McDonald's in Walsall

Very friendly staff ,clean restaurant

Today when I visited, there was trash piled high ontop of the bin which was cleared roughly after 15 minutes of people continually piling more on top. There were a bunch of kids dressed in black harassing the workers and security so they set an alarm off which was incredibly jarring and annoying while trying to eat, the alarm went on for around 10 minutes before the kids finally left but by that time I had already gotten a headach and several paying customers left due to the noise.

Do McDonald's actually served customers anymore this is the third McDonald's I've been to in the last month and I've have had to walk out every time no-one behind the counter they really need to bring back the old counter these new ones just give the staff any excuse to hide in the kitchen

Came for lunch food was nice, just a little cold apart from that no complaints.

All right for a quick bite to eat

Very tasty sausage and egg muffin, hash brown was a bit salty. Quiet Sunday morning..

Call me old fashioned but not keen on way order food and not worth the wait

Jesulina served us and she kissed her teeth at us when we asked if she called our number out and slammed our drink on the table and said can you not read very disrespectful and made us feel like we don’t wanna come to this McDonald’s again very rude

Slow service Mike machine not maintained I received a cup of milk when it's supposed to be a milkshake this is the second time at 2 McDonald's one in west brom and one here

came here today not a hair net in sight, my chips were freezing TO TOUCH LET ALONE EAT, they didn’t bring my drink out. i had no napkins the managers look scraggly with bit of hair on face. disgusting will never eat here again

Finally found a Mcdonalds that does it right. I've tried them a few times now and they really do provide hot fresh food. it seems like the Park St branch is run very professionally they seem to have high standards and dont just throw lukewarm food out but actually prepare the Mcdonalds like how it should, in my experience anyway others I'm sure will differ but for me it's one of the better branches in Walsall you actually get hot fresh food. Update 16th May 2022 Once again visited this branch today and again I give it 5 stars. These guys are consistent, everytime I've been here I've been impressed with the quality of food I've recieved always fresh always hot a perfect example of how a Mcdonalds should be, they have never let me down yet. Management have really got the Park Street location running perfectly. If only all Mcdonalds were as good as these guys. Ordered breakfast 10.55 am only 5 mins before breakfast menu ends and my food tasted so fresh that I can't compliment them enough, really well done people keep doing what your doing.

Spent ages waiting for 2 mcflurries and a cappuccino. Order was on please collect board for ages, other orders came and went (others with mcflurries too) eventually my order was completed and the mcflurries (of which we ordered the larger size) was only fractionally bigger than the small ones.

My son went her today on his dinner charged him for his food but naver got his food thay said he couldn’t have it because he had no receipt I phone to find out way asked to spk to manger he was very un help full I will be making a d direct complaint to McDonald’s but avoid at all costs

Very rude staff and duty manager as well, they need to have multiple customer service to meet basic standards. AVOID AT ALL COST

Wast t too busy had lot of staff not but had no real hussle to speed of service I purchased Big Mac meal big Mac stone cold

Staffs are friendly and kind even security guard keeps smile when customers come and out

The food was fair, and the servers were helpful when you called for attention. Reasonably clean.

I ordered food and did table service i've been waiting for over 40 minutes and still nobody came the atmosphere is nice but the service isn't i ordered a bacon mayo chicken but it came without bacon i didnt like my exprience here

Honestly, not the best McDonalds I've ever been too. The chips were cold so I had to return them, however the staff were more than happy to replace them with new ones. My sons chicken was also slightly dry, but other than that it was good food!

I had managed to visit this food place today and all I had was the French fries and the burger (the burger name was actually called mcchicken sandwich on the box pictured below). I had both the fries and the burger and they tasted excellent. When it came to a choice of drink there is a bottle of orange juice. This type of bottle is an original bottle of juice and it had a orange juice wrapping around the bottle which I didn't know about it. The bottle of juice tasted like oranges and that juice tasted great. Would recommend this place if I could.

I occasionally go to Maccy D, not like when I was younger. The one I used was on the high St and has a second floor. It was packed with teens, table, school must've finished. Though there were a few dads with little kids. Nearly all the tables were taken. I had to wait for some to get up. There's such a quick swop-over. You have to wait until a worker clears the table.They don't wipe it afterwards, so there's chips and ketchup everywhere. Queues were up to 10 people, but there was no pushing in. The second floor was off-limits, though I did spot a few go up and come down again. The food really isn't anything to write home about. I had a chicken burger bap and chips. For the price, I expected a little more In the middle,there are 3 tablets that allow you to play games. A good idea for children. Or they would've been if they worked. Must've been a nice afternoon. Girls of about 15 were dressed in lime green tight lycia. One was a bit on the porky side. It's not an image you want as you eat. I asked for mayo for my burger, but the assistant told me they didn't do Mayo anymore! I had to have barbecue sauce, which was way too hot for me. Oddly, my burger had arrived with Mayo on it. The staff were busy, young people with red faces, tired and bored expressions. For what they're paid, I don't blame them. The place was shabby and uncared for. The glaring faces beaming from posters made me the opposite of what they were meant to. On leaving, the homeless guy sat outside on a blanket and asked for some money. He's always there, must be a good spot. I won't be going back for a while, not until I get the Maccy D cravings again.

I waited two hours for my order to be delivered and after waiting two hours they still didn't deliver my order and they gave me my money back, I had the same problem more than 15 times and the store is 7 minutes away

To begin, the food arrived in reasonable manner and we hadnt been waiting too long. We had ordered it to the table. Our food was not very hot unfortunately which was a little disappointing but i have no complaints on the taste. My issue came down to the blue plastic-like bit that was in my fries, and had clearly been fried with them. That was definitely offputting and though i was tempted to complain, i understand that accidents happen, having worked in the food industry myself. Naturally i left the fries after that, and had my hot chocolate which was quite nice. For McDonalds the experience was standard, however i do hope that more care is took to prevent these issues in the future.

Chips were dry, staff were incredibly busy, worked very hard. Some stupid customers weren't listening for their orders

I was in here yesterday and the cleaner was awful he hit one of my mates on the leg with a broomstick and called us tramps, honestly I think this behaviour shouldn’t be accepted in places like this. Sort it out!

The security guard is an absolute joke, he's more off putting and harassing people to leave.

the cleaner was so rude to me he called me a tramp while he was cleaning the tables for the 3rd time in 3 minutes he then hit me in the leg with the broom

On every visit they forget to make my order, and I have to chase up after standing there 15 mins for the one item I ordered. Always hectic and crammed.

Usual McDonalds food. Staff helpful and friendly. No antisocial behaviour tolerated.

Sunday 18/12/22 rubbish bins overflowed that much people are stuffing their rubbish on top of the bin and on nearby tables!!!

Ordered two cups of coffee while we waited for the train to go back home. Nice hot coffee ☕️

Absolutely disgusting service, ordered online and waited 20mins... Still no food. If you want fast food that isn't fast then this is the place to go! Cancelled my order and not even a sorry or goodwill gesture for waiting 20mins for food a food order that was never even started

If I I could give half a star I would I ordered food through Uber Eats and it came damaged. I called McDonald’s and Uber Eats which they both refused to sort it out. I’ve sent them the pictures and they refused to believe it. I spoke to McDonald’s Walsall again to which they told me to come down to the restaurant so that they will make the food for me. My boyfriend went down for me to get the food and they still refused to take the food was a waste of time. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up the order.

Get food regular from here and they cancelled My order I won't be coming here again very slow they'd rather talk whilst the food is pileing up management is dopey the only nice thing here is the cleaning lady who's really polite and helpful I give her 10 🌟stars

Even though it was lunchtime, I only waited 5 minutes for my order to be brought to my table, following ordering on the McDonald's app.

This is one of the smaller McDonald's in Walsall it does get busy but your not waiting to long for food .the is seating upstairs .food like any other McDonald's. The only down side to this place are the toilets are upstairs .there is a disabled toilet down and it has a wheelchair access.

Wanted to cancell my deliver order almost as the delivery guy from uber eats told me, Rude Customer Service and even the delivery guy didnt recomend anymore to order from them, When i tried the burgers they where nothing compare to the other mcdonalds place i ordered, Same goes to fries or drinks.

Now don't get me wrong I'm not expecting a Michelin star restaurant precise cut toasted muffin but when there was about 5 people in there of a Monday morning would it really of killed you to perhaps of spent that little more care to cut a muffin in half so not to burn it??? Even my sausage and egg muffin looked as if it had been slam dunked into the bag! It did all taste good, once I broke off the burnt bit and scooped my other muffin together but not a particularly great service when there was more staff than customers.

The experience was OK. Food order was taken from sms that was sent to me. 1 thing wrong is grey cardboard trays for drinks are not stable and risk losing or spilling drinks even with lids on

Went in for an egg muffin, waited longer than usual. Think my order was mislaid, but got it eventually.

Service is appalling! My delivery is over 1 hour late and I am currently trying to ring the restaurant and they are ignoring the phone. Never again will I be ordering from McDonald’s park street in Walsall or just eat as this is an on going matter with appalling service.

Grandson had fish fingers happy meal and I had a big mac it was ok for a quick bite to eat on our journey ...some staff are great but others are a lil bit lapsed in customer service Most are helpful and attentive No time for photos tho sadly too hungry after train delays and buses to catch.

Was not brave enough to try the slop that was coming from the kitchen. Had a drink and that was questionable. I think the chum bucket from spongebob comes to mind here.

The entire upstairs seating area absolutely stinks of the mens toilets, its really unpleasant, you wouldn't dream of eating up there. Not just a one off either, its an ongoing problem.

A place we will not visit again, rude girl on the counter. Giving my wife a lot of unwarranted verbal abuse. Lots of young people upstairs with no food or drinks, swearing and throwing things. Had my grandson with me and felt intimidated. We ate and got out as quick as we could.

Ordered through the self service, selected eat in. Wasn't sure how it worked now so asked a member of staff and they said to sit down and food would come to us. Waited 30 minutes and no sign. Go and ask where our food is and apparently they called it ages ago and then two member of staff start moaning about us not being there to collect the food. Then when the order came out, it was incorrect. Plenty of staff, but still the service is just terrible, and the fact that two member of front staff then openly complained about me not being there despite what I was told, in front of me no less, is just rediculous.

Spoke to manager about my daughters £100 fine for spending 23 minutes queuing, paying and eating there food. Promised to get a call fom regional manager but nothing just fobbing us off!

I asked for no pickles on my hamburger and they just gave me a complete plain hamburger with nothing on it find a better McDonald’s one that listens to your order 😀💕

Went in there today...laura the manager is absolutely vile!!!!! Shouted at one of the staff and was extremely unhelpful and rude!!!!!!! Will not be going back.

It was OK but the reason I gave a 3 star is because I had a coffee and I didn't get any milk, spoon or sugar I can not drink coffee without sugar or milk plus theres to many arguments by the cew but I will admit they didnt try hard enough to deal with the situation and most restraunts should have masks waiting for people who have forgotten there masks because I do some times because of having kids it does slip your mind and you will have angry costomers

You go in queue for tills for nearly 10 minutes just for them to tell you got to use touch screen witch you have to queue for then you have to queue again to pay cash I ask the girl at the till if they still take bus tickets offer she said yes then spent 5 mins to get the machine to accept them only to be told by a other member of staff that they don't accept them any more when they been taking them for years and they still putting them on bus tickets never again and lot of other people standing out said the same what a shambles. 1 of worlds biggest fast food take away how wrong can you get it what a shambles

Hoping this branch is finally open again as it seemed to stay closed through lockdown a lot longer than the other branches. My local maccyD's, I missed popping in on the way to work, or for a swifty mcmuffin on the way back. Service is always friendly, but expect a wait at peak times. If I sit in, I like to go upstairs and people watch through the huge windows while I eat. Very relaxed as the screaming kids stay downstairs. Glad to have this branch back (if it is).

Well done. Well organised with social distancing in place. Had no idea how to order technically and lovely lady employee called Dianne helped me. She was lovely. Good quality food.

Dodgy teenagers just hang and stick around and some are even loud but food is great but feels like McDonald's give a small portion deliberatly.
