Delivery driver was lovely. 1 set prawn crackers missing. Chicken Balls:batter inside was still liquid. Filling inside spring roll was slimy and soggy.Yung Chow rice was great plenty of meat. Beef in black bean watery but good flavour

Unfortunately on 14th December after ordering quite a bit for a birthday. An item was missing, so the restaurant was called. Was advised no driver in area to bring missing food and have received no refund. JE are pointless too

This has got to be the worst Chinese I’ve ever had! Curry was just like water, no taste whatsoever. Chicken balls were cold and soggy! Wouldn’t ever order from here again!

Food was great. Salt and pepper chicken was perfect, not overly spicy like some places, perfection. Will definitely order again 👌

Bland food, best way to describe it is beige, chow mein was supposed to have mushrooms in it, there was 1 singular mushroom half then a handful of thinly sliced, way over cooked shrivelled up mushrooms. There was no texture, bean sprouts were also overcooked. Bbq spare ribs should be described as riblets as they were all tiny, great for a buffet tho. Had to reheat food as was barely warm. Generally not impressed for the price paid, would not use again.

Food took just shy of 2 hours to arrive and you could tell - tasted nothing like the last time we ordered. Barely hot. Very disappointing!

We order beef or pork in peking sauce regularly but this meal got ruined by the couple of sliced chillis in there that we were not expecting and had never had before WHY? My other half spent 10 minutes gulping water to calm the burning.

Good Chinese food; the chow mein is always hot. The chips, curry sauce and egg fried rice are good, and the cheese omelette is cheesy, so they definitely don’t scrimp on the ingredients!

Best Chinese I've had, we've used them regularly for a couple of years now. Better than any other I have tried. Salt and pepper chicken is delicious. Free spring rolls and prawn crackers.

Our beef dish wasn't delivered so I phoned lucky garden and they bought us a replacement which we were grateful for. However, the dish was inedible. The sauce tasted like it was on fire (smokey) & the beef was chewy so I have requested a refund on this dish.

Delicious, hot on arrival and great delivery. Definitely will order again for the third time.

Food was really good, very happy. Nice and hot. had a problem with the order due to a mishap with the driver, both driver and Vicky I think her name was on the phone at the store were amazingly helpful. Got it sorted and with me very quickly with Vicky calling me back with times so wasn't just waiting. Thank you to both 👍🏻

Didn’t even show up with my order! Disgusting! Took my money quick enough paid by card and then when I called restaurant to see what was going on they said driver gave food order to someone on the street by my address apparently. Very disappointing service will advise all to avoid!!!

As there was no opportunity to say (on the website) I wanted no onions or garlic on my Chicken Chow Mein, I telephoned 'Lucky Garden' to advise them of this. They agreed to do this, BUT when it arrived it was full of onions (very large pieces). I won't be trying again.

food arrived cold.rice cold..chip.cold..spring rolls cold..soup luke warm...ordered chilli.chicken..its white sauce no heat..normally good but this time was a fail

Ordered chicken and mushroom as i had been unwell and wanted something simple to eat however there was no mention of it being in a strong garlic sauce which i simply could not eat. There were also far, far more mushrooms than chicken - i didnt pay for the cheap option! I use you regularly but this was disappointing, you could really do with mentioning the garlic as it was overpowering.

Salt & pepper ribs were a bit tough n unexpected, expected to be ribs with onions peppers etc but got what seemed to be deep fried battered salt n pepper rib cubes. Otherwise meal was hot and tasty.

Ordered chicken in peking sauce which doesn’t say spicy. When it arrived it was much darker than it should be and has chilli’s in, more like a kung po. When I queried it with the restaurant they said it was correct yet different to the other dish ordered - peking beef? The beef in peking sauce was as expected, not spicy and no chilli’s yet the chicken was spicy and had chilli’s. Would have thought it should be the same?

Beef curry. The beef was poor quality and seemed as though it had been boiled.
