McDonald's in Ribble Valley

Arrived at 3 am for some late night/early morning food and went through the drive through. I ordered 2 chicken burgers, 1 x mcspicy and one smokehouse. Got them home and was disgusted. Both burgers were like rock and had clearly been reheated. I couldn’t eat either. I will never go to that McDonald’s again.

Slow service, had to send order back twice due to being wrong or cold. Normally ok but poor this visit. Main issue is speed, drive thru much quicker but should be the same

Dirty. Bins overflowing. Unclean, unwiped tables. Lots of staff milling around with no apparent direction. No milkshakes available. Customers being told there was a 10 minute wait for some foods. Just awful. Of particularly busy either…..just after 11 on a Friday morning! Not the usual clean fast food outlet you’d expect. Someone needs to get a grip!

The worst service ever! Queued at the drive through for a breakfast meal from 10:45 with THREE cars ahead of us. However it took 15 minutes to queue to order by which time the breakfast menu stopped and they wouldn’t allow us to order. Barely had an apology and then took another 10 minutes to get served with something that none of wanted off the main menu. This is the slowest, poorest service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I will no longer be going there.

Unfortunately the experience was unbelievably dire. The wait inside the restaurant was in excess of 25 minutes after ordering. The order when it arrived was missing a few items and was only just warm. The fries were luke warm and went cold almost immediately. There were no napkins available and the waste bin I tried to use was full to overflowing. No way was this value for money.

Went to this clitheroe McDonald’s about 15-30 one Wednesday afternoon the food was good but the service let them down,the first girl I spoke to on the intercom was rude and very abrupt and the girl I picked my order up from really needs to learn some manners,no please no thanks no hello no good bye.I know it’s only McDonald’s but come on.

Food was hot, fresh and fast. All staff lovely and presentable. Location is fantastic with great scenery. Good pit stop if you are on a day out like we was.

i give up with this restaurant, last 3 times food has been cold and incorrect order. avoid if possible go elsewhere

Why is your hot chocolate machine never working? Queued up once again wanting one and simply been told the machine is not working. Its every time. Why can you never manage hot chocolate at tge Clitheroe branch?

Just had a McDonald’s takeaway and it was really tasty , I had the Big Mac with fries and my wife had a Quarter pounder and add 2 bacon and fries . The last time we had a McDonald’s was many years ago in Fiji , and next time we won’t wait has long. Enjoy

Have used this Mcds on several occasions and on each time we have used the drive through the order was wrong. Ordered 3 meals with 5 chicken selects & when we got home there were only 3 in each box. Also, ordered Veggie burger and was given a McChicken sandwich. I live quite a few miles away and usually order for family & grandparents so we often spend £40 plus. Think we will stick to KFC in future.

Called in for a bacon and sausage sandwiches accompanied by drinks of coffee. The coffee was of a good standard and competitively priced

Normally if we need a quick lunch this is the best place to go and no complaints when eating in. Last week we needed quick food in the evening and needed to get home so thought we’d treat the boys to the drive through at McDonald’s We were a bit awkward in asking for no salad on the chicken wrap and no salad on the happy meal wrap and when we got home my eldest had loads of salad (though I’d prefer he ate it!) which we proceeded to pick off but then my youngest complained his happy meal wrap had something in it which looked like cheese and he said burned his lip but when dad tasted it he said it was full of hot mustard! Seriously, on a child’s chicken wrap that is not on. Leaving salad on the other, fair enough, a bit annoying, but mustard on what you know to be a child’s chicken wrap is almost sinister.

Speedy friendly service at the counter. Swift delivery of food. Clean and tidy restaurant and outside area neat even though very busy.

Use this McDonald's quite often as it's staffed by more conscientious workers than a lot of these establishments. Nice views over the Ribble valley too. If I had one minor complaint it's the latte is much stronger than average (Too many shots of coffee ?) .

This is one of the few mcdonalds who always gets our order right, food is always hot not just luke warm and chips are always red hot and freshly cooked and havent been standing on warming shelf going cold and limp like most other mcdonalds. Always a pleasure to visit this one.

As i am a regular vistor to your premises .as i live near by..would just like to say how disapointed i was with the service which i recieved by a member of your staff called Kori..i usually recieve goog customer service. But i have to say this young girl was ever so rude.and seemed like she just couldnt be bothered and like she just didnt want to be there . She spent most of the time chatting with a collegue and didnt look at me once . There was no please or thankyou in anyway.in my option thats not the way to treat your loyal customers. Wont be calling here again if thats how we get treated..
