Missing both the happy meals not impressive

Came freezing cold 1drink missing and chicken nuggets missing

i ordered a mini mcflurry ice cream and a normal mcflurry. Very disappointed and annoyed. The amount in the normal one is exactly the same as the mini. How can this be?

Ordered two of the Minecraft Big Mac meals and didn’t get the collectibles delivered, two disappointed children. Also the food was cold

Food was cold, came late, drinks spilled at bottom of bag and driver went to wrong location at first then walked, overall very disapointed

Ordered delivery for kids a treat all food arrived cold fries were like rubber what a waste of money would give no stars if was an option

chips was stone cold so was burger

We were told our food would come at 8.05PM. It arrived at 9.35PM!! So was 90 minutes late. Not only that, missing items as usual. Just pathetic. A joke.

food was cold, n i mean freezing cold, driver was very rude, im disabled and he thrust the food bag in my hand as it took me a few minutes to get to door, really shocking I'd stopped ordering before for this reason, but past few times food was hot so thought it would be ok until last night, freezing, im sure the driver must have walked from town for it to be that cold..

All of the Chips were cold but the rest was fine

over an hour and half wait. everything is absolutely freezing and £5.00 delivery fee for it just to be cold.

I don’t understand how I’ve paid extra for extra cheese on my burger and it clearly states it on the front of the burger saying “add extra cheese” but haven’t I also asked for ketchup which I didn’t receive so gladly I didn’t pay for those!

order at 11:40 marked delivered at 13:50 never came

Another good order!! All items were there including dips and straws! Delivered in good time and still hot!

Driver was at Restaurant within 5 minutes Restaurant took over 40 minutes Driver delivered really fast however food was cold It was like they had forgotten the order Very Very disappointed

Delivery driver got lost, called me and had me walking around searching for him to collect my food leaving my small child in doors alone, then our food was freezing cold, his bag was all ripped so didn't even keep our food warm during the delivery.

Food was cold and there was no straw

part of the food was cold upon arrival when it is usually warm and the ETA kept changing for example it said 25 minutes then went to 28 minutes then down to 22 minutes. this needs to be looked at and corrected. I will order from them again but I am not happy with the overall outcome of this order

I ordered the stormzy meal and received no stickers. My partners big mac is undercooked. He also ordered a filet of fish and I Asked for an extra fish patty if possible and they sent me a burger with no fish patty. 2 large fries which are also half empty and cold. Also received none of the sauces asked for. Poor service everytime we’ve been to this McDonald’s. Will not be ordering again from here.

One of the better ones to go to. Always clean and tidy. Staff are quick and always polite.

We had to wait two hours for our order absolutely ridiculous we rang McDonald’s up and they said the drivers kept cancelling on them

Ordered to be delivered at 10 past and arrived at almost 20 too. Food was cold and on tracking looked like driver had 3 stops before ours. When arrived drinks bag had split and one of the drinks had leaked and was half empty and stained my carpet.

Fries was stale like they was from last week couldn’t eat them. 2.00 refund doesn’t really compensate all the fries was stale and cold not just one portion all four portions of fries was un eatable. McDonald’s really need to sort this. Annoying much!

Delivery driver had to call me as at wrong address. Gave him my address but still hasn't turned up. Would like a new, fresh order sending out and/or a refund

Burger was cold, mc flurry was like a milkshake, even the apple pies were only just warm. Like other folks comments it's probably been sat in the store sometimes before being sent. Disappointed.

The food was not hot and had to be reheated. Why does this always happen, prepare the food whilst the driver is there not before. I asked for no gerkins and extra onions. It’s a good job I don’t have allergies because it had gerkins on. Come on McDonald’s at least try to serve hot food and get the order right. An £8.49 meal works out expensive with service charge and delivery charge £12. 83 deserves better service

food was freezing, said driver was picking order up and in restraunt for around 20 min before was on his way to deliver, this is not the drivers fault but the restaurants now resulting in freezing food.
