The Food Is Freezing Cold & Not Happy For 5.46 For A Refund

Driver was on time possibly early how ever my bag had riped with the drinks in

It is very kind of yourselfs that you are employing mentally challenged but I would like to get my order correct at least once!!!!

fast delivery food looks like someone half ate my muffin

food was cold and coffee was cold n flat

One item was missing from the order

Accidently dropped our toffee latte and the service staff quickly assured us the mess was fine and she got us a new one

Delivery time kept changing back to original time order just after 5 pm food arrived at 620. Food was cold , mcflurry was melted , Apple pie stayed should be discarded by 15/05/25 at 14.59 arrived at a820 . , old lettuce in my fries and stuck to nug

I didn't particularly enjoy the double sausage and egg chuffing. the muffin was third of the size for the meal, make it impossible to eat the items together. I enjoyed the double chocolate cookie.

Why is it all the staff do lately is stand around just chatting and serving luke warm food ?always have to ask for a table to be cleaned and too much food on the floor such a shame.

Food was cold the cheese on my burger wasn’t cooked and both chips was freezing every time I order from this McDonald’s it’s always never right I want my money as it’s had to go in the bin

turned up on a bike 15mins late after seeming to deliver 3 orders so whole meal was freezing cold and ordered 20 nuggets 4 dips recieved no dips at all so stone cold and dry most of the meal went in the bin

Food items missing and all Minecraft collectibles missing.

what i did get was cold driver seemd to be rude he needs to smile being it doesn't cost a thing

Toilets dirty urine on the floor. No toilet paper or soap

driver was polite but still should only be able to get one order at a time over 45 mins to get my food and it was freezing i live 10 mins from the restaurant common

completely messed up by order, order a ketchup roll with no ketchup was sent a sausage, bacon and egg mcmuffin with ketchup, which i do not like so paid 11.00 just for a coke and hash brown

Ordered food. Was cleared off the collect screen before being given to me. 2 staff looked at the bagged order and kept moving it around under the hot lamp instead of recalling. Food was Luke warm not impressive for a £4.70 breakfast item

Food said it was packaged at 3:02 and arrived at 4;20 awful and freezing cold

The food was late and when it arrived it was freezing cold I want a full refund

Payed for minecraft meals did not get collectable. Cost me an extra 4.50 for what would be three normal big mac meals

The experience was OK. Food order was taken from sms that was sent to me. 1 thing wrong is grey cardboard trays for drinks are not stable and risk losing or spilling drinks even with lids on. On our next visit, the service was terrible, and food was cold before we even left the building. other customers also had complaints about cold food. We also had 1 missing drink with others, and they also having missing items from their orders. For this reason, I am lowering my original rating to 2 stars.

It was ashambles in there all the staff did was stand about talking people's orders was sat on counter sides going cold while they was talking, when I got home with my order I had items missing and the kids was disgusted that they ordered minecraft meals and did get the gifts that are meant to be with the meal

The servers were chatting and ignoring customers and working very slowly. People smoking in the doorway so stunk of smoke.

I feel bad for the driver getting a fine on a parking lot that’s meant for delivery drivers

I ordered some time at 13:40 and did not get it until 16:30.

They served rock hard McMuffins with grey eggs… i had to throw them away

this is the second order that was wrong. I ordered double sausage muffin with no egg and extra cheese. 1st order got single sausage this order had egg and no extra cheese. on both occasions the food was cold

Went there yesterday with the voucher. When asked on counter to confirm that if vegetarian option is available, the staff girl was unable to explain it. She ended up charging for fish fillet. On the top, instead of resolving the matter, the shift manager, Anaiash,was also not ready to accept it. Then, I had to pay extra for vegetarian burger. All in all, they did their best to spoil our mood and time.

Busy at times and service is a good standard for mac's just the usual experience and friendly staff.

The worst place in the area, the fries were burnt and cold, the hamburger was cold, the Coke I ordered without ice, I got it with ice, every time I come here, something is wrong like in other places.

My order took ages to come, I had to give it to my neighbor, as I had already left the house

Everything was good except was missing an item.

Not all food on menu available, milkshakes in particular are a bit or miss product but the service is good and welcoming. The eating area is kept clean and tidy to a high standard.

Wrong burger sent the chocolate brownie was missing plus the food was cold I keep giving them chances and I don’t get refunded for the things that are missing my child is autistic and will only have certain food and sweets

At to reorder because the last order was missing and wrong burger sent and even on this order the birthday doughnut was missing again my child is autistic and if things are not right then my child will have a meltdown so twice in a matter of 1 hour and a half my child had 2 big meltdowns because they got the wrong order on both wrong need to do better

I am quite shocked how bad this store actually is, 2 young staff members just chatting amongst themselves, all I ordered was 2 flatbreads, after me a staff member came to be served he also ordered a flatbread with his order, his order came before mine and he then just stood chatting to them whilst my food sat there going cold, this place needs some serious management.

the person who ordered this had to go to work without it because it took over an hour to arrive. and there was no option to cancel it. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING service, and you can't blame the snow because the roads are clear

Disappointing there was no vegetarian option for the wraps on wrap of the day😕

Please note free parking is only for 15 to 20 mins, there is a tablet at the McDonalds counter, enter your car reg, this allows up to 60 mins free parking. Apart from that, this is the same as any other McDonalds really.

Fillet of fish obviously put together in a hurry. Server pleasant but atmosphere somewhat tense with some feral teens one of whom spat on the security guard. He accepted it with complete calm as if it's common there which I can quite believe.

The hash browns were missing and the McMuffins were cold and inedible. Complained to JustEat and now going through escalation process as they offered £4 voucher instead of £13 refund.

moved delivery time multiple times from once it was ordered, over half the order missing and what did arrive was...... cold salty chips like cardboard and a burger that was like rubber never again,

Don't order a breakfast from here if you gotta be somewhere fast, orders can take up to 20 - 30 minutes to server and the staff are just standing around and ignore you when you are trying to pay at the counter.

Seemed understaffed .. usual McDonald's fare and food quality but slow service.
