McDonald's in Sandwell

The app want working staff said it doesn't work when they are busy stops for ages to be served and ignored. Staff took order and when good arrived a burger was missing from the order when checked the had put in 2 meals with drinks and 1 prob of chips and a drink and not a meal so I had to stand in work again order the missing burger which now cost more as wasn't in the meal deal. The burger took ages to arrive so friends I was with had finished. There were people waiting for tables it was a complete shambles.

It is what it is huge queue for fast food inside "restaurant" messy outside on car park rude uber drivers standing scratching their bollocks and smoking.

The manager on duty this morning Saturday 19th October 2024 is one of the most incompetent manager you will ever see in this day and time. She lacks all the qualities a manager requires, I would advise this manager go back to training on how to manage herself, her staffs and her customers. Whenever an order is placed from this branch, there is always something missing be it in person or ubereat.

Food is below average and at busy times poorly assembled. I say assembled as it's hard to describe it as cooked. It's just convenient to use when time is an issue. If you have time, there are plenty of good independent burger places that are far superior. I do like the special Big Mac sauce.

Absolutely shocking food and service abysmal

The anticipated wait time for your food is approximately 10 to 20 minutes. However, the staff is very courteous and attentive.

Had drive thru fries were cold. The cheese burger was like cardboard. Had to take back and get a refund. Happened twice now. I think it's time to move on from Macsss

Teach your staff how to process the gold card. Wasting so much time.

This is how they make 2 Mac plant burgers today they only place base bread on both sides even , they always takes so long on drive thru , I don’t know how can they so careless when make food , and the fries 🍟 is always less then actual portion!!! Very disappointed

totally incorrect order, my order was over £30 the order that came was £11.21 thus has totally ruined my evening, now no food and got to wait 7 days or order again, totally discusting.

Anisa the ‘ manager ‘ with no name badge is aware they are serving stale chips and showed me attitude when all I asked for was a fresh portion. I had returned the chips twice and they had overcharged me on my food by additional items added to my order Not impresssed Won’t be returning And she should be demoted and taught some manners. Pathetic service and poor experience overall.

Management at this McDonald's needs to buck up their ideas. On multiple occasions we have needed to complain, these incidents have all happened on seperate occasions. 1. Gave full fat coke instead of diet 2. Presented a burger that bad it literally fell apart before it was opened and when it was taken back, we could hear the saff complaining about us loudly from the kitchen 3. Very slow service on multiple occasions, 10+ minute wait every time. This morning our food was sat on the counter for 10 minutes before they made our drinks to complete our order 4. How hard is it to make a bacon roll with ketchup? I opened my breakfast to find a sausage and egg had been added to my order which wasn't requested 5. Flies around the sauces station and also in the kitchen
