Absolutely shocking never order for delivery! never gets the order right. Then items that are delivered are completely wrong spend so long sorting it out the food that’s left goes stone cold. Got and try the drive through and half the food is missing again after waiting 40 minutes in the bay and they’d “lost” the order after asking us to park in the bay not worth it rather make toast out of the loaf in the freezer

Bought a galaxy caramel pie, was given a box labeled galaxy caramel pie with a mince meat and custard pie inside .. luckily I have no allergies. Make sure you're actually selling the correct product!

Three times iv orderd from here and they have missed my main meal every time , they send chips and the drink but no burger. Worst McDonald's ever I would avoid at all cost

This McDonald's has got to be the worst that I've ever been to. They consistently leave the sauces out that I've requested on the app. 3 times in the last 3 months, I have been 1 chicken nugget short. How hard is it to count to 6 or 9 respectively. It is very, very rare that an order is completed accurately. I've tried to phone to complain, but they simply don't answer the phone. Disgusting customer service! Avoid this restaurant, unless you want cold food and an inaccurate, overpriced order. Children can't simply get their pocket money and buy a McDonald's anymore. It's too expensive.

Ordered through the McDonald’s app, chips were cold, and sauces missing (surprise surprise) seems to be abit of an ongoing problem with the staff that work there not being able to read a screen and put it in a bag, can see why they don’t need any GCSEs to work there. The only upside is they are consistent… consistently bad

Absolutely disgusting...First off all you just have to read a screen and put items in bag how hard can it be. The quality off food is cheap and nasty but the prices have gone up. No share box off mozzarella sticks in my order and double bacon big mac without the bacon...brilliant. spoke to someone on the end off the phone...and was told sorry to hear that..well sorry doesn't feed me and I'm still out off pocket. Makes you wonder who managers the branch or do the team just do what they want when they want.

Sick of this restaurant . Always ask if you want sauce and promote their sauces . Waited 10 min for our food (drive thru) . Chips were cold and guess what no sauce ! Had to go in to restaurant in my pjs for all to be corrected ! Said I asked for garlic mayo and bbq sauce . Got home to find bbq sauce still missing ! Jesus how hard is it . Wasn’t even busy . Rang and spoke to the manager hannah which she made things worse ! Won’t be returning !!!

i can't believe the thought of even eating here crossed my mind, shocking had double quarter pounder with fries and a milkshake if you could even call it that, i remember a few years back that Mcdonald's had the best milkshakes in town made with real ingredients, not the actual rubbish there putting in these, they don't taste real at all just full of fake rubbish that never done me any good today omg, the burger was that dry i could of dried my dishes with it and the chips jeez soggy tasteless pieces of i don't know what they were but it surely wasn't real i remember Mcdonalds chips used to hot and crunchy and seasoned with the right amount of salt i don't think this branch knew how to season there food for all our sakes and our hard earned money get staff that actual no the reputation McDonalds has and the standard of which food must be served , shocking this branch needs a rethink big time !!!

Used the drive thru on a Wednesday evening the service to order my food was good and was told to drive round to the bay to wait. When I arrived at the 2 bays the car in the first bay was waiting for there food and soon after pulled away with a car behind me I pulled into the first bay thinking I was being helpful so the car behind could pull in behind me. Thinking nothing of it I waited for my food to arrive when it did, I was quite rudely told in future stay in the bay I was told to go to, even tho I wasn’t told a bay number just to drive round to the bay (don’t they use the last digits of your reg number to know which car?) anyway I just found the team member to be very rude and to top it off 2 bits of the order was missing when we got home. I think maybe the staff member lecturing me on where to wait for my order should worry more about checking the food order was correct.

30 minutes of my life waisted waiting to order and get Instant porridge at breakfast service 😂. Then they forgot my drinks, which were, surprise, surprise luke warm. Apparently they only have one microwave 🤷♀️ Which is the reason why 3 pots of porridge took them 22 mins to cook. Last time I checked Quaker Oats microwave in 2mins 3x2 is 6?!?! So that’s just a lie really isn’t it. How about you just have a little honestly and admit you forgot about the people waiting in the bay, and apologise sincerely for the wait 😩. Always issues with this McDonalds. The amount of times I’ve had overly long waits for food, missing food off my order and cold food is unbelievable. Also stop pouring out the ice creams and giving them to people and then asking them to wait 20 mins for food then being rude when you are asked for a fresh ice which has melted whilst waiting. 🙈 The staff here are so rude, no apologies ever when they get orders wrong or you are made to wait above average time scale for orders.

We had to move. Not because of a clearing up issue but because of old food and pubic hair. Food is as it is, but who has been leaving bits of themselves behind and how? This has also built up dirt over time.

I found that the customer service was lacking with the age group serving (Youngest being no more than 12) and dealing with complaints. I brought more than one item at the stall and only complained about one item which did not taste right, did get replacement, which I was happy with till the same item I complaint about was still not right. But was told I was wrong and they wouldn’t do anything else. I don’t believe I spoke to anyone over age of 16.
