Always stop here when going to Glasgow for gigs. Food is always freshly made and hot. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Man was very rude, food was stale nuggets were so hard couldn’t bite, everything cold forgot juice and burger was wrong!

Called in on Tuesday 13/2/24 about 5.30pm was served by a young lady called Leah I think she was really helpful and polite and absolute credit to company she even took time to explain as I couldn’t hardly understand her broad accent I hope this gets passed onto her by management top girl

The whole experience marred by the disgusting condition of the tables. One of the staff even came round and started putting chairs under tables to tidy up a bit but didn’t even consider wiping the tables full of crumbs, sauce, grease and just general filth. Hygienic

This is a services serving at M74 towards Gkasgow. Days inn will give you a 10 GBP voucher for 7.5 GBP if you are staying there. Limited menu and service is bit slow because of staff shortage, opens 24 hours. Costa Coffee and WH smith small shop nearby.

Automatic eating place serving plastic food as do all McDonalds. Only used when I have little alternative.

No chicken in my chicken rap , I told the staff manager and she responded without chicken is healthier.

Quiet,clean,fresh......Best mcdonalds in area by miles.

This location is in a motorway services, which doesn't help with the layout. Better to eat your food in your own car.

My daughter and I regularly visit here as its so much better than usual drive thrus in area,,,,food is always fresh,hot,staff are always great even when it's really busy dye to lorry drivers and coaches n travellers,,,,,we've only had 1 mishap where order was slightly wrong but swiftly rectified,,,,,,thank you guys,

To note.... We visited at a quiet time 8pm with only 3 other customers. Clean seating area although I had to swop my very wobbly chair in fear of it collapsing and informed staff for next customer safety. Food easily ordered as ever and reasonable, although the staff were polite. Food, was hot on the outside but cold in the middle, flagged it up to the manager and they very attentively rectified the problem. Good staff, worth visiting if your passing.

As McDonalds go, it’s fine. Service took quite a while and it wasnt even very busy. But the flies. Jeez. Flies everywhere in here. You guys really need to sort out the problem with the flies.

A decent place to stop for a quick meal regardless of the time of the day or night, always open as it's oriented towards the customers, with the diner being inside a 24 hour motorway services station.

Handy location, on the M74 just after Hamilton junction and before east kilbride. The road chef premises the McDonald's in are clean. However, the McDonald's area itself - the toilets located inside next to McDonald's aren't the cleanest (im not sure if these are McDonald'stoilets or belong to roadchef). The tables are also not cleaned as much as they could/should be. The food is always good though and it's never a long wait. Staff have been helpful when I've had any problems with my orders.

Its McDonalds. Fast service and the food was hot. No complaints

This was the best McDonald's I've had in years. The food actually seemed to be taken care of and almost looked like the pictures on the adverts. I've had burgers before where the food is thrown together with no care, not here, everything centered, everything served fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant was clean and tidy. Mc'ds is a formulaic restaurant, but this one (for our visit at least) seems to have found all the best bits.

Only had a drink as stopped of due to the rain and use the toilets .but i had a milk shake which i like and husband a diet coke.

Me and my partner always use this restaurant all the time and I still think this place is good so check it out

Needed to order at counter as had cash only. Ignored by staff, when I caught the deputy manager and asked him if I could be served he said, and I quote, "We're busy pal" and walked away.

Can't understand why as soon as this restaurant gets busy it struggles to cope with orders coming out wrong and food being cold. Within seconds of me leaving the counter the food was semi cold and to be honest not that fresh but being a Saturday night I wasn't willing to go stand or sit in another que to get it replaced so I attempted to call them to highlight this which the staff being clearly to busy to cope were lifting the phone and cutting it straight off again.

Friendly manager, the staff seem relaxed was quite a fries not being cooked so they sit and go cold. Enjoyed the stop here and will probably make this a go to McDonald’s when heading home from time to time…

Absolutely the worst service ive ever recieved. Waited ,waited asked where was my order apparently the till missed it? But id paid.. Recieved my big mac with no sauce,returned it to the manager who just started screaming at the cooking staff who clearly had more to talk about rather than complete orders. Jokers...

Not much atmosphere and service was pretty slow (it's not often that someone can get served at Costa before getting the order completed at McDonald's!) On the plus side, it was still in the breakfast period 😁

For a motorway service station this place very dirty you could write your name on the dirt at window seat's floor area very dirty and tables were a total joke will not be back

I can only assume they were short staffed because bins were not being emptied. From what I can see only three people were preparing the food which meant the fryer buzzer was going off way too much (overcooking the fries). On a different day the star rating could be a 5, but I have to rate it on what I saw on the day.

Automated service diabolical 3 machines only 2 working the 3rd had no paper in to produce receipts. The machines are too high for a person in a wheelchair to use . The service was slow and with no receipts anyone could have claimed any order. The food was tasteless and not satisfying in anyway, really not sure how they stay in business or why so many people seem to like them .

A McDonald's or a KFC is our choice of meal when we are doing motorway journeys. We were on our way back to Inverness from Dumfries and decided to stop here. I had the mcSpicy and it was fantastic! I also had the apple pie; I've not had one in more than a decade, and it was just as good as I remember.

Usual same quality wherever you go. Good value and well needed break.

Visited the hamilton services mcdonalds branch. Very quick ordering system and very quick service getting it ready. Would recommend a stop here if your on the motorway heading towards Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Can dine in, it was very quiet when i was there, prices are same as other sites in the city, clean and tidy, well presented. Bright and next to other services and amenities the station has.

McDonald’s Hamilton North Bad place…. 3th time order and pay for something I didn't want and didn’t order… They have time for laughing but not for properly reading orders. Disgusting!
