Always excellent pizza and the staff are all brilliant. Pizza Hut like I used to be.

Waste of my time placed order online was told delivery would be at 19.08 didn't arrive so I tried to call this store about 60 times finally got through at 20.15 to be told my pizza was just coming out of the oven but it was already over an hour late then I asked why it had taken over an hour to actually get to talk to someone and the answer was I'm only a driver and there is no one here that's qualified to answer the phone ........... what a joke this shop is ........... I'll never use this place again I would rather just drive to meadowhall instead ................. the manager really needs to take look at themselves and the people they employ ........... my advise is stay well clear

2nd time ordering and nearly an hour later than anticipated arrival still no delivery, money taken but still no food. Tries calling ringing forever and cut off. No customer service

I would like to take the time to thank ryan who is in management at the parkgate branch for being extremely helpful when it came to dealing with a previous experience at the branch. He was very kind and well mannered, spoke with respect and understanding, and did everything he could to make sure the previous issue was rectified and correctly dealt with to our satisfaction. Because of him he has restored our faith in Pizza Hut deliveries. No issue or request was too big to solve for him and we look forward to our takeaway today ☺️

Would like to thank Pizza Hut Rotherham for their excellent customer service, especially Jordan. After placing an order through Pizza Hut direct due to their own reasons they had to use uber eats to deliver the order who were terrible! The driver picked the food up and took over 40 minutes to deliver by this time the food was freezing, after speaking to Jordan about this he was great at sorting it out for us, they had their own drivers due in shortly so he had the whole order freshly made for us and sent out to us, (which was piping hot and all delicious) thank you Jordan for your great customer service and understanding. Will definitely order from this Pizza Hut again.

I ordered a pizza from here today and it was amazing! The staff that was on Katie and Jordan was so lovely and patent with me. They are so welcoming and friendly! I couldn't have been made more welcome by them. The pizza was amazing and just as I ordered! I highly recommend this place if you are in the mood for great food! Thank you

Fantastic food and great staff, couldn't do enough for myself and friends.

If 0 was a choice I would give them that!! Staff there is racist especially the ladies working there. They only welcome white people with a smile absolutely disgusting behaviour most racist people I've ever seen! It's like only white people are allowed to go in there no other ethnicity. They are not wearing name badges and also the manager is not wearing it.

We were missing some items. 1 x cheesy garlic bread - 4x 7up and 4x pepsi. They are on the order but not on the reciept.

The new dough is tasteless and dry. The pizza itself was very bland, it had no salt. Very disappointed.

Ordered food today 6th july 2024, 40+ minutes past estimated delivery time and no sign of our food and the store arent answering our calls? What on earth is going on.

New yorker pizza was lovely not a huge fan of the new dough recipe for our other pizzas.

Can’t knock the quality of the food but we waited over an hour from the original delivery time! Disappointing

Do not ever order from this place, I ordered something online at 6.30 at 8.30 still nothing, phoned the shop 26 times and no reply then they turned it off! Emailed pizza hut who took ages to reply with the manager of this store says you have had your delivery so you can have a £14 refund of the £27 I paid, Pizza Hut you are thief's and liar's, I will never ever use your delivery service or your restaurants ever again.

Bottom of pizza is always too greasy. Not like normal Pizza Hut.

Rally rude and unprofessional staff shouting at people's specially 2 new womans don't even wear thier name badges so I can mention here ask them to give me thier name but except of giving me thier name white racist lady shout that get out of from the shop it wasn't her dad shop that she can talk to me like that am going this pizza shop for past three years never happen like this both ladies disrespect me infront of 8 peopls never going there again hopefully somone will take notice of that this incident happen on 16 March at 7.45 pm

Very disappointing service. Tried phoning three times to have an update on my order and no one answered the phone. Garlic bread was stone cold and over cooked and the pizza was on the brink of going cold.

Pizzas arrived a little bit sooner than website advised, but that suited us as we put ASAP and they were piping hot.

Ordered a margarita, was given a pepperoni, it was for a vegetarian! rang the shop, they confirmed it was their fault, asked to drive all the way back with the wrong pizza to get the correct one, but don’t worry they were willing to give us an ice cream for the inconvenience. Awful service, and useless staff.

Ordered a pizza and mentioned that there was a Fish allergy (explained we know that they don’t directly serve fish, but incase any ingredients contained fish, they needed to know we have a severe allergy). The woman then looked at us very confused and said she didn’t understand what we meant, so when I then repeated, we have a fish allergy, we’re allergic to fish, it was met with her saying she didn’t know what that meant… Not really an acceptable answer in a food industry to not understand what an allergy is.

long delivery time over an hour, wrong items turned up. after over an hour and half trying to get someone to deal with wrong order and not getting nothing, I've had to take the problem higher then there takeaway.

Ordered for the 1st time tonight. Food arrived hot & on time. Ordered 2 pizzas paid £1.60 each for extra mushrooms on both think we got about 3 each! Not a great deal of toppings on pizzas deffo not value money. Won,t be ordering again. Can get more for your money else where..

Get orders from here service and food is always lovely but called today and the person who answered was very rude, had a sarcastic tone to his voice, didn't want to acknowledge his actions when I questioned him about it and cut the phone down after I said do you mind speaking to me properly please and not so rudly... usually the lady who answers is ever so polite and this member of staff should take lessons from her on customer service.

Review of this place was a 3 star as we ordered our food, the food came alright pizza was warm but not hot also they was useing a deliveroo driver i asked for a bottle of pepsi max and the driver told he didn't have it so i had to drive down and collect to find out the driver did have it but forgot to give it to us, the girl behind the desk looked physically frustrated and didn't have much customer service when i complaind

I love pizza hut, it's the best tasting pizza. We rang ahead and collected our order a little early which was ready. Staff were very friendly.

Not keen on the pizza bit miss mach

Having had a few delivery from here lately that were OK, not great just OK, we decided to order again. Delivery was fast as usual. The checken fajita with jalapeños pizza however was disgusting. Having had it a couple of times before I knew this wasn't right. I can only describe it as tasteless slop. Grease was oozing out of it and puddles on top. I couldn't even taste the jalapeños. The reply from the hut is that the food was up to standards. They must be low standards. They offered a free pizza on my next order instead of a partial refund which I requested. I won't be using them again anyway. Avoid.

AVOID!!! Pizza and spicy chicken strips were both undercooked. Pizza was sloppy and doughy, and gave me food poisoning (runs) for 2 days afterwards. WE spend £60 on 4 pizzas and 4 sides, and 3/4 of us have come down with the runs the day after.

Ordered online for a delivery pizza hut took my money my order never came telephoned shop only to be told they did not receive my order absolutely disgusting customer service i will never order from these again £30pound down drain then the person what answered phone tried to tell me that my postcode did not exist

Since Covid-19, this place has gone to the dogs. The staff are rude, you get told what time you will get your delivery not what time you want it. I told them I work for the NHS and was finishing work late and if I could get food for a certain time when I got home and I was told thats not there problem, if I want the food it will get there when ever they can oh and to use the nhs discount go online even though we dont except online orders at this branch. I wouldn't waste my time with this place

Always to a high standard that you'd expect from a Hut.

Amazing service was really busy with difficult orders so had to wait longer than normal but staff really apologagetic and gave us free large bottle of pop to apologise

Avoid like the plague! Absolutely disgusting quality pizza, nothing like the restaurant style pizzas you will recognise. Honest to God don’t give it a chance. Completely deceitful when you order on the website regarding the pizza crust styles and staff dismissive after they have stolen your money when you complain, trying to tell me it’s my mistake. 2 large pizzas with a garbage inedible garlic crust came through the door when I ordered a ‘classic’ crust. Any neutral pizza lover will not recognise in a million years that a ‘classic’ crust will be laced with disgusting garlic and herbs. Don’t even get me started on the farmhouse pizza because I can’t describe it without swearing £16 for something that your local pizza place can do a better job for, for £4 each. On a normal day these 2 pizza’s would have been £30!!! Clown on the phone declared ‘we’re nothing like our restaurants’. What in God’s name does that mean... would you get a KFC delivered and accept them saying... ‘oh yea... our delivery chicken here is different to what’s in our restaurants’. Extremely misleading and you only find out after you’ve parted with big money - by the time you’ve sat down in your living room, opened the box and find yourself saying out loud “what the hell is this”, the scooter drivers are already 2 miles away with your cash ‘Rotherham park gate’ my order was from but avoid all! Charging top money and sending out cheap rubbish that needs to go straight into the rubbish

Not the nicest staff but pizza was great

Very poor hygiene. Drivers with big outdoor bike coats on helping to pack pizza into boxes. I thought 2 workers were inappropriately dressed boxing food up. Girl long hair in ponytail but not netted with along sleeved fleece on and one bloke in a t shirt and joggers, soon afterwards they left to deliver. Long sleeves going near/onto food. Never saw one person wash their hands between different roles. Cross contamination everywhere. How they have a 5* hygiene rating I'll never know!

I regularly order from this takeaway and never had any problem until yesterday when I payed online but rang the shop up and said they haven't received my order even though the money's been taken online and can see on my online transaction
