McDonald's in Walsall

Not all food on menu available, milkshakes in particular are a bit or miss product but the service is good and welcoming. The eating area is kept clean and tidy to a high standard.

Afraid we didn't get the small fries!

At to reorder because the last order was missing and wrong burger sent and even on this order the birthday doughnut was missing again my child is autistic and if things are not right then my child will have a meltdown so twice in a matter of 1 hour and a half my child had 2 big meltdowns because they got the wrong order on both wrong need to do better

Wrong burger sent the chocolate brownie was missing plus the food was cold I keep giving them chances and I don’t get refunded for the things that are missing my child is autistic and will only have certain food and sweets

the person who ordered this had to go to work without it because it took over an hour to arrive. and there was no option to cancel it. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING service, and you can't blame the snow because the roads are clear

I am quite shocked how bad this store actually is, 2 young staff members just chatting amongst themselves, all I ordered was 2 flatbreads, after me a staff member came to be served he also ordered a flatbread with his order, his order came before mine and he then just stood chatting to them whilst my food sat there going cold, this place needs some serious management.

Disappointing there was no vegetarian option for the wraps on wrap of the day😕

The odd times i go in i have the mc muffin breakfast

Please note free parking is only for 15 to 20 mins, there is a tablet at the McDonalds counter, enter your car reg, this allows up to 60 mins free parking. Apart from that, this is the same as any other McDonalds really.

Was not happy food was cold large coffee and only got half a cup they was coffee in my sons milkshake

Fillet of fish obviously put together in a hurry. Server pleasant but atmosphere somewhat tense with some feral teens one of whom spat on the security guard. He accepted it with complete calm as if it's common there which I can quite believe.

The hash browns were missing and the McMuffins were cold and inedible. Complained to JustEat and now going through escalation process as they offered £4 voucher instead of £13 refund.

moved delivery time multiple times from once it was ordered, over half the order missing and what did arrive was...... cold salty chips like cardboard and a burger that was like rubber never again,

Seemed understaffed .. usual McDonald's fare and food quality but slow service.

Don't order a breakfast from here if you gotta be somewhere fast, orders can take up to 20 - 30 minutes to server and the staff are just standing around and ignore you when you are trying to pay at the counter.

The service was excellent to be honest with you, Liam the crew member was really polite and kind, he/she was well mannered and checked if I needed anything else. BUT! about three hours later all hell broke loose, I haven't been able to get of the toilet since after my cheeseburger and I think the quality of the cooking has really let this maccies down!

Convinced this is the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been too, I come here a lot because I work in the town. I’m not sure if it’s the lack of awareness or the fact they recruit kids but every time I come and order in the afternoon it’s awful service and just laziness. The morning staff are decent.

I visit the Walsall McDonald's regularly and overall, it's a solid experience. The staff here are friendly, efficient, and always provide good service. They handle the rush hours with a smile and make sure orders are correct. The food is consistent with what you'd expect from McDonald's. However, the experience can sometimes be dampened by some of the other customers. At peak times, it can get a bit noisy and messy, which isn't the fault of the staff at all. If everyone was a bit more considerate, it would make for a much more pleasant dining experience. Despite this, I continue to come back because the staff do a great job and the food is always reliable.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Waited over 20 minutes for our breakfast for it to be incorrect. They refused to remake it and said they could give us a refund. The hot drink was also cold and the milkshake was completely melted.

I was in this store today for breakfast there was ONE girl doing everything on her own even though there were other members of staff in the back. She served a lad on the till so she handled money and went back to handling food which is disgusting as money is the quickest way of spreading bacteria, even though a lot of ppl were waiting she had no help

soon as we're inside, security guard approached to tell us it is "take out service only". I guess they were about to close. service was fast, but there's definitely an edgy atmosphere in here.. my cheese burger was almost cold, no napkin in bag... meager portion of onions.. no lettuce... sauce definitely not fresh... had bad tummy later... i am a fan of maccies, but this one is all wrong.

It's a good McDonalds, the service is good however I feel priority is made towards the Delivery companies (Uber, Deliveroo, Just Eat etc), which I feel takes away from the core in-store/takeaway experience the store offers.

Unfortunately couldn't give it any higher as quite a long wait for order to be fulfilled and there were no milkshake available which we were all really looking forward to

The order we got had several errors - 3 large fries but we ended up with 1 large and 2 medium. Also the chicken nuggets were missing altogether. Ended up going to store to get ordered corrected but they refused to do so, and refused a refund. Ordered the whole order from a nearby branch instead. Don't think we'll be using your service for McDonalds in future, as it is regularly wrong (not your fault I know).

McDonald’s gave order to a bike rider so it was freezing by the time it arrived, entire coffee was spilt in bag. This is the third time Just Eat has shown incompetence when it comes to selecting their riders. Disgusting.

I ordered well over 2 1/2 hours ago- estimated delivery time constantly got higher, now its saying delivered but nothing has shown up at door. wasnt even an option to cancel order- no contact number either. has to be online which can take upto 5 days!!!!

I was disappointed as I ordered a meal with a large latte. When the driver delivered it the latte was pouring out of the bottom of the bag so I didn’t get the full meal I paid for as there was no drink left in the cup.

what is it with both this McDonald's and the one at Bescot and their inability to put sauces in with Mcnuggets? I mean, do they keep them off orders so they can flog them at the Bescot market? shame really as everything else was great, quick delivery however, kudos to your driver

Hot chocolate spilled all over bag and food

Today when I visited, there was trash piled high ontop of the bin which was cleared roughly after 15 minutes of people continually piling more on top. There were a bunch of kids dressed in black harassing the workers and security so they set an alarm off which was incredibly jarring and annoying while trying to eat, the alarm went on for around 10 minutes before the kids finally left but by that time I had already gotten a headach and several paying customers left due to the noise.

always get the order wrong this time it was no hash brown with the roll and no sugar for the coffee useless the amount of money of wasted at Walsall McDonald's and the reedswoods one they should be shut down don't waste your money

Do McDonald's actually served customers anymore this is the third McDonald's I've been to in the last month and I've have had to walk out every time no-one behind the counter they really need to bring back the old counter these new ones just give the staff any excuse to hide in the kitchen

Food was cold yet again, it’s cause the driver puts the cold drinks next to the food, they do it all the time, there are separate compartments in the delivery bag, an yet they still put the cold drinks next to the food, it’s really not difficult

How can you send an order without making sure everything is secure instead of Trying to deliver food that is not packed to deliver no one wat there food drenched in the drink

The food is always nice, a little cold on delivery, but nothing the microwave can’t handle
