I specifically came here for the Grimace shake and they gave me Vanilla instead. Also ordered sprite and the cups were filthy. Do not recommend it.

This has to be by far one of the worst Mcdonalds ever, we have just received an order expecting it to be completely wrong as usual. I don’t know who owns this branch as I never really write reviews but this McDonald’s cannot ever for the life of me get an order right, and trust our luck it’s our local McDonalds! Food is always freezing cold, stale fries and if you are guaranteed one thing it’s that they will forget items!

I’ve never been petty enough to leave a review but mcdonald’s you have bought it out of me. Every time we order from here, they think they will be fired if they don’t completely screw up our order. Missing food, missing sauces that we now have to pay for, i used to work at a maccies myself, i can assure you, deliveries are not this hard. You have to be completely incompetent and brain dead to make it an ongoing routine to miss food out constantly every time you get an order. This was my last straw mcdonald’s. MY LAST STRAW. you missed mine and my boyfriend’s fries, and my dips for my nuggets, everyone knows you can’t eat nuggets without maccies sauces. I guess i’ll just starve.

New big-mac is awful, nothing wrong with the old one but now I'll eat elsewhere for a treat with the kids.

Is it me or have all McDonald's establishments just stopped cleaning now? This place has to be the worst one I've been in, the men's toilets are absolutely filthy and smelly, definitely avoid this place!!

So.... I hardly ever visit McDonald's lately as I've been trying to eat healthy, but after a workout tonight, I figured I'd treat myself to some fast food. It was already late, 8.30 pm, and I wanted to get something quick. I ordered via drive-through, and the place was quiet, so imagine my surprise when I got home 2 min later and found every single item stone cold! Had I been in the actual restaurant, I'd have given them a piece of my mind, but after a long day, I didn't feel like driving back. Now: I could only speculate whether the management in this particular place needs to change or whether someone was just having a bad day; maybe someone simply didn't like my Eastern European accent, but for a company known for fast food, I would expect to at least get a hot burger and fries, especially during less busy periods.

A quick hit of food. Not great, no napkins, food wasn't hot. The toilets were not clean and smelled horrible.

Has to be the worst maccies in all of birmingham! Ordered 3 times from here in the 2 months and everytime the order is missing items and is stone cold. Most recent one, the nuggets were so over cooked the chicken was actually hard by texture.

having waited more than 20 minutes from joining the drive thru queue to getting to the collection window, we were greeted firstly by a woman sat next to it asking for spare change! then when they actually opened the window, there was no "thank you for waiting" or "sorry about the delay"! we just got a bag passed across without a word really spoken. when we then tried to tell the woman at the window there was someone sat next to it begging for change, she said she knew and just shrugged her shoulders. surely it's a matter of safety that a person is not sat in the flow of moving vehicles??! not that they were moving though really. the final straw was when we pulled over to eat or burgers and they were literally stone cold! the food in this country is meant to be cooked to above 75°, for safety, and it should be discarded if it drops below 65°, so why we got served something that was literally as cold as it was before it was cooked is slightly worrying! I do not recommend this store, and I suggest others avoid it. I also think McDonald's look at what's going on here, if it is a franchise, because it was SHOCKING!

The smell if urine in and around the toilets is unbearable,, avoid if you don't

Had to eat there, had no choice.

I was going to eat from here and luckily had to use the toilet facilities before I'd ordered. I'm disabled and went to go into the accessible wc. I took 1 look turned around and decided to use the gents, the facies stains looked welded in and that they had been there for quite some time. The gents wasn't much better as soon as I walked in the smell of stale urine just hit me and the floor around the urinals was soaked. To top it off someone else walked in and a lady was outside the door with full view of all 3 urinals. I'd decided that I wasn't going to eat here and as I left I noticed most of the bins were overflowing. This is without doubt the dirtiest fast food place I've been in so I left and went to another fast food joint.

Sausage and egg macmuffin didn't appear fresh, not nice.

you delivery drivers keep sending my order to the wrong address...to be honest this is happening quite regular now...I am not impressed when I have to go looking for my Grandson's treat..SORT YOUR DRIVERS OUT...ITS PLAIN TO SEE THE INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE I LIVE.!!!!!!

Received wrong food and way less then I spent very annoyed

I am appalled by this. I ordered a delivery tonight at 22:36 and I didn’t recieve it until 23:27. When the food arrived everything was stone cold. And my meal was wrong and it came plain when I didn’t ask for it plain only certain things off. This is not the first time I have had an issue with this restaurant. Previously I had spent 52 pound here and ended up getting refunded less than half the order when I only received 4 medium drinks and small McFlurrys. The man who delivered my food, sawed k, was very polite bless him he said there had been an issue with my food so he had to wait and extra 20 minutes for the food to be bagged again as it was wrong. I would have been more consederate if the food was hot and correct but no everything has gone to waste. Will not be ordering from here again.

I would avoid ordering on the McDelivery from this restaurant. I have used on 3 occasions and never received all of the items and most commonly an individual goes without what they have paid for. There is no process to report missing food on delivery that is actually dealt with. So if you take the gamble from this restaurant. Be prepared to order twice or 1 person won't receive a full meal.

Ordered a delivery yesterday evening and everything about it was vile. The fries were hard and dry, tasted like they had been cooked, gone cold and cooked again, they were inedible so we're thrown away. I requested 2 zero cokes and 1 full fat, all came as zero cokes, I didn't receive any straws and I didn't get the dips I asked for. Disgusting in every way, the staff should be ashamed to provide this low level of service.

The set meal and Sprite Zero🧐 actually only came with soda water🥲It had no taste🤔Fortunately, the waiter was willing to give me a cup of Coke Zero in exchange🥲But for the special order, only ketchup was taken away...but three slices of pickles were left behind🥲 I don’t know if it’s because they didn’t order the sauce or for some other reason. The self-service seasoning rack only has some salt and pepper packets and no tomato sauce or barbecue sauce.

i ordered £60 worth off food for the family,it came too us within 20 minutes and the food was stone cold and missing items,i’ve had to drive down as i was so angry,don’t bother ordering from here it’s shocking,this is definitely not the first time it’s happened will not be ordering from here again…and then still had to wait for my food too be ready which took 20 minutes which doesn’t sound like a lot but when they can see you and they ignore you that’s when it’s unexceptable…

My order was all messed up, I didn’t get given my Mayo chicken, my double cheeseburger came with e extra ketchup when I didn’t request that, I got a random extra 6 nuggets, 2 of the monopoly stickers on the fries was peeled off and put into the bag, I’m now scared to eat my food as I don’t know if it’s been tampered with by either staff or the delivery driver
