McDonald's in Birmingham

Everything was perfect, except the drink, it was half indie the bag and half inside the cup, it spilled everywhere and the straw disintegrated too so I couldn’t even drink it then without getting paper up the straw

App bufferd during ordering and took the 9 mcnuggets of and and bag of xarrots and a milkshake

Service was horrific. We went through the drive thru, which was very quick and easy. At this point, it went downhill. I counted 4 vehicles that came in after us that had their order taken to them. After 15 mins, my husband stopped the member of staff that was bringing orders out to other cars to ask why we hadn't got our order. Her reply was 2 minutes your next. Another 2 cars got their order before us, so again he went out and was told 2 minutes at which point he said you told me that 5 mins ago. If I don't have it in 2 minutes I want my money back. We were the next delivery. I wouldn't mind if it was a big order, but all we wanted was 2 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 3 shakes. We will definitely not be using this one again.

The worst Maccy dee I've ever been to, from order to food was awful , no printout from self service , people arguing their way to get food before my order even though they were after me, the burgers I had must have been hours if not days old , disgusting, chips were cold and almost broke my teeth , travel further and use an alternative outlet !!. I had to throw it away , and I wondered why the guy in front of me insisted on his order being fresh .......should have realised I was in for a bad one just hoping the food served doesn't make me ill ..... .

So, to start my order was on time. But there were several things i was not impressed with, first i opened the drinks bag to find the mango and pineapple smoothie spilled and there was barely and left in the cup. Next when i opened the food bag both of the bacon and egg mcmuffins were terribly put together, though it did taste alright.

Delivery Driver came early, was rude sucked his teeth at me.

Went with my sister after dropping her new car off to be valeted. The lady who I collected the food off was pleasant. The food while not great was good, met my normal expectations. Would visit again in future.

Do not go with anybody disabled. Parking signs not clear. Staff do not how to allow extra parking.

lactose intolerant. ask for no cheese, onion , or pickle on a bigmac and low and behold there is cheese. absolute joke. will not order again.

Yo recomendaría ir solo por la experiencia de este miembro del personal que hoy en día es muy inusual tener a alguien agradable y acogedor. Literally jus got a coke and it came so late

Ordered a meal and never received the drink again from ordering delivery. As well as this spent £7.00 on 20 nuggets to not receive this either so meant I had no food for the kids. Becoming ridiculous now!

ordered two medium fries with fillet fish meals but not enough fries small portions. also is it me or have your burgers shrunk in size my fillet or fish was smaller in size then when i ordered it last year. disappointed looked more like a child's small happy meal size.

But the toilets were not cleaned,total mess paper on floor , toilets dirty poo smeared all in there not flashed made me feel 🤢🤢🤢. Lady doing table cleaning was all I saw,and I was glad to leave. If there was a roto to clean and maintain the toilet area I didn't see any time sheets stating that horrible . Won't be going there again 🤢🤢🤢🤢

i ordered a big mac and banana milkshake i got a cold big mac and a vanilla milk shake rather than wait again in the queue to take them back i ate the cold big mac and milk shake in the car park i then used the toilets discusting is not the word i would use some body reviewed free parking i got fined £50 if i paid within 14 days never again mcdonalds

The food although it wasn't hot, was still warm, but the fries were quite salty.

Always make customers wait at the counter waiting to pay. The new manager is very rude to me whenever i go there. Always unpleasant experience whenever i go there
