McDonald's in Fife

Over an hour and forty minutes late, stone cold, never again. Attitude of the delivery driver is, so what. Just not on, terrible service

I live literally 8 min away the sat nav takes the driver to the street behind and by the time they gind my house food is always cold... Last time I was in this McDonald's the burgers took ages to comr and were burnt. Waste of time complaining no one

Order was not delivered just been scammed £40.

As usual yet another order with missing items. Leven McDonald’s has to be the worst with absolute numptys who can’t get a simple order right.

I ordered a chicken big mac with no sauce, lettuce, pickles or cheese. I got the burger with all of them on it, I am deadly allergic to pickles and I have an allergy to dairy.

My order left on neighbours step, what’s the point in having a code to make sure the person who orders the food gets their order if it’s no5 used, food cold after it was found 20mins or so later.

One portion of chips cold but everything else was exactly as ordered. Driver was very apologetic for the delay (20 mins) and very polite.

All medium juices where filled as smalls and both small milkshakes where half full, every meal had the fruit bags (instead of fries) missing

Delivery driver was wonderful. The problem was the food itself. It was cold and as usual no sauces or dips provided even tho they were ordered. Over half my drink was also missing. A little bit of juice in the bottom of a large cup hardly equals a large drink. It want even half full

The time for delivery kept changing by the time my order came it was all cold. My son was upset his happy meal was cold it was treat for his birthday all the food was stone cold

the driver didn't come to my street at all parking on a steet completely defferent from mine and made no attempt to rectify their mistake simply sellecting the order as delivered. the street is clearly marked on the map and has no obstacles or obstructions blocking access to it and thus I feel is no excuse for the failed delivery

got a medium meal the chips were frozen and half full the chicken sandwich was cold no staw or sauce that a ordered happens every time will be the last time order from McDonald's

The time was estimated as 15 to 30 mins, but was extended several times until it was an hour and a half. when the courier arrived she said she'd had to wait over an hour for the food at McDonalds. the 2 ice creams were completely liquid, the hot food was all cold.

Driver gave me the wrong order and walked away nothing has been done so I spent my money for nothing and did not receive what I paid for appalling service

Original estimate 8.50, every 20 minutes it was changed when it reached 10.50 i applied for refund, then it changed to 10.35 ! , what a massive waste of time and now the places i usually order are closed , thenks

Food that should be hot is absolutely cold and stale tasting. £43 order for majority of it to go to waste/ bin. Thanks for rubbish food.

Food was cold when it arrived. chips we couldn't eat as they were cold and soggy. juices were half full. burgers were dry and chicken were a rubbery texture. sauces were missing. for price they charge really not worth it. won't be ordering again.

Food quality great not hot would say warm n by the time I’d finished the chips some were cold disappointed that there were no straws (I’d ordered 2 meals) or napkins apart from that I’d order again to see if the order was complete and hotter if not I’ll personally come to the shop was the 1st time I’ve used the delivery service

Dreadful service, always get orders wrong and a really rude woman as manager! Avoid, avoid! Shame on you McDonalds Scotland for not sorting this branch out after so many complaints! I suggest getting rid of the manageress first...the workers are not the issue...she is.

That is twice order from McDonald's and I'm not got my dips or sauce.. Not happy... but I do completely understand if it's a bit cold it's just because of the delivery

The triple cheeseburger and the normal cheeseburger weren’t there. Ordered medium fries but came with large. Paid £30 with bank card,and the receipt said £19, not pleased at all with my order.

It's a MacDonalds so it's pretty much the same as many other McDonald' The exception is the lady who cleans up. Perhaps her supervisor will show her how to move the chairs around quietly - she seems to enjoy dragging the chairs around and creating a lot of unpleasant noise. Lifting the chairs would reduce the decibels.

waited 30 mins for food and not only was it cold nothing was right with the order missing items very disappointed

nice delivery man. food was nearly all correct which is a first. missing the BBQ sauce only which wasn't a disaster. food hot. better MCDONALD'S! keep improving though to be perfect!

i ordered 3 cucumber bags and all were missing, i requested a refund and have not heard bad since.

I have ordered food plenty times from them and they always got it wrong, and when ordering through apps, i have and im currenty waiting over 2 hours for food. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

25 minutes waiting on click and serve! Not the first time waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Already running late and I’m still waiting. Had to go in to find out what was happening! Manager needs a new job.

Ordered a large big mac meal and the big mac was missed. The rest of the food was stone cold, despite delivery driver being on time.

As always with this Mcdonalds they messaged up every order or it's not complete. LARGE FRIES MEANS LARGE FRIES ...not a small fries in a large tub. same with drink...nowhere near filled to top coz I asked for no ice. apple pie is cold and basically only one bites worth of apple in the whole thing.

How can you possibly forget the Big Mac in the order but add the chips.

Learn to use the map correctly.. 43a is behind a brown gate!! Use your eyes instead of driving off and saying good has been delivered when it’s not!!

Horrible not all food was there was waiting for over 2 hours

The Mcchicken sandwich sauce has been changed to vegan sauce for some weird reason & my partner asked for the normal sauce as we got it for the last week cause the ran out of the vegan one (that’s why I’ve been eating them) but the manager tonight was out of order with her attitude & wouldn’t put the original sandwich sauce on it, it’s not harming anyone to put the sauce on that’s originally for it also when they’ve got it there. I use to get Mcchicken sandwiches for years until they spoiled it with vegan sauce. The food is mostly cold or like it’s been reheated, its went down hill for a while now!!

food was warm,left a delivery note so driver new exactly where to go but at door she only checked this when u brought it up,I'm a delivery driver and find notes for whatever reason helpful, some people just don't check

Good fast delivery but my food was freezing 🫤
