Completely wrong order didn’t receive the select meal

The chips cold I did not receive my Big Mac as ordered this time

Placed my order it said 15 minutes then when i checked again it said 42 minutes. I tried to cancel but it said i would still be charged full price so had no choice but to continue with the order. The deliver banged on my door really loud unacceptable

wouldn’t order again no sauce or straw food bag also came ripped and drink had split

I also received chicken nuggets in with my food which was wrongly sent as I am a vegetarian so I had to throw away

The food is tasty except the chips, which were like cardboard. Not the only mcdonalds with crap chips. They all seem to have gone down in quality and up in price

My order came stupidly late.. when I rang the McDonald’s they said they had no drivers… when the food eventually arrived the chips was freezing and the burgers looked like thy had been catapulted into the bag. Very unhappy

courier stopped at several seemingly random places for over 35 mins total. 20 mins later than stated. all food arrived, but most of it cold.

Not delivered! Would like to know what the point is in having numbers to confirm with the drivers if they don't need them! No number to contact, have submitted a refund through the app. Couriers should be vetted better!

I didn’t get all my food I am very mad I was missing chips and I had the wrong sink I ordered a coke and got a chocolate milkshake and I dislike chocolate milkshakes
