McDonald's in Glasgow City

Would’ve been nice to get the ketchup I ordered online with my nuggets.

Food is mcdonalds not terrible but not filling and less budget friendly for families than it used to be. Service is appaling staff seem always overworked, usually have to wait long times and then order is never correct so need to go back. Last time my order was sent out with a delivery driver so needed to wait twice as long, time before that i ordered via the app and i got an entirely different order.

Drive through for.ice cream staff were great pleasant and polite

Always like McDonald,especially their coffee. Stop off nearly every day.

Bought fish finger happy meal today April 15, 2025 at 1:45pm. It was reheated. So rubbery , dried and burned. Come on, kids will eat it, don’t serve the kids reheated fish finger. Have a conscience and if you have a child of your own , you will never let them eat what you served us today.

Extremely shocking service, bought a filet o fish meal, arrived home to see THERES NO FISH FILLET in the bun, like wow!

The nuggets and selects were perfect but the mccrispy was disappointing and the quarter pounds and two portions of fries were overcooked and cold

10/10 delivery man was so nice.

Drink was half gone because the driver put it on its side and its spilled inside the paper bag, the drink left half my food soggy and my food was incorrectly made

Didn't turn up at all. Driver was shown on map round corner went to door. Never appeared few mins later it says food delivered. Tried to call mcdonalds no answer. 40quid down. Cheers 👍🏼

Drlelivery driver no care in the world and no apology. even gave him a tip and still juts through the bag about as if there was nothing in it. Coffee spilled all over everything and then hands the bag to me with liquid literally pouring out of it.

Had to Order it twice first one went to a different address and wouldn’t deliver it to me second time I ordered it came stone cold

Food must have been in the bag when the order was placed at 3.05 because by the time it was delivered at 4.05 every item was freezing. Not even a little bit of heat in it. Rotten.

Driver was very rude when spoke to about the spilt drink and then was even more annoyed when my chips were cold

Mostly drinks order which were all sumptuous.However,only food ordered was a small portion of chips and they were STONE cold.What a shame.

One of the best McDonald’s meals i have had in a long time.

3rd time in a. Row items haven’t shown up disgrace of a place

Ultimately, it’s a McDonald’s. It’s good half the time, the other half not so much. Sometimes the food is piping hot and other times it’s freezing cold. Something I’ve noticed is how every so often, the nuggets begin tasting bitter for some reason. Also, no fault of the employees, but drive through users sat on their phone, and many pedestrians making the decision of walking across the drive through when there’s very clearly a place for pedestrians to walk.

A good McDonald's to go to. 5 out of 5. Staff always polite and nice place to sit in

only had 5 chicken nuggets when i ordered a 6 chicken nugget box

McDonald s really need to give them some other thing for the drinks cause they are constantly spilling all over the place before you reserve them

Cold, half full fries, flat drink. Was packaged at least 40 minutes before it was even collected by the courier.

I did not receive the food. I watched courier delivery the food across the road. After trying to contact him on the app he completed the order

If I wanted to come down to the street to get my delivery I would get it the car and pick it up myself.

App said 10-25 mins for delivery but it was nearly 50 minutes and most of that was preparing the order, which was only 2 happy meals. Driver was quick when the food was ready. Also they sent me a bag of carrot sticks when i ordered a fruit bag

If I could leave no stars, I would!!! Ordered via Uber Eats- get a notification saying a Donnamarie was delivering it. Apparently, she delivered my order. Really?? Thats news to me, because I was waiting at my door and she never showed, but marked the order completed. So I hope whoever got the food I paid for enjoys it!! Tried to contact her through the Uber Eats portal and she isn't answering her phone, surprise surprise! Contacted McDonalds and got the usual pass the buck bullshit, they can't do anything, they only give the order to the drivers. Of course they aren't going to accept responsibility that the couriers they have on the premises clearly cannot be trusted to order food to the correct door!

I ordered a happy meal as my 5 year old son (who hasn’t eaten for over a week due to tonsillitis) wanted chips. I waited 2 hours and then told it was delivered and it certainly was not. Last night SUNDAY the delivery man dropped the happy meal

I ordered at 8.05pm and it didn’t come until 9.20pm but was told it would take approximately 30 mins. The order was stone cold when it got here, hot chocolate was cold, coke was flat and the ice creams were melted. Courier obviously lost
