrived quick and still hot enjoyed the food.

Yet again, McDonald’s Leven, no sauces!, no straws what an absolute joke of and establishment I will not be using this place again !

Delivery was fine but order didn’t include the sweet and sour sauce that’s on the receipt.

driver pleasant, no complaints but order incomplete, no sauces with cheese bites or chicken share box, very dissapointed.

Only giving one star as I can't give lower. Delivery from here is a joke with cold food or food missing. Store staff are very abrupt. I think this is because they get so many compliments. Worst Macdonalds restaurant ever! Avoid

Quality shocking once again. No sauces in order even though we phoned 20 minutes before to check they would remember (6th time now) food all cold.

How do you make a brown sauce mighty breakfast roll and forget the bacon and brown sauce instead got tomato and it was wrapped in brown sauce packaging😂 also ordered a cheeky hot chocolate got black coffee. This is not a mistake as from other reviews they literally just don’t care 😂

no stars absolutely diabolical. half my order missing. a burger with just a bun no sauces no straws half someone elses order!!

Yet again went and had a very long wait after going through the drive thru! As was told to wait in a space in the car park. Cars that were coming along after us were getting there orders. Eventually a worker came out with ours, then after they had gone we checked and it was wrong! Went inside and waited for it to get changed after another ten minutes wait. Obviously more staff training is needed and it’s just chaos in the kitchen area. Worst McDonald’s in this area!!!

When it comes to delivery, McDonald's Leven always gets the order wrong. Several times, they delivered incomplete orders, and yet when you try to contact them, they shuffle you about like football. I'm never ordering from them again. 😒

The service is so frustrating. Usually it's the food that's the problem. But this time it was perfect. They only forgot to put the latte with the order.

There were items missing from the order, had to request a refund on the missing items and order them again, with me having to order again I had to pay an extra service fee. Don’t know when I will receive the refund

Literally almost our whole order was missing, 17+ pound spent, would have been 20+ without my order voucher, for four of my items to not show up at my house.

Part of order (Sausage & egg McMuffin) did not arrive with rest of order, forcing my sixty-seven year old husband to go to MacDonalds, thankfully nearby, only to be told they don’t deal with such issues and told him to go home…still without his breakfast..and report online. Ridiculous “Policy” and responsibility avoidance not at the paying customer’s convenience. He has contacted Head Office and reported on Levenmouth FB page for locals to read.

we didn’t get the right food ordered chilli cheeseburger and got a triple cheeseburger forgot the pineapple sticks and sauce food was all cold chips where stale and mc crispy was pinkish in the middle and only got 2 mozzarella dippers!!!! it had to all go in the bin absolute wasn’t of money

I was appalled by this order. Most fries were still frozen and inedible (which were being shared with my young child before I realised!), wrong wrap was delivered for my autistic friend with sensory issues, buns were rock solid, our customisations were ignored. I left an order note asking to remember straws as they always forget and it’s hard to drink the iced coffee without them but they were still forgotten! I had to get a refund, will probably not order again after this.

One mcspice missing and 1 chips missing every time a order or go to shop always stuf missing out it and ment to get free delivery and yous charge me for delivery today when ment too be free

Delivery driver could not find address, I put additional notes on so this wouldn’t happen again. However it has. He was frustrated when I seen him, so I wasn’t going to refuse the food for being cold. The food was stale and cold. My quarter pounder was also over cooked and hard and cold.

The food was good but both the straws and the pineapple stick (that my child really looked forward to) were missing once again.

No one infront of us in the que waited 45 minutes for our food, 4 cars drove past us with there ordered, order was wrong, it’s wrong everytime I come to this sorry excuse of a “fast food restaurant” poor customer service and poor food definitely would not recommend, drive the extra few miles to Glenrothes if u want a half decent Mcds!!! Not even worth a star tbh x

16th Feb 2025 we visited mcds in leven.. at the Drive through around 6.30 pm we were asked "What do you want" pure bluntly spoken to and the boy after taking the order without any thanks of any kind from him I would say got my change thrown at me not handed to me and again no pleasantries whatsoever...A pure ignoramus again I would say who should not be on a job speaking to customers...A pure stinking attitude!!!

We ordered 3 hash browns a double sausage and egg McMuffin a large coke and a large code and we did not get any of it very unsatisfied and we spend £40 pound how do I go about getting my money back

no sauces should of had 6 i think....pretty easy to stick in with meal

So slow, waited 15 mins for my food, the reterant is just a hang out for the staffs friends
