McDonald's in Hillingdon

Uxbridge High street McDonald's always great service lovely staff and the food is always hot.

We went on yesterday evening around 8:30 pm, have to say one of the asian staff that wearing hat, you’re literally an old grumpy man, don’t know what got in you, so rude and shame on McDonald’s hiring you.

good place for a quick bite, if you are poor and want to eat quickly, then this is the place for you

Delicious Banana Milkshake,great value as well,just under £3 for a medium,it’s one of the few options I can have that’s Gluten Free. Service was slow however.

Vibes are atrocious at this McDonald's. It's one of the ones where they play classical music to try and stop people fighting each other. They had the McRib tho which I smashed

Grit in Fries and Unhelpful Response from Manager. Last night (15/10/2024) around 9:30 pm, I purchased several meals from this McDonald’s. While eating the fries from my second meal, I noticed a gritty texture, as if I was biting into dirt or sand. Concerned, I reported it to the on-shift manager (a staff member with glasses). Unfortunately, he was neither friendly nor empathetic. Instead of addressing the issue, he simply stated that I was the first customer to complain. When I asked if there could have been any chance of dirt or grit coming into contact with the fries, he defensively replied that it might just be salt. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, both in terms of the food quality and customer service. I hope this issue is addressed to ensure a better experience for others.

Ali and his team go above and beyond with their hospitality. I use this restaurant at a couple of times a week. Ali can't do enough for you, he is always willing to help when I or my friend have a problem with the app. He is always happy to see you with a smile on his face. I will be there later near to closing time and to be fair Ali does not rush us to finish our food. 5 star management from a five star manager.

These lot literally forget food from my order countless times. You are literally paid to put food in a bag. How hard is that and you can't even get that right. That's why you lot work there in the first place.

Store was clean and I was able to get a seat easily despite it being around lunch time. Fries could have used more salt, but I had asked for salt to be safe so not a real issue. Ordered extra pickles and onions on my burger and actually got them. Since they changed how they cook their burgers, I've never actually gotten the extra onion, despite it always being on my order.

This is a spacious McDonald's. It is kept clean. The staff are polite and helpful, always smiling.

Chips had to be replaced as they was cold had a double big mac no sauce or pickle it was very dry

They try to give me Less change than I was owed do not come to this branch if you do make sure you know your change expected otherwise they will mug you and put it in their ******* **** pockets c**nts

One of the better McDonald’s. Service is excellent here. Never have to wait too long to be severed. Drive-thru is efficient. Very clean restaurant area. Toilets are always clean too.

Only ordered a coffee and used the restroom. The staff, especially the manager, Muhammad, was very engaging and friendly. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and pleasant.

Came quick but no bacon in my wrap I’m (I ordered chicken bacon Caesar wrap) sad :(

Ordered a take away meal deal, but staff were too busy chatting and forgot to put the fruit bag in. Seems we need to check they get the order right before leaving, rather than trust them to get an order right.

Terrible service and wait time is 35 mins. The burgers were not fresh at all. Very disappointing.

If I could give a zero, I would. Every time I ordered they marshes up my order by missing things worth £5-10 every time without a doubt. Not a single time did they get my whole order correct, you're better off getting Deliveroo as they don't give you refunds for their scams without going through what feels like a court date.

came in today, wonderful food as always. i had left the restaurant and realised that i had lost my oyster card and bank card in there. i came back and remembered i had put it in the bin by mistake, i told the worker there and she was so lovely looked through the whole bin for my cards, she ended up finding them. Couldn’t be more pleased. very positive experience.

The Hot chocolate tastes like water. I’ve asked them many times but it’s the same everytime.

Soulless. Focus appears to be delivery riders, who congregate and loiter. Doesn't provide a positive vibe, even for a McDonald's.

I visited McDonald's a few days ago and wanted to share my experience. The food was made nice and quick, although the place was quite busy. However, the service was on point whilst the atmosphere . Was busy but okay. Overall, I had a positive experience at this McDonald's. I noticed that there are mixed reviews about this location, but I think it might depend on the time you visit. In my opinion, it was a professional restaurant with an easy-going vibe.

How hard it is to put sauces for chicken nuggets for delivery??? Every f-ing time!!! Maybe some kind of training needs to be provided for putting the sauce in the bag??

Generally food is good but depends on your taste (quite literally) when I went there (during 1pm to 2pm) it's wasn't that packed and my order was done really fast which I appreciate

I mistakenly left a very important notebook there and iness than 24hours it was discarded. Lost and found items should be kept safe at least for 48hours before discarding. In my case I came back the next day and it had already been thrown away. Less than 24hours, that is very bad

Slow service and nearly always has sections closed. Food rarely looks like it has care taken when putting together, partly due to the fact that the staff always seem to be distracted amongst themselves - hence the errors, I guess.

Been three times recently. Can't get in door as hoards of youths blocked doorway. Car parked outside with music full blast and youths sitting all over car and all round entrance. Same inside youths running round causing fighting throwing food. Security useless does nothing even police came in for their lunch and turned a blind eye. Actually afraid to go anymore with my kids grandkids. Very unpleasant experience three times

Absolutely awful. I had a delivery from this branch and out of the 5 items they only delivered 3. How can they get it so wrong. Didn't answer the phone when I called to complain, the uber customer service was equally poor as not only could I not understand a word the lady was saying she didn't credit me the correct amount.

Though the place are busy you can always see staff around cleaning and assisting. Great food, fairly fast service. Professional and friendly staff.

The first time ever I listened to classical music at a McDonald's... normally they give you pop and rock so you eat fast and give a table for the next customer! Not for 5 stars as the young couple next to us was vaping... the security was not paying attention!

Macdonald, it is what it is. The portions seem to of got smaller over time, though So has the £. It is what it is. Sometimes, its worth a revisit once in a while. I've heard some have got married here and some people only eat at Macdonalds. Hey, what do I know, other than it fill me up when I need it.

Probably the most organised McDonald's I have ever been to in London. Plenty of staff in the kitchen with the supervisor coordinating all works. Very busy place, with floor staff continuously keeping it clean. Burger meat patties tasted boiled instead of grilled.

Decent food almost never busy fast service overall a nice place.

Milkshake machines are always not working ridiculous and don't even get me started on the ice cream machine I think they all made a pact to not fix the flippin machines they never answer the phone either

Very quiet when I went, around 12-1 so I recommend if you want to get lunch at a quiet place. Food came relatively quick and the staff where nice. The food was just normal McDonalds, edible.

I'm unsure why they allow you to customize your meals if they won't take any notice of them. Many times now I've ordered a double cheeseburger with no cheese as they don't do an option of double hamburger. Every single time it turns up with cheese even though it has a sticker with the special instructions on the front. God help those with allergies and food intolerances. Raised each time with duty manager but they don't seem to care.

Well, I can't believe how this has gone unchecked but the burger I received wasn't even cooked let alone as it had ever seen the oven and when I reported it to the staff the guy just looked at me and said whatever, let's put it this way, if you want food poisoning and rude servers come to this place.

It's always very busy and sometimes a bit messy inside. But the service is extremely quick, so everything runs smoothly. Great for a quick bite.

Queues take forever to serve, maybe this branch needs more staff?

Some of the staff seriously need to learn English the language barrier is terrible between customer and staff member McDonald's needs to do something about it in getting their staff to learn English

I go there every time I have break and every time I arrive either 2 or 1, rarely 3 of the machines you use to order are out of service leading to massive queues which is rather annoying

Ordered caramel latte and they did not make it properly! Went back they still not made it properly!! Waste of money and time!!!

Slow service I seemed to overtaken by other orders which was annoying

Small but busy with only a few tables downstairs. The upstairs was shut for some reason. Took 30 minutes to get the food This leads to serious overcrowding. Good look trying to get a seat with all the teens in here after you finally get the food. I watched some teens finished for 40 minutes just sitting chilling with their friends on all the tables with no food being eaten. Never again!

Mcdonalds is pretty standard everywhere you go but there was a security guard and some really young children disturbing the peace shall we day.

Ordered for delivery. Had happy meal for my daughter and the melons had mould growing in it. How can they justify this DISGUSTING act by them and the melon was still in date. What are they doing to their food products. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING!

Too many youths with filthy attitudes. Buy take-away or use another branch. The McDonalds staff working here have my sympathy having to deal with them.

This McDonald's has the dirtiest toilets I have ever seen. I will never go back in there again. I was sick to my stomach at the state and smell in the ladies loo 🤢. After that experience, I was not about to but food from them...hell no! And to top it off, they had a kiddies party on aswell. Those poor kids 😕 😔

Food came warm for once for McDonald's the places seems quite clean but the self service machine was broken so luckily no one stole my food. Toilets are tiny and lack fresh air or ventilation.

Lot's of teenagers there who occupied plenty of seats. One person stood on seats and was allowed to get away with offensive language. The seats weren't cleaned afterwards.

Seemed like a place for the school kids to hang out after school. They all seemed to have a good time but I got out fast from their noisy chats. May be I got in at the wrong time of the day -lol Food doesn't need a review- it's a McDonald's after all !

The staff are very helpful and the service was very good!
