McDonald's in Sandwell

A little wait, as is usual busy, as on expressway route

Very but but very quick service

I mean this McDonald's is ok can sometimes get orders right can sometimes mess them up,the people are nice but the atmosphere inside,can sometimes be busy can be quiet overall its not bad. Edit:It's now four stars as they don't mess up more orders then they used to do and it's less busier than usual.

Don't bother with delivery they miss parts of your food No fries! Complained and noone cares !

Not really a bad McDonald's the wait times for food it quite long the food wasn't bad but the fries were a little undercooked but I would go back

Spent nearly £50 for the food to come cold and not edible, order at 6:18 and didn't turn up until 7:10

Every time I go, you can guarantee they forget something, would also help if the delivery workers wouldn't take up the seats so customers can sit down

First time having a bad experience. Such a shame. All the food was cold. All the cokes should have been zero but one was full sugar (which was for a diabetic). Drinks arrived with no cardboard tray so drinks arrived spilled. Not a good experience, but lesson learned.

Don’t ever go on your work lunch break. Imagine ordering 2 cheeseburgers and a Terry chocolate orange pie having to wait 20 mins then trying to cancel and have your order refunded then the manager says it’s being wrapped now so we have the order then they don’t even put a burger inside the bap. So cheeky management ain’t got a clue what they’re doing either just bare eddiatt wondering around like lost puppies.

Not usually too busy when we go which is nice as we usually have a group of 8-10 of us with little ones too. Bit crowded in the ordering/waiting area.

Only allowing me to leave a review for my second order so - Had to reorder as my initial one was missing over half of the food including a main meal, how this can be completely missed is beyond me. In my first order, a quarter pounder that was requested to have no cheese and no onion due to an allergy came with cheese so couldn't be eaten. I'm not sure how the quality control can be so dreadful here, this isn't the first time I've had an issue but used to be the odd thing not half the order.

I asked for no cheese on the quarter pounder meal because my daughter is lactose intolerant but they still put it on, also other items were missing in my order too

Terrible food, fries were ice cold and stiff as a board, burgers were burnt all over to the point you could smell the burn from the bag, service was incredibly slow and staff seemed to care more about talking amongst themselves than serving the large queue that was forming. Absolute waste of money. Worst fast food I've ever eaten.

The app want working staff said it doesn't work when they are busy stops for ages to be served and ignored. Staff took order and when good arrived a burger was missing from the order when checked the had put in 2 meals with drinks and 1 prob of chips and a drink and not a meal so I had to stand in work again order the missing burger which now cost more as wasn't in the meal deal. The burger took ages to arrive so friends I was with had finished. There were people waiting for tables it was a complete shambles.

driver went all around an estate before getting to where he needed to be. to then go to the wrong house. he rang to say where he was, I told him he was at the wrong house. I then waited 10 minutes before he arrived at the correct house. for him to then say sorry whilst laughing!!!! I am absolutely disgusted with the service!!!!!

It is what it is huge queue for fast food inside "restaurant" messy outside on car park rude uber drivers standing scratching their bollocks and smoking.

the delivery man was rude and delivery of food items was in bad condition!! first time I expected this horrific experience top of it all did not get a refund! I will be taking this further what a disgrace.

Food is below average and at busy times poorly assembled. I say assembled as it's hard to describe it as cooked. It's just convenient to use when time is an issue. If you have time, there are plenty of good independent burger places that are far superior. I do like the special Big Mac sauce.

The manager on duty this morning Saturday 19th October 2024 is one of the most incompetent manager you will ever see in this day and time. She lacks all the qualities a manager requires, I would advise this manager go back to training on how to manage herself, her staffs and her customers. Whenever an order is placed from this branch, there is always something missing be it in person or ubereat.
