McDonald's in Glasgow City

Just went to the drive through. We ordered a bacon mctasty meal and a qtr pounder with cheese meal. We live just two streets away from the Helen Street branch. The whole lot was cold by the time we drove there. At that distance, it must have been cold when they bagged it. Cmon McDonald's, turn the heat up a little. And, what's with the foam milkshake? It's terrible.

Drive through for.ice cream staff were great pleasant and polite

Food was hot and on spec. Service was quick and on point. Just what you want from a mcds.

Worst McDonald’s around. Delivery never come correct 9/10 times they send the COMPLETE WRONG ORDER how hard is it to put the correct food in the correct bags???? It isn’t rocket science

Been to this McDonalds for ages and it’s usually the same. Usually at the end of school days (3pm) Lots of teens come here and cause a ruckus. Food is normal McDonalds quality just so you know before you go. went into the bathroom and it smelled…. I don’t even want to say

We used the drive through. The food was edible and cheap. Server didn't smile.

The staff are incapable at reading it seems or maybe just doing it on purpose …the last three times I’ve ordered from here I’ve received the incorrect items example: I ordered a cheeseburger and it came as a cheeseburger on a bed of lettuce without the buns? One time we just received a bag of someone else’s drinks when we originally placed a £25+ order and food is never hot it’s always dry and stale like it’s been left on the side for almost a year. Vile.

Dont go there,theyre is a old woman with glasses that brings food to the car looking at u with disgust

Ordered a delivery over £30 all we received was 9x nuggets and 2 drinks, absolute joke staff members were rude on the phone when we phoned to complain laughing and joking because they clearly knew they made a mistake considering we had to phone 3 times before we got an answer never had a nice meal out of here always something wrong, mcdonald’s need to start looking at who they actually hire because the ones who work here are all idiots

Great place, with a great offer! Lovely neighborhood ;) I think that 5 stars, the highest rating, is accurate for the attractiveness of this place ;) I recommend!!

Delivery good. Drink had to be binned. Irn bru syrup clearly low and was fizzy water could tell by the very pale colour before even tasting it. Should have been noticed b4 putting the lid on and an alternative given!!!!

Great and I like how you have to give a code now, I live in a building with 9 levels and I have lost my order before, people taking it because the delivery man/lady got mixed up. Gave it to the next block. So I like it you have to prove that you ordered the meal. 10/10

If I could rate under 1 I would. How hard is it for this company to get an order right. Ordered a twix latte received a plain latte. Bought through drive thru and unable to check it immediately. Ripped off by over a pound for a drink. Normally they short change on chicken nuggets had that so many times!

Burgers and fries arrived cold. Fries dry and tasteless. £30 on food and had to re-heat it all. Never again!

Helen Street McDonald’s I’m owed 4 cookies now. Last 4 deliveries it hasn’t been packed. Or refund please. I’m not paying for something I haven’t received.

Drinks spilled all over the food …delivery driver did not care …all fries/1 chicken mayo and 1 Philly very cold …so overall …very poor

Food was amazing as it normally is hence why i choose to order from here, this is the only time in year's i wasn't happy with my full order and was refunded for what wasn't right straight away..

I regularly come here for a drive through McMuffin breakfast before work and can honestly say everyone is so friendly and efficient especially Lynne and Rose (didnt manage to catch anyone elses names)Such quick service and always with a smile. First class!

i watched him on the map pass by me and go opposite direction then come back he eventually called me and i talked him to where i was, he then climbed to 5th floor when the lift was before the stairs to take, food was freezing chips limp and cold burgers where freezing and could not eat them he was lia straight road down to me from restaurant and he went miles away.

Tracked the driver on the map to my house, then he never bothered to deliver my order. Probably kept the food for himself. This is the 3rd time its happened in a couple of months. Who are you hiring??? How much training is provided?? This is a joke.

Chips cold, milkshakes are more like milk and the 20 nuggets are sent without any of the 4 sauces that I had picked.

the 2 dips i ordered were not in the bag. dry chips and drip dippers. the bag with the ice cream and drink in it was dripping and soaking wet. half the drink went all over the ice cream. because the bike rider bumping up curbs no doubt. very unsatisfied.

McDonslds fries are so good when they’re done right (and it’s so easy to cook them right) but this branch consistently serves old; undercooked, unsalted, soggy, stale, cold fries. Rotten! They’ve gone way down hill in the last year

Wow! Delivered everything except the food. Y’know, the stuff I actually ordered, paid for and actually needed. Manager ‘Just James’ is a delight to deal with, impolite, unhelpful and unprofessional.

I only had a drive through meal. The service was prompt and the members of staff I interacted with were helpful, friendly and pleasant. My order was ready quickly and was hot and tasty. There are plenty of parking spaces at the time of my visit including disabled parking. The venue is wheelchair accessible and there is an accessible wash room. Handily situated just off the M8 and adjacent to an Asda Superstore which has a fuel station.

Poor quality and almost no chips, plus forgot sauce in order.

One of the most decent and nicest delivery man( on a bike) . Delivered with care . Great food .
