Too expensive £2.50 for small bag of prawn crackers that most places include when spending x amount

Genuinely cant believe some of the negative reviews. The food has always been excellent and the guy on the phone/till is ultra polite. The crispy shredded salt and pepper chicken and beef with fruit sauce are delicious. The corner of the boxes are folded open slightly to let the steam out and not make the crispy stuff soggy. Nice touch.

Just had a chicken & king prawn curry, definitely not up to there normal standard, the curry sauce was just like water.

Great takeaway, good menu, book early and set time for collection is best.

Food is excellent, delivery driver very honest, I gave him 30 pounds instead of 20 pounds and he knocked back at my front door to return the 10.00 pounds. Thank you food was delicious 🤤

Don't get food from here was nasty 🤢 cold had been heat up in the microwave pay 17.50 waste of money straight in the bin Phoned them and all they said was sorry disgusting

Live local and love this Chinese But spending £17.00 just for me I did expect prawn crackers as every Chinese will give with this order , But no Phoned them they said I have to spend £20 to get them free, What do u say my Chinese was not the same without prawn crackers Maybe they should say after going there over 5 years, I’ve called all local Chinese they give free crackers with £10 orders Maybe you should look after local people who look after you then your score will be better than 3.6

First & last time using this place. Sweet & sour king prawns were very nice I’ll give them that. King prawn curry was bland & the rice was hard dry & all stuck together. Singapore chow mien was bland dry & had a chalky texture. Had to cake it in curry sauce to make it edible. & the chips!!!…. Looked like the previous nights chips, so dry & stale with most having black ends, had around 3 of them! I never leave any food on my plate but half the meal between me my wife & daughter went in the bin Worst Chinese I’ve ever had tbh.

Had the Yueng chow fried rice and chicken black bean sauce, both very delicious! It was pipping hot (which I love!) and plenty of chicken (not all sauce) in the chicken & black bean sauce dish! Fast service and waiting time was probably less than 10 minutes (friday night)!

Food is delicious, lovely staff, good price for the portion of food they give.

Freshly cooked more spice needed

1st time I've ordered from here, I had the Singapore mixed curry and Singapore chow mein. Both was excellent, I will definitely have it again.

Poor service telephone service poor will not be returning again due to poor service and telephone service very bad.!!

Poor service, rude girl on the phone, needs some customer service skills, call for collection, told 30mins, turn up and still have to wait 30 mins, its quicker in a microwave.

Absolutely gorgeous food , the service is great & the women on the desk was friendly & helpful. Compliments to the chef thank you.

The only problem I have is the egg fried rice,it needs sorting out,its cooked way to much and when you dish it up its just like a slab of stodgy mess. Strange tho because although it's overcooked it never has a fried look to it and its far to pale in colour .

Really fantastic service and food! Very tasty food and great customer service. Very helpful in slightly changing one of the dishes to suit my dietary requirements. Prompt delivery too. We will definitely use Manly House again!

I have used Manley house many times over the years and have always enjoyed the food whatever I ordered nice and hot and well presented.

Not like it used to be had a special chowmein tonight and it had no taste and very little meat. Wont go again

Had a special curry with egg frid rice, chicken chow mein, barbecue spare ribs in syrup and a portion of chips..between two...so filling..definitely go back for more..

What great service in these difficult times. We got an apology when we walked in as they were very busy (usually a good sign of quality) and we wern't disapointed. We placed our order left a phone number and got a call when it was ready. Thanks

Terrible place, ordered delivery at 6:10pm and still didn’t get my food, so I had to go fetch it at 9:30pm, to then pay £35 for the food to be cold!!

I purchased two meals of Crispy chicken in Kung Po sauce together with two boiled rice on Wednesday pm.we tried so hard to eat this as we have used Manley house for over 20 years and food has been generally good.The chicken was certainly crispy. So much so that it could not be chewed. It was tough and looked like it had been cooked a long long time ago. In fact probably the worst meal we have tried to eat ever.I telephoned and complained and after a while was told to bring it back and they would replace it. I said I did not want another that night but could we have a different meal next time we came in. We were told absolutely no. So the custom given over 20 years meant nothing. Don’t know if this place has changed ownership as never had an issue before. Won’t be returning.

Not impressed at all £30 order missing a chicken chow mein when got home food extremely greasy snotty staff most of food went in the bin won’t go there again 😡

Would recommend this Chinese takeaway just the food is amazing would recommend it to anyone the chowmein , fried rice and sauces is fantastic it what I usually have just perfect!!!!

Wow, what a lovely meal. Sweet and sour chicken Cantonese and special curry with egg fried rice. I could not fault this meal at all, absolutely one of the best Chinese takeaway I’ve been to! I will definitely be returning 😊

Omg had a Chinese the other night it was horrible the chips were like darts I could get an easy 9 dart finish with them the pork balls were more harder than bowling balls if I had a thrown one of them at somebody I would of knocked them out stone cold the spare ribs I had must of been suffering from anarexia their was no meat on them never again worst chinky every
