This McDonald's has to be the worst in the UK, it is definitely the worst in this area and I would advise all customers to think twice before going ther and go somewhere else. You can almost guarantee that in any school holiday the milk shake machine will break down as it has happened each time have been thee during school holidays. On every occasion I have asked to speak with the manager to ask why this continually happens during school holidays and not once has there been an explanation. The management clearly do not have the skills to preempt the demand and make surevtheir equipment is maintained and in good working order or even have the foresight to get an additional machine so they always have a backup and fewer angry and disappointed customers

Ordered our breakfast online using their own app. 1 item was not received. Also food was left on door step, by their delivery company. Call restaurant explained what happen. No joy from the first person who all she said was pardon. Then I spoke with the manager and explain again. Comment was I had to go to them to collect the missing item or go there and get a refund. I said it would cost me more to drive. I wish them a merry Christmas (not) Terrible customer service. Just an acknowledgement of their mistake and a apology would have been good to receive

Went here to get slushies and milkshakes after a busy day,we have been here about at least 5 times in the past two years to get milkshakes and slushies from here.But we haven’t been sucsessful ,either it was a choice between slushie or milkshakes or it was that nothing was available and we had to get soft drinks instead.But today,we got everything we wanted,we got milkshakes and slushies!!!!!!!!!!!First time this has happened in about 2 years.I was really pleased so decided to give a review,the strawberry lemonade slushie was fantastic and the banana milkshake was probably the best milkshake I’ve ever had at McDonald’s.Both drinks really cooled me down and reduced my thirst rate.Also ordering on the machine was easy,and both of the employees on both counters were very polite.Loved this McDonald’s experience today.

The staff are miserable, they openly criticise the manager (I can see why), and the "Click and Collect" spaces don't even exist, despite signage to indicate what direction they're supposedly in. Folks end up cramming the disabled spaces with their 4x4's instead. It's pure, unadulterated chaos.Therefore if you plan to use the much-vaunted new McD's smartphone app to order your grub, in order to escape the grotesque, snaking, endless queue for the drive-thru, expect to be right royally shafted.I wrote to McD's Customer Service to fill them in on how lame things are at this resto, and to suggest they kick the franchisee's backside. I got the impression they wanted me to Filet of F-Off. If they had sent me the vouchers I asked for in order that I could try this resto again at McD's expense (I sent them a copy of my receipt), I probably wouldn't have written this review. But they treated me badly, and this review is a frank, authentic consequence of that.Shame on them; and shame on this pathetic franchisee's operation. There's a very well-run KFC just across the road, BTW. This McD's can cluck off.

Great big sign outside "We are open for drive through and walk in take away" when they are not. The staff claim they can be ordered from on Just-eat "27/7" but they can not.I Ordered at 9:20 last night, 2 large Bacon Big Tasty meals, one without cheese, a large Quarter Pounder meal, a Bacon Mayo Chicken and 4 apple pies, dinner for myself, my boyfriend, my sister and her husband. What turned up was a MEDIUM Big Tasty meal with EXTRA CHEESE and a MEDIUM Quarter pounder meal and SIX apple pies. Trying to use customer service through website was no use, and attempting to correct the order I was told the restaurant wouldn't be open again until 7am and that I could preorder one of their disgusting muffins. I decided to just walk the couple minutes to the restaurant, with the big "We're Open for walk in takeaway" sign lit up out front 24/7 - after entering and waiting at the counter for a solid 10 minutes, even shouting excuse me at one of the staff who just stared at me for a few seconds before going back to what they were doing, I finally had someone notice me, I began saying "hello! I wonder if you could help me..." but was cut off as he demanded to know if I was a delivery driver, I said "no I'm trying- " at which he started shouting at me "we are drive through only you must go through drive through", I asked "You want me to walk in the drive through? with the cars?" and he just kept repeating the previous statement.So I walked round to the drive through window and tried to explain to the cashier who just waved their hand and said "we're closed". So I turned into a Karen and demanded to speak to someone in charge, and the guy who told me to walk through the drive through was summoned. He then asked what I would like to order, I said no, I already ordered and you got it wrong, so he said "What was wrong" and I said "We ordered 2 bacon tasty meals, one without cheese-" and he said "large?" as he started to ring up the order on the POS terminal... at this point I realize he isn't listening at all and is just taking my order, and I also realize that it was a futile effort to even try to continue. Sure maybe he is tired and overworked and understaffed but 20 years ago I worked for McDs too and I would have lost my job with that attitude even as a store manager.So I just nodded my head and attempted to order the big tasty with no cheese and the bacon mayo chicken so at least my boyfriend and I could eat something as my sister and her husband had eaten what we had been delivered and gone home, I watched his hand on the terminal as he added and removed bacon and cheese several times before getting it right, then he completely failed to recognize that the Bacon Mayo Chicken is even something Mcdonalds do, and added extra bacon to the big tasty and said "anything else?"I was completely defeated at this point, it was like speaking to a brick wall in a paper mask. I said no and he said the total was £7.89 so I handed him a £10 note, he then handed me some change... then said "hold on please SIR" as he used his card to open the till and give me another pound coin, ... I looked at the change in my hand, now totaling £4.29 and said "yeah cheers mate" in the gruffest manliest voice I could muster.15 minutes at the other window later I'm handed a bag and I don't even bother to check it as it's gone 1am at this point, I'm freezing cold standing in a drive through and have a car revving their engine at me to get out of the way. I walk as far as the bus stop at the entrance to the restaurant car park and open the bag to reach in for a chip only to find a luke warm box of soggy, half cooked chips with far too much salt on them - even for mcdonalds. I got home and start to explain the hassle to my boyfriend as he opens the bag and sees the label on the Bacon Big Tasty box that says said extra bacon and said "oh well at least there is extra bacon" only to discover a less than regular amount of bacon, at least they got the no cheese bit right so it was edible.Quite possibly my worst McDonalds experience in the 30 years I have been going to them, and the worst display of customer service I have ever seen in my life.I will no longer be going to McDonalds, regardless of the convenience.

I tend to eat in McDonald’s when it’s late at night, the cupboard is bare, and all my other options are exhausted. In these moments of desperation, I embrace the Golden Arches. One such night occurred a week ago when, driving home from night school and hungry, I remembered there was a late-night drive-through in Denham so I decided to take a detour and swing by there. With a small queue of cars in front of me, the ordering process was smooth and efficient and it took twenty minutes from arrival to departure with my brown paper bag of hot food sitting in the passenger seat. I opted for my usual order of large Big Mac meal and asked for six Chicken McNuggets on the side, to be sure to vanquish my hunger till the morning. When I got home, the usual order of events took place: pop open burger box, pour fries into empty lid of box, peel off lids from plastic pots of sauce, unscrew lid from bottle of Tropicana orange juice (my attempt to at least get one of my five-a-day from this meal), and eat. Everyone knows McDonald’s don’t make the best burgers in the world, but I must admit that I do strangely revel in the glorious artificialness of a Big Mac: the spongy bread of the bun, the pulpy texture of the beef patties, the unnaturally yellow cheese. It doesn't taste like a 'real' burger but it's very enjoyable anyway. The fries are best when piping hot and sprinkled with lots of salt (hypertension be damned), and in my opinion they are better than those offered by some of the other fast food giants. My fries had already become lukewarm after the short drive to my house but I stuffed them all into my maw anyway. The chicken nuggets were slightly too dry, as they always seem to be, but dunking them in copious amounts of barbecue sauce compensated for that nicely. I’ve decided that I can’t give McDonald’s, nor any other giant fast food chain, a score above 3 out of 5 because I reserve those scores for the classier restaurants I review that (most of the time) offer far superior food. My one gripe about this particular visit to McDonald’s was that they’d run out of hot apple pies, which I really had a craving for, however it was a good experience otherwise and I dare say I'll be back some other late night when I'm feeling tired and hungry.

I was very reluctant to go today, as it’s only just been open, since it was shut for lockdown. However as the kids were so excited I drove down about 4:00pm. It was very well organised and we were only there for 15/20 queueing , ordering, paying and collecting our order. Well done everyone involved

I must admit I have never ordered such a large amount and asked for help which I didn’t get. The food took a long time in coming and when we got it home it was cold and the chips were white and hardly cooked. Also they had forgotten a Big Mac meal so we were one short! I couldn’t really understand the staff as their English wasn’t brilliant

This place used to be good. I used to praise this McDonalds. This time not a pleasant visit. The chips were cold. Its bloody winter and they have the AC on instead of the heating. Asked for ketchup and they gave me salt. Took them years to get my order ready though it wasn't busy. Its meant to be a fast food restaurant but took them a good 30mins or so before I received my food.

Whilst I live in Hayes l now always travel here as the McD's at the Lombrdy is awful by comparison on so many levels. I have eaten in and used the drive thru and regardless the staff have been cheerfull and polite.

At the time I was visiting was quite empty, this about 5PM. Normally it gets really busy around lunch time all the way to like 3PM. I ordered 2 drinks and it took them a good 20 minutes although I was the only order they had besides drive through. Would've given 5 star but because of that 4 star. Other than that pretty great place highly recommend.

Mcdonalds are destroying themselves with this new ordering system. I was behind 1 person in the human interaction queue, and there were 4 people (one on each) touch screen. For the second time I have to wait 10 mins for food. This was a big tasty meal and hamburger. 10 minutes is unnacceptable when there are just a few people waiting to collect their food. Drive thru seems to take priority. Next time I need a junk food fix ill take the 10 min walk to the colonel. Done with Mc D’s!

Not the best place to eat in general but is most convenient and usually served quick so I thought. Today was not even busy I ordered food took longer than expected and even then was not as hot or fresh tasting. Then the chap serving me provides just one tissue bare in mind I have 3 meals on the tray and i asked more tissues please and he looks st me as though I'm stupid for asking for more tissue. Bad service bad quality food and long wait time when it's not even busy. Terrible experience

I've visited this outlet many times, mostly it's average to good. However it gets incredibly busy at times, the car parking is really tight and limited, and the queue for the drive thru runs back into the car park and brings the whole place to a standstill. At busy times it's normally quicker to order in store than drive thru.

I think McDonalds in general is criticised far to readily and extremely. Taken occasionally it provides good tasty food in extra quick time. This branch provides a drive through facility and this is what I used recently. It was after the World Cup quarter final. A McDonald’s was exactly what was required.

On a quick stop for coffee and a bite to eat I ended up picking up a parking ticket for staying over the time limit by a few minutes. This despite the fact that finding somewhere to park took a very long time, getting served took absolutely ages and when I got my food the person handling it literally sneezed over my fries. I had to ask them to replace the food.

I ordered at the counter to ensure the food i ordered came without mear, breakfast wrap. I always look at the wrapper to ensure its meatfree. Bit into it and got down to a third after a few more bites and then got a disgusting taste....despites the request for meatfree, despite the lable of meat free it had meat!!! Got the money back and a very vague apology. Clearly they cant read here or follow basic instructions.

We had a McDonalds moment and this place just outside Uxbridge fit the bill, The drive through was one of the most efficient I've experienced. From order taking in good quality "English" through to payment with "touch" credit card we almost did not have to stop.

Just visited the newly refurbished mc donalds Friday evening something my partner and I have been doing regularly for over 10 yrs to be greeted by the 6 new biological health hazard self service touch screens feeling frustrated but realising these things are the future we waited patiently while the customer in front placed his order while rubbing away the mucus from his nose several times while making his selection with the same finger,my partner and I both looked at each other and decided to order our food at the till yes that's till singular just one all on its own with a long cue of seemingly frustrated customers who like us would rather place our order with a polite human being than risk touching a dirty screen which is probably touched thousands of times a day by lots of unwashed fingers.we eventually got our food and sat opposite the bio hazard screens for about 20 minutes watching customers swipe their sticky hands over the screens before taking their burgers and potentially putting all those lovely bacteria and viruses into their hungry mouths and at no time during our 20 minute visit did a member of staff clean the screens come on mc donalds open some tills and give those that don't want to spend the night on the toilet or in a and e a break

Left over chips, refried with double the salt intake. Fish was super oily. The curry sauce portion is so small - half the size you would get from any other chippy. Rock hard naan on the kebab that couldn’t be eaten. The kebab meat to be fair was nice. So disappointing as you want to support the local businesses but with quality like this, I would rather travel an extra mile to get a good fish and chip!
