McDonald's in Stafford

Poor service, inattentive, incorrect order, took a long time. Overall very poor and won’t be rushing back anytime soon

live in Stafford. This is the WORST mcdonalds I have visited in the UK. I'm a National Account manager, so believe me, I've visited a lot, from Cardiff to Inverness. The service is pathetic. When they make a mistake they never say sorry. The food is always cold, poorly prepared or missing. The waits are ludicrous. Only TODAY, I waited HALF AN HOUR for a happy meal and a medium chicken nugget meal (no there wasn't a drive thru queue, no there wasn't a queue inside). I visited other local mcdonalds in NEWPORT, STOKE AND CANNOCK recently, and their service is excellent and their food is superb. So, it's 'not just me', this restaurant is poorly managed. If it wasn't for the mcdonalds brand, it would be shut by now.

Avoid if you can. I am sick and tired of this McD's getting my order wrong at the drive through. Every time I go they forget to put an item in. I often order 3-5 meals per visit . Today they forgot to put a quarter pounder in. I paid for it and they must have taken £££'s from me and not provided the correct order. I have been in to complain but it makes no difference. They are useless I'm afraid.

What is wrong with this MacDonald do they not understand English or just plan stupid. My grandaughter is allergic to tomato sauce told them twice no sauce no nothing on burger yet again we get home an guess what they is tomato sauce on burger if I had not check once again MacDonald would be looking at a law suit.

Took my boys to macdonalds in kindsmead Stafford upon arrival they took my order then I drove round to the window to pay their was no one at it and it was busy which I understand. I then drove to the next window were u collect your order I told the boy their was no one at the window and I needed to pay . I then got asked did I order I replied yes I then got asked what was it I then got asked if I got my bank card if I was happy to let them take it or have cash. I then said what part do yous not under stand their was no one at the window for me to pay yet the car in front was able to pay I then got told we r busy but asked me to drive all the way round to the window again and waste more fuel to pay while I had my toddler who was tired crying his heart out Then got told to go to bay 2 2 mins later boy came out and asked wat did I order Think the service is a joke the staff r very unhelpful think it’s disgusting
