Food is always served hot, fresh, and especially in the early hours where in my opinion, customer service is especially important, they're always absolutely perfect.. Always listening to the order and have a very pleasant atitude. Many other people could learn from these guys.. I've never had to rectify an order once. If you order porridge, you always get your two sachets of jam and if you order any item off the menu, it's always delivered hot with the necessary condiments. This franchise definitely deserves some recognition. Well done.

The food was decent for a maccies, and came quite quickly. It was quite late in the night, and this particular restaurant is known for its dodgy characters, so the atmosphere wasn't very nice. However, I didn't stick around for long and on all my visits here, I've been adequately satisfied.

It's McDonald's and as other McDonald's the food is to a standard. The toilets however were disgusting. Toilets tissue stuck to the ceiling, toilet paper all over the floors. Not the standards McDonald's usually give for cleanliness.

Customer services absolutely horrendous when using the app for delivery. Don't even bother ordering ice-cream via the app you won't even get quarter in the ice-cream cup and they have the nerve to add a Service Fee. The Uber delivery drivers also terrible with their poor communication and reading skills.

I ordered veggie wrap, she gives me chicken wrap and I eat that wrap realized my self it's chicken, I never tried in my 23 year of life chicken, she broke my religion, it's too disgusting service, I told her w Times, I need veggie wrap, but she said it's veggie wrap, I complain but they didn't give me proper answer and service, it's disgusting service of I ever seen in this McDonald's.

Early morning, what I thought would be a quick breakfast stop turned in to a very long wait with incompetent staff who thought talking and making jokes with co workers more important than serving customers. Also took 5 mins to answer intercom and then proceeded to get our order wrong. Avoid this McDonald's

I recently had an unpleasant experience at the McDonald's drive-through. I ordered a Crispy McChicken meal, and upon taking a bite, I found a hair about 7 inches long in the burger with meat stuck to it. It was absolutely gut-wrenching to realize a slimy hair was in my mouth. 😢 I immediately called McDonald's and spoke to Christos, who kindly offered a replacement meal. While I appreciate the offer, it's really not enough to make up for the horrible experience. This has seriously affected my trust in the food's hygiene and quality. Hoping McDonald's can take serious steps to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future. Safe food handling should always be a top priority.

Needed a quick pick me up after a long day and the golden arches where there to deliver

I overhead the servers name it was Amy. She is very lovely and kind to the customers. Very welcoming, this is pretty incredible customer service for a fast food chain.

we order a mcspciy meal and a couple other things and they didn’t deliver the mcspicy meal. we’ve spend an hour calling through to macdonalds and they didn’t pick up and when they did they were rude to us even thought it was their fault the order didn’t get delivered. unacceptable behaviour

We payed for ketchup yet we didn’t get any and in the fish fillet there was hair. The hygiene is insanely poor and can put someone off food for a while. Expected better.

Visited the drive through last week. I paid for my order fine at the window and proceeded to the next window to collect my food. The McDonald’s staff member didn’t even look at me she was to busy chatting to her colleague. She simply didn’t say a word or even look at me just handed me the food with her head completely turned the other way! I have never witnessed such bad customer service.

Waiting over a hour for my order to be given to the delivery driver and the "manager" I spoke to when I called he asked for order number, didn't want to listen to the full order number and when I then asked can he just check if mt order has been made he then responds "yeah in a sec" and then hung up the phone!! 10 mins later an order arrived freezing cold and literally everything but 2 happy meals was missing !!!

Food was missing when delivered and app offered little help but the manager was lovely when called understood the issued with the app and personally helped out quickly to resolve the issue also adding in a freebie for the inconvenience.

I placed a fairly large order, costing almost £70. The food arrived wrong, cold and with missing items. I ordered 2 fish fillets with no tartar sauce and mayo instead. Both burgers were saturated with tartar sauce, more than you would ordinary get. The fries were stone cold, all 4 cheese burgers were also stone cold. The chicken nugget share box was completely missing. I'm used to a box of 20 nuggets only actually containing 15-17 nuggets, but not receiving none at all. I waited an hour for the food even though I paid extra for priority delivery. It's obvious that whoever did the order, then failed to hand it over to the driver and must have left it on the counter to go cold because who actually wants warm food?! I phoned to complain about order being wrong and was told I could come and collect the missing food. That's lovely but I paid over £5 for delivery. If I had the means to collect the food, I would have done so rather than paying for delivery. I'm now close to £70 out of pocket and the kids still don't have the food I ordered. No customer service at all. I was offered £10 refund for £70 of inedible food. Thanks for the disappointing waste of time and money. Maybe if you hire staff who can read, customers might actually get the food they ordered instead of a mixed bag of cold, items deliberately saturated in the sauce that was supposed to be removed. You either have very unhappy staff who deliberately mess up orders, or very thick staff who can't understand orders!

Second time for the week Ive been given cold, stale fries. The large fries was also half full. My coke was delivered spilt all in the bag

Disgusting service every time!!!! My eight-year-old son had to go without his promised McDonald’s treat yet again because of this branch!!!

McDonalds do good burgers and the breakfast is great 👍 in all the years of eating a mcdonalds I had never tried the coffee. Had a latte last week and it was the smoothest coffee I had ever tasted. 5/5 happy there's 1 in selly oak now.

Came here today very quiet inside barely anybody inside has a suspicious feeling on this place no orders were placed to. When orders were placed though people were returning the food back (especially the fries) got ours and I’ve got to say I’ve never been to a McDonald’s that has so small portions there was barely any food to eat so I ended up buying a 49p fruit bag. Overall I wouldn’t recommend here. Pretty much all the staff were trainees so I will not give it a 1 for that but overall I would go somewhere else.

If you like cold, greasy food and coffees that aren't stirred, so all the syrup sits at the bottom, then this is the mcdonalds for you.

This is the branch I visit regularly, as I dine here most weeks. The food is generally of a reasonable standard, and the service is courteous. However, there have been instances where items were missing from my order, which is particularly frustrating when only discovered upon arriving home. If I were managing the business, I would certainly emphasize training the staff to thoroughly double-check orders before they are dispatched to ensure a smoother customer experience.

Nice location for spending the time

Went to this mcdonalds branch with my partner through the drive through specifically asked for a wrap with just chicken and bacon on it and I get just chicken on and I ask then to put bacon on it and they put the smallest bit of bacon on it was pathetic and a waist of time never going to this branch again

Not the best hit and miss on warm food

No matter what or when you order by the app, the staff at this McDonald’s can’t do anything as simple as counting the number of items or checking everything is with the order and you pay a service fee for the privilege of missing burgers or other items. It is an unacceptable, basic repeated failure.

Appalling customer service. The person taking the drive-thru orders was the most bored-sounding, disinterested person I've ever come across and when we got to the collection window they'd missed off an item on the order. I queried this only to be told 'you didn't order it' by a similarly disinterested individual who would do nothing but wave the receipt at us while repeating the same words. Before I could query any further or ask for a manager, he handed us our last item on the order before saying 'thanks, goodbye' and turning away. There are also homeless people hanging around by the payment window, harassing customers and the staff don't seem to care. Will not be returning.

Been waiting two hours so far for my delivery, about 6 couriers have cancelled. Absolute crap. Additional: arrived two hours later and half the order is wrong, burgers missing, sauces missing and drinks wrong. Shitshow.

Food was tasty. HOWEVER.. ordered 20 nuggets and NO SAUCES. Disappointing as nuggets are meant to be dipped in sauce. PLUS, 3 large drinks with NO STRAWS. Seems like the basics need reiterating to the team.

Good branch. Gets very busy but lots of seating, obviously tons of parking, , the kitchen is fast, and service is usually very good (the staff bringing meals to tables, looking after young families, clearing up).

My fries were completely missing from my order, even in the happy meal, are the workers that incompetent that they cannot even remember to put fries in the happy meal, and forget all the other fries. Clearly too busy talking and not focusing on customers orders which is their job.

Came this morning to buy Hot Chocolate berry muffin and hot apple pie Only the hot chocolate has hot chocolate taste .Berry muffin has tasted like bacon and Apple pie teasted like week or two old fryer oil.Jamie Oliver did a great job when he won a court case against them just inform there’s no meat in burgers.Tails,nails,skins etc

A busy restaurant always full of people. Very busy. Been here for a number of times, food was standard, atmosphere often great although sometimes you saw some dodgy people but normal in this busy area. Service was impressive, staff were kind and very efficient. Cleanliness is good overall.

Went in a few months ago for a McFlurry and it tasted stale. Went back today for another McFlurry and it came mashed up and battered. I ignored this and began to eat it anyway. That was until I found an eyelash. I was furious!! I took the eyelash out and a few minutes later found another one roaming in the depths of the ice cream. I was absolutely livid and repulsed by my findings and I will not under any circumstances be returning, even if it was my only source of food. To top off this utterly appalling experience, it absolutely reeks in there. Do not recommend to my worst enemy. Do not go there if you want hygienic meals made with love and care.

Ordered a large fries, mozzarella share box and plain double cheeseburger with bacon via Uber Eats, received stone cold fries, 3 cold mozzarella sticks (so half what I'd ordered) and a cold I don't know what with a bit of bacon thrown on it. Staff were quite clearly just getting rid of what had already been cooked rather than cooking to order, knowing Uber will get the stick for it rather than themselves.

I got served soggy fries and chicken selects. The amount of maltesers in the mini malteser is negligibly low. They have table service and that is good. Lots of people eating so it must be good but just disappointed about cold and soggy fries and chicken selects.

A month ago, ordered a McMuffin as usual. It came with adult size sausage, egg and one size of bread but with another bread in kid size. I requested to change it to get a normal size bread so that both sizes are matched. Finally it’s ridiculously that they gave me another kid size egg and bread to match with the original kid size bread. I’m explored and just made a refund. Never go back to this shop again

There are so many people at McDonald's during lunch time. As expected, there seems to be no similar franchise anywhere in the world as McDonald's, and it is a double-edged sword. But the price seemed more expensive. Still, it's perfect for a casual meal.

I have only used the drive through and it's always mega quick. Not sure if it's just good luck or it is actually quick but I haven't had any complaints so far

You can be the only one in the drive-thru queue and they'll still send you to the bays to wait. Today they sent me there and they were full, meaning I either had to block people behind me or go park up anyway (I could have done that in the first place). I landed up parking and when I went to the bays they had four bags, so they clearly knew they'd sent four cars to three bays. Regularly miss items or get them wrong, meaning you need to check pretty much there and then or you'll have to return later to tell them something is missing (or just give up and cut your losses). The addition of the McDonald's has also made traffic on the roundabout much worse, so overall this has been a terrible mistake for the local community. There are excellent independents in the area, my fault really for being a bit lazy instead of parking up and going elsewhere. Won't be making it anymore.

Drinks spilled into the cardboard holder, I asked if they can be replaced, the assistant just looked shocked that I asked !!! Why ? She should have just done that automatically with out me asking....she only changed the lids, we didn't notice until we got back into the car the drinks were only half full.
