Half the order missing! Every single time this is ridiculous

delivery driver only delivered half an order was told its not his problem. so now its McDonald's.

Half the order was missing, getting Beyond a joke now, everytime I order there’s something missing

Order incomplete as usual missing a donut.

I did not receive order when it said delivered

Food was cold. Missing curry sauce and straws. Juice was flat

Yet again MISSING fries and nuggets. This is quite literally the worst McDonald’s in Scotland. The staffs answer is sorry we cocked up your order but no our problem once it goes out the door, get a refund. Absolute morons the lot of them!

Sauces were missing and no straw for the milkshake. Delivery was fine

i never received my order. hour and a half waited i then called to get told my food has been stolen. courier was at mcdonalds waiting for order to be shouted.

Didn’t add sauce and cheeseburger wasn’t plain

They never get the order right, items missing, ordering nuggets and no sauce and they 1000% NEVER READ the order notes. 1000% do not recommend the leven McDonald’s.

i’ve had cold chips but these chips was so cold it was like they weren’t cooked

Don't know why I keep using this place, waiting 20 mins+ for cold food. I only use McDonald's in Leven because they dont have a Burger King... Yet

The chips are cold and the chicken nuggets had to reheat

My LARGE irn bru wasn’t even a medium the cup was nearly empty but it wasn’t spilt the bags are dry so it’s not been filled up same with the LARGE milkshake

The single filthiest McDonalds I've ever entered. Couldnt bring myself to use the toilet. Order collection screen not being utilised, so just full of numbers. Layout of the store is strange, order machine placement is strange and causes passage blocks so there's nowhere to stand when waiting the 20 -30 mins for your order without dodging mop buckets, just eat drivers and vaping kids. Atmosphere is horrendous, is it a Kirkcaldy thing? Mostly due to the vaping kids and just eat drivers with video calls on full volume. Chiops we're mental, normally at mcdonalds it's hot and crispy or cold and soggy. This branch managed ice cold and crispy. A Strange sensation but nonetheless another discussion point from the single worst mcdonalds.

Usually have somthing to complain about. Always forget dips so asked for two extra dips ended up with six. Perfect for a rare change

I waited over an hour on my delivery. It said it was delivered and it never was. It's very hard to resolve this. I can either wait for a refund or be at a loss. There's no easy fix.

Order was delivered to the wrong address. Codes need to be asked before people hand food over!!!!! Disgraceful

food on time unfortunately it was cold and I had a 20 nugget share box and also a cheese share box both should have had dips. Kids happy meal should have had dips and no dips dips at all. also no straws or napkins. maybe one day they will get thw full order correct

Bizarre that once ordered at the window, you cannot add on a slice of cheese to a burger (willing to pay cash or card for the sake of 30p) at the next window. Sort your management out …

I got a delivery , the order was 3 items , with 2 of the same item. All paid for but one was missing. I got in touch thinking they would bring the missing item but no, told it would be refunded. well still waiting on my refund. It might not be much but at the end of the day it's my money. Food that we did get was not very warm either.

delivery was grand. But McDonald's staff didn't add any of the 3 dips, 2 which came with items, in the bag, neither a straw for the juice. food was fine though.
