McDonald's in Rotherham

How can you call it a fast food it took 1 hour and it was cold and items once again missing 2 very unhappy kids and if u reorder it chargers you again for delivery what a joke

Absolute awful and Dangerous place eat from. Myself and wife bought food from here on Saturday, please all customers check your food before you eat it, we bought 2 chicken wraps and both had cold chicken which was pink inside and cold bacon, we have taken pictures and sent to Health and safety at the council to follow up on. I called on the Monday and asked to speak with manager, if she is the manager then this franchise should be shut down immediately and McDonalds Head office should investigate their standards. Avoid this place especially if you are giving this to children, it could really hurt a person eating there.

My food came stone cold! The shop is a less than a 10minute drive from my house so they have clearly packed me some old chips been sat around !

Big shout out to the Manager, on his own 2 staff down. But yet rallied his 2 staff that were in and delivered everyone's orders, until he eventually got extra help. Well done

Busy, as it was later evening but the staff do their best from we are able to see. Food seemed a little "too fast" put together, given it took a good 30mins to prepare. Other than that, a usual McDonald's

Ordered 10 meals this morning. Only 9 actually delivered. The drinks were literally thrown into the bag, spilled everywhere. This McDonalds obviously doesn’t care that one persons morning is ruined because they cannot get orders right.

Constantly unclean. I've been twice in a row and I've had them forget my order while I'm left to wait for an hour. Staff are usually quite rude if you point out your missing food and it's just a bit ridiculous.

Very rude staff I walked in and was heading for the toilet and was going to order after only for the cleaner lady to shout from behind whilst I was walking up the stairs are you going to order which was so rude of her as she made all the customers to stop what they where doing and stare at me I found this extremely rude and arrogant I tried to address this matter with the manager and got no response for the manager just stared at me as if I was talking to the wall appalling service will never be visiting that place again 🙄bad customer service

My order arrived without the McFlurry, and noticed the bag had been opened on the left hand side

Order was wrong , 20 chicken nuggets was missing,instead they put in 9 chicken selects ,also Big Mac was wrong , asked for no pickle , with extra onions and extra sauce , what I got was no sauce & no cheese, they added bacon which I don’t like

Why are the dips always missing? Ordered 20 nuggets, which is supposed to come with 4 dips. Requested a 5th dip. None at all were provided. This happens every single time I order from here, it's not good enough.

Cold refried fries, barely any filling in the wrap, filthy floor filthy walls, was actually scared inside, won't be stepping foot in Rotherham let alone mcds.

Food is always cold, staff are not that friendly and the restaurant is always dirty. When I order from just eat the order is always wrong and never get the dips as requested.

For the first time in a while, the food arrived hot, and nothing was missing. The delivery man was really lovely, so polite.

This place’s staff is useless i would order else where they always mess up your orders they just sent and delivered 20% of the food order didn’t send any of the main meals and it’s not the first time this has happened last time they only sent the drinks and no food at all and had to go and collect it all myself then the staff were acting like it was my fault when I went in the staff here need to learn to do there jobs

I order from here off of the mcdonalds app sometimes and whenever I do I have items from my order missing. Sometimes its I've got 12 chicken nuggets instead of 20 which is fine other time I'm missing an entire burger. Whenever I call to get it sorted no one answers.

As always the food and service is excellent at this place. The only thing that let it down today was youths gathering in groups upstairs. The language from them was absolutely disgusting especially in front of my young children, and two of these were actually vaping as well! Please get this area policed/monitored in some way, so all customers can feel safe, and comfortable within the surroundings.

Every time we order from McDonald's, they always forget something. We order a takeaway to get everything we've ordered. It really isn't hard to give people what they pay for.

Food was fine but missing the sauces that was supposed to be with the order

The hash browns and wraps were warm to the touch but when you bit into them the hash browns were lukewarm nearly cold and when you bit into the wraps they were freezing it’s unacceptable for a customer like my self to be given cold food.

unfortunately order was wrong, the wrap had stuff it wasn't meant to have and was broken and hard like it had been sat there for ages. asif it was an earlier wrong order, so just threw it in a wrap box and sent to me. chicken was dry and solid. it went in the bin. it's a shame really because never had any wrong orders from here before. due to the past deliveries I will give the benefit of the doubt and still use again. we all have off days
