McDonalds in South Norfolk

Special mention to Naulan who made our visit with our little girl super special. He was kind and friendly and offered her Halloween activities and I saw him doing this with other family's. Thankyou very much Naulan!

Phone longwater McDonald’s after half my order was missing from a sealed bag from McDonald’s where the manager told me nothing they could do she was not interested first time she even hung up while I was speaking to her which I thought was rude to start with and it always seems it’s this McDonald’s that mistakes out made at none of the others near me

I can’t quite believe it, I actually got my burger quickly and it was the burger I ordered. First time I’ve had a triple cheese burger and it was pretty tasty.

Clean, quick totally impersonal..... but hey its fast food and it does what it's supposed to do. When it's busy you have to wait but never too long. Staff are usually helpful

Lots of parking, click & collect, drive-thru, indoor seating options. Food arrived fairly quickly and my order was accurate, though held up by people in front disputing the accuracy of their orders. Toilets were clean.

Started to grab a regular early morning BLC breakfast on my early start in the week and it’s pretty good, a bit disappointed that they put no brown sauce (or any) in my breakfast roll. But all in all it’s a filling breakfast.

Stopped here with the kids as 20% off on the app. Kids had chicken nuggets happy meal. Wife played safe with Big Mac, I had a toffee latte with my big tasty with bacon! The burger tasted more like a BK burger; a bit flame grilled.

Happy meals messed up, you in one that was supposed to have a book… (had to take the toy of them, which causes drama.) Dips also not included as ordered. The table was dirty when we sat down. Not super impressed by the McPlant, a bit tasteless!

Hard to moan when it only costs 99p, ordered through the app to my car, very quick, saved driving through drive in. Quite tasty, lots of Mayo abs green lettuce.

I was disappointed to find that our order came as a medium when I paid for a large, but apart from that it’s all good. I do like the mozzarella dippers!

Grand Big Mac Bacon vs Big Mac The Big Mac certainly looks less substantial compared with the Grabd Big Mac, it’s just a shame the staff can’t keep the content inside the bun, it’s almost a deconstructed burger.

Even after repeating the order to me, the checkout at the drive through still managed to miss items from order. My advice, check your order before driving away otherwise you’ll end up short changed.

I’m far from a fan of McD’s but I have to admit I really enjoyed my sweet chili chicken wrap and katsu chicken. I like that they had Top trumps instead of plastic toys for the bin in the happy meal.

Called in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The food we ordered was very nice and promptly delivered to our table as per new covid guide lines.

Can't fault at all. 100 percent. Staff wore masks and face shields. Service was outstanding. The tables were spaced out.

Menú reducido, aún más reducido al no tener trituradoras ya que la máquina no se limpia a las 11:55 am. No me dejaba dividir el pedido en dos porque o estaba recogiendo para otra persona y necesitaba dos recibos separados, por lo que tuve que conducir y hacer cola dos veces. Me gustan los palitos de mozzarella y la primera comida feliz que han tenido mis hijos y el juguete troll parecía de muy buena calidad.

La primera vez que utilicé la aplicación, recibí un 5 de descuento si gastas 15. Pedimos dos de los Grand Big Mac's (no se parecía en nada a las fotos), con las comidas, tomamos batidos y papas fritas. Los Grand Big Mac eran sabrosos, especialmente el que tenía tocino. También tenía un cupón en la aplicación para un café gratis, así que pedí un café con leche toffe, que era gratis, pero terriblemente dulce.

Big Mac and fries for £2.99. Ok, it’s not proper food, but sometimes it’s what’s needed. Hangover days, designated drivers and drive-through make it a ‘must’!

popped in for a mcflurry at the weekend , staff were all friendly , but it took a while to get our food , Ilike the table service they now provide though.

Always good and great value if you’ve got vouchers! Love McDonald’s! It’s always handy to have one around!

The best advice is to check your orders and get a receipt when using the drive thru. Not very quick for a fast food restaurant.

I called in today for a Big Mac Meal and a McFlurry. The restaurant was spotless, even though there was many tables being used. My food was brought over to my table, all hot and fresh. My old wrappers were removed with a smile from the table even before I had a chance to gather them up. As I was leaving the table was given another wipe over for the next people.

As far as McDonalds go, we really can't fault this one, staff are always polite and helpful, and the food is always hot and service is quick. No complaints.

the whole branch has got a lot better .feels more welcoming and cleaner than it used to be but I've found you need to tailor make your order if you want to be satisfied. unfortunately the grill menu or ordering off the normal is harder here than in other countries as very reluctant to supply the customer with what there wanting it must be just as menu board .very frustrating at times ...did find the max big mac very disappointing indeed ...goes to show you can't believe the adverts !!!

Just one counter ordering point. Queue of about four people in front of us. After quite a few minutes, still no movement. Staff member behind counter was very pleasant but exceptionally slow. Got fed up waiting, so went to a computer screen, but couldn't work out how to do our quite large order, so my son waited whilst I went looking for a member of staff who came but wasn't au fait with the screens either. We gave up and went back in the queue, now six people in front.

A pretty standard out of town McDs with drive-thru, etc. Recently refurbished. The major downside here is the level of waiting time - drive through is easily 5-10 minutes each time.

There is often a lot of criticism about McDonalds, but my wife and I who are of senior years, needed a snack lunch and simply stopped off at this Retail Park. Car parking was not one of the easiest, as it attempts to cross the 'pick-up' trade, but it all worked in the end !. A very busy establishment, but we worked the 'screen' system and a very friendly member of staff brought our perfectly adequate lunch very quickly. Toilets were very clean & tidy, and our overall experience was fine.

I am not the biggest fan of McD's but when you have your teenage daughter staying its not about what you like, but £1.99 for Big Mac and fries by quoting Spree offer at the drive thru is cheap too.
