Was over 1 hour wait anyway which you told me about but almost 2 hours later you delivered my food . It came cold and when you wait for so long and food arrives cold then that would annoy anyone. Order from you always and 2nd time this has happened to me

Perfect food beautiful taste of Peri chicken outstanding delicious flavour. chicken kebab had a special taste from my opinion with a kick of salt which made my evening and fantastic pitta bread if it’s homemade brilliant taste too that. Food got delivered to me 2 times first driver had a big johns uniform second one had a big johns car which you lot are probably aware now and I had to tell the driver the information by showing him my original bag with the recipt and so on. 👍

I've always ordered from Big John's, neve| had any issue with either their service or their food. There are a few family favourites that I can mention, but the list wil be long. All I can say is that, thanks for the extremely fast service and with a smile from the guys who deliver the food. Never had I had an issues with anything spilling our, food or drink. Will continue to be their customer for the foreseeable future. Keep up the good work guys! 👍

I work relatively close to this particular bog John's and I have consistently recieved exceptionally service and issues that may have occurred have always been settled by the very competent supervisor Atif i would certainly recommend this branch for quality.

Wouldn't give sauce with food asked for extra 50p which is a bit stupid, food is OK for the price

My partner loved the chicken wings he had. Chips are pretty standard chippy chips nothing special but not terrible. Milkshake was lovely, lots of flavour and not runny like a lot of places. Kebab wasn't great unfortunately, good portion size but lacked flavour. Tried a little of my daughter's pizza and that was really nice. Will definitely order again and try some more of the menu.

Used drive through today, chicken and chips, the chicken was bloody as it may not have been washed, and also undercooked. Complained and got replacement chicken only to be same issue. Quality has definitely dropped here. No more stops here

Sadly this place was not clean enough tables where so dirty we had too swap it with another toilets where very bad no soap too wash hands portions of foods where small for the price you pay too.. shame as staff where nice polite helpful just not the cleanest of places at all..

Was disappointed at the length of time waiting for the food. Was told it will be around 8-9mins, but turned out to be 15mins or so.. no apology, instead others were being served before me!

Food was good only issue was order a deep pan and a thin crust arrived

We ordered pizza and Garlic Bread- both were so delicious. Seating was good, when we went it was a quiet time, so we loved it. Staff was lively too.

Absolutely disgusting, rundown place and disappointed, I spent £42.39 for a 16" veg pizza, mix doner in naan, chips, 1 coke, and 3 milkshakes, didn't get no sauces with pizza and had to pay 50p each extra, and it was over cooked and base was hard, the mix donner in naan was like a kids bite meal again naan was hard, the milkshakes were expensive and tasteless (you can get iced frappe from McDonald's cheaper and better and refreshing), the chips were bland and hard, toilets were absolutely disgusting dirty and unusable, and restaurant seat was ripped and front counter had tiles broken. Save your money and go somewhere else more valuable for money and much more pleasant.

The food was absolutely freezing , barely any meat in the kebab, but the worst thing was the margarita pizza it was absolutely burnt, it was like I was eating cardboard absolutely awful will never order from big johns again cheap ingredients nasty food and overpriced

We visit here quite often. It’s a drive thru or eat in. Wheelchair accessible and easy access to the building. I believe seating is fixed though so you would be in the aisle if unable to transfer to a regular seat from a wheelchair. EDIT REVISIT Kebabs were extremely dry. No taste or flavour anymore. Portion sizes have reduced. Not going to be a frequent visitor anymore. This place says it’s the first uk drive through chippy. I’ve never seen one before so maybe it is. The food is always cooked from fresh especially the burgers. Average waiting time for a drive thru order is between 10-20 minutes. Friendly staff and tasty food although the chips aren’t always the best. ANOTHER EDIT gave this place another try and I must admit the food has definitely improved.

I've had kebab from this branch had stomach problems and diarrhea for 2 days be very cayfood in there doesn't seem to be fresh

No food showed up at all, Delivery driver has clearly turned up (Acording to "Head Office") but hasn't been bothered to try and deliver the food. Either that or they were too halfwitted to figure out how to use a flat intercom. Head office also has an attitude problem.

As always the food is ace & I enjoy it , today unfortunately I was asked to go around front to wait for food & was told it would be bought out to me, they were busy in store & drive thru , however I'm a customer like the rest & sadly I had to hobble in store on me crutches to get my food. I'll say this is very unusual for this from Big John's, however I can only give my honest review of what took place. Food is still brilliant & tasty

Received completely wrong order, could not contact driver and when contacting a customer service representative they told me it's ubers fault and to use their app next time. Extremely unhelpful as no party wanted to take responsibility. Worst part was the incorrect food was some of the most diabolical attempts at a kebab I've ever witnessed. I bought full herb and lemon chicken. As you can see chicken is uncooked,still blood in it and it's tasted uncooked too. I started to eat it at work after I collected it but I couldn't do any more even though I had nothing else. This used to be good place,Not anymore. Waited ages for it , still uncooked

Food was fresh some odd chips were bit black other than that restaurant was clean and quite for a Sunday evening, prices have creeped up. Car park could bit more clean. Access foe disabled people and ladies with prams. Ordering online directly, they never have the drinks they advertise online 😒

I regret to inform you that my recent dining experience with my family was exceptionally poor. The establishment provided subpar customer service, resulting in an overcharge on our bill. Furthermore, the quality of the food served was remarkably low. Regrettably, I must declare that we have no intention of returning to this establishment in the future.

I love Big Johns but the last three orders have arrived luke warm at best which diminish the food quality. I have ordered ordered here multiple times before and it has always been good, but I believe they adding more delivery's to they delivery people meaning when you're food arrives it's not as fresh. I wish they would go back to original delivery aims, as it's made us order so many times. At the moment I would rather order from local to me in order to ensure hot food. I hate cold food.

Only thing going for it are the fries. Condiments are meh and the burgers are quite small but the fries are plenty. But for a franchise it sure has some old tables and chairs and let's not start with the restrooms. Would not recommend.

August 2021: 3 stars - improving On the way to improvement, can get some decent meals if I pick right. Waiting time could be a little faster for collection - but it's ok. Food can be hit and miss depending on the night. Got no salad with donor recently but meat and naan were really good, great chilli sauce. Portion was good, got it in a box. Then more recently got it not in a box, naan was not freshly made tasted store bought, but tbf it was almost 1am. But portion was little small. Little more consistency, I would like to move my review to 4 stars eventually. Come on Big Johns West Brom. The lads and lassies are friendly overall to talk to and order. March 2021 : 2 stars Had Pizza and Hot wings. Meat feast pizza had a tangy taste, and cheap sausages used. Instead of 6 wings, there were about 10 tiny wings. Not an upset stomach but, stomach didn't settle down all night and not great the morning after. Drive through and wait time was satisfactory. May 2024: Definitely a go-to, open until 2am. I order a repeated limited set of mix donnor naan, they dont disapoint and have imporved quality for the items I get. Staff are nice and prices are resonable. Please improve your pizza prices, i enjoyed the pizza previosuly, but not its now. it's too expensive.

Food was not nice, last time I ordered I got the best cod fish and nice chips. From the price of the fish and chips I paid, fish was not cod, not cooked fresh and was waste of money. Also the extra chips cost me £5 and it was the smallest box of chips. Will not order from there again.

Pizzas wasn't 12 inch's and was Italian and not pan. Wasn't worth the money either for what I paid.

Chips were cold and there was no ketchup which was added as a extra. Delivery was excellent as it highlighted to be delivered by 17:55 and arrived at 17:30

Unfortunately, my experience at this particular Big John's is extremely disappointing. Once known for its excellence in serving fresh food, but this particular branch has significantly declined over the years. The food consistently arrives cold, and the wait times are excessively long, making dining here a frustrating experience. The drive-thru operation is poorly managed, often causing congestion and delays for customers. Additionally, the condition of the car park and building leaves much to be desired, with a dated appearance and lack of cleanliness. It's truly disheartening to see such a decline in a place I used to frequently visit this branch. As a result, I can no longer recommend visiting this Big John's location.

Loads of options to choose.....whenever i visit this branch, never had to wait around quick service and plenty parking available outside.....

Food cold and driver didn’t know my address

I ordered 4 portions of the loaded chips and the chips were the worst I've ever tasted. I don't know if it was old oil or what but they didn't even taste like potatoes. I won't ever order from here again.
