Breakfast was shit not had McDonald's for 2years quality was horrendous

Rubbish, we had garlic cheese bits, having driven off from the drive through we realised we weren't given any dips nor napkin 😤

The staff and atmosphere were spot on, but have ti say it was a little underwhelmed with the return of the McRib. I remember it being bigger, and tastier. Maybe that's just nostalgia talking, butvthis looked like a longer sausage patty!!!

Just eaten a breakfast wrap, which was so crunchy with what could only be EGG SHELL and lots of it. Thought after first bite of egg, do macdonalds do a cornflake wrap??? Discussing paid 4.49 being truck driver ate it on route, otherwise they would have got it back.🤬🤬

Crispy chicken was that that hot as they were advertising Fries were too cold

Just great for breakfast on the go, fantastic price with the offer. Tea is always spot on and it's a lovely amount.

Abysmal. Half the order was ruined by the drink being spilled on it. Never again.

Really impressed with the young lad on the drive though last night (jack) i believe he’s was very friendly and had good manners and polite and for this they deserve a good review alone service was fast and chips crispy everyone was happy

It has food, not nice places to eat, not especially good food. It no longer has been in a quick stood for ages, but somewhere to grab a bite on the go, the best of a bad lot, especially on long journeys.

Very disappointed. Visited Sunday, it was so busy nowhere to sit so had to ask for it to be made in to take out. The server wasn't very helpful and seemed put out. On drinking my chocolate milkshake it was sour and undrinkable. Also after eating our meals all of the family have had a bad stomach. Will not be back in a hurry.

Somehow managed to forget half the burger bun. Tasted alright though.

How can maccies get away with charging £4.69 for 6 chicken nuggets, absolutely scandalous. Nothing fancy about them, daylight robbery at its finest.

Typical MacDonalds building, decor, food etc. Parking was easy and the building accessible.

This is probably the slowest McDonald's I've been to, each time I go the service is slow. Both in the drive through and inside. Over 20mins in the drive thru is a little long with kids.

I order chicken select meal a get sandwich chicken when I pay I see the price is too low for food what order. Told young guy but him peace me off so I am still hungry worst place. Date order Sunday 18 august 22:55

Terrible customer service. The manager is terrible when raised a complaint. Cold food and no help from the manager.

We each opted for a sausage McMuffin breakfast deal with a hash brown and flat white, the muffin wasn’t particularly hot hence 4* not 5* for food rating but overall tasty and a good price under £10 for 2, service very good friendly staff and clean tables etc, a good stop off for a quick breakfast on the way in/out of hull on the A63

Must have new management . Gone downhill. Long waits. Bays always full when asked to wait.

Was ripped off with the usual mcflurry. When delivered to our table I saw the pots were not even half full. Tried to call the server back but just gave me a sly look and walked off

Enjoyed our meal and it was fairly quick to say they were busy.

Loads of staff, all working hard to be helpful. Place is clean, and foods the same as all the other McDonald's.

It's quick it's tasty, it's easily accessible, this is a decent sized maccies, loads of seating inside and there's enough parking.

Food was good, sadly they don't salt the chips anymore. Really good service from the staff when serving our food and delivering it to our table. Sadly, the atmosphere was ruined by unruly kids, running around, climbing on tables and chairs and ignorant parents who had no control of them. The staff rate a little lower here too as there was no attempt to put an end to the chaos.

Normal MacDonald’s restaurant. Car park is a bit of nightmare but the food was hot and tasted decent. The new £3 mix and match deal is a bargain!

Shocking service. Went through drive through at 11:53pm and 3 times the person asked us what we wanted- double quarter pound deluxe and 4 cheese burgers. The person asked 3 times how many cheese burgers. Went round to collect our order and as soon as we drove off noticed there was 4 cheese burgers missing. After my husband ran to the main doors to question it as the main restaurant wasn’t open at this time only drive through I investigated my order further. I didn’t have a double quarter pound deluxe but a big Mac instead. We had the correct receipt for our order but not the correct food. My husband questioned it and the lady that served us said she had packed it her self but clearly she had packed it wrong. We did eventually get our 4 missing cheese burgers but only after showing card payment transaction. Nothing done about the wrong burger though.

Ordered a chicken nugget happy meal cheeseburger and fries and no chicken nuggets. Then went in too say they had forgot my nuggets and they told me they did give me everything and asked me to leave, when I said no and showed the bag I had been given as well as the receipt I was told again too leave. Usually a very good experience with this McDonald’s but will not be coming back after been spoken too so rudely and paying for items I did not fully receive.

Shocking service in the drive through. Staff on the drive through could hardly hear us. Was given our drinks then told to drive forward to the next window to wait for our food (only 3 breakfast items). Was then left there for 17 minutes whilst 7 other cars passed us with their orders. Then when the staff member eventually brought us food it was the wrong order 3 times! Rude staff, seemed very annoyed by our order being wrong - can assure you we were more annoyed after our wait! Very poor really... Food was nice when it arrived but the whole experience was unacceptable.

Really lovely food. I love the wraps, esp. the grilled chicken sweet chilli wrap.

Cold unseasoned dried up fries. Banana milkshake that tastes like chocolate. Manager who hasn't a clue and walks off instead of sorting out the problem. Very unprofessional .. Luckily one of the lads on the counter stepped up and helped. Never again. Burger king or Wendy's from now on.

Staff was helpful, and the food was good, as this because the food was hot. I've been to other outlets and the food was warm.

It's McDonalds isn't it, you know what to expect. We keep going back so it can't be as bad as people say.

It has been a few time that people who working here don’t check your order properly. Each time I order from this place there is 1 or more items are missing. When you call them they will ask you to go back and pick it yourself. Manager was rude to me too

Took the kids, because the one on holderness road has always messed up the orders or have us waiting 20 mins because we ordered something plain. This one is well worth the ride out as the service is brilliant and it's just a proper mcds, top place for the kids they have crayons, paper and balloons.

Good reliable place to get your Maccies, don't eat in so can't comment on atmosphere. Just make sure to ask for napkins, and salt unless you like your fries bland. lol. Overall would recommend.

Fairly good McDonalds. It was busy during our visit, but food was prepared quickly and a good standard. Not loads of parking, but wasn't an issue for us.

So disorganised went throw drive throw gave us wrong order when finally got right order it was throw together and cold went straight in the bin even my 6 year old never ate his thats how rubbish it was.

Mcdonalds is without a doubt the most reliable, consistent fast food restraunt. If you like McDonald's you will always like McDonald's. If you love it the same thing. For me the best 🍟 and the breakfast is good for any mood.

Last few times we've ordered it's been decent but am getting absolutely sick of getting chocolate milshake mixed in with strawberry. Looks fine from the top, then when mixed you see the revolting brown appearing. Happened 3 times now, either the training or cleaning needs looking at. Shouldn't be happening that frequently

No sauce inside amd was lied to so we had to buy some for my son

We got dbl. Cheeseburgers thinking, how can the mess up a dbl cheeseburger. Well then can put half a litre of ketchup on for a start! Litteraly the worst McDonald's we have ever been to.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s! You know it’s not Michelin star food right? But equally you get consistency. I’ve scored it 5* based on expectation. Did I receive and consume what I expected? Was it upto the “standard” I’d expect from a fast food chain? Definitely so. The restaurant was clean, the staff friendly and on my visit no negative comments to note. Convenient, prompt delivery to our table and our party was all satisfied. Including the one member that had never tried Oreo McFlurry! I mean that’s a travesty in itself but was enjoyed from feedback I received.

Just got the steak house from McDonald's st Andrews,. No onions in burger,. The cheese looks really old as well as the salad,. A drop of sauce or what ever that is!

A spoonful of ice cream in each 5 of our mcflurrys. A tub of ice cream will be cheaper next time as our family treat! Didn't realise until we'd pulled away. (Dark nights) Livid our family treat was such a let down. 31/1/24 19.25 order of 5 mcflurries!!

Very clean. I used the toilets and they were also clean. I put my order in an requested table service. I wasn't waiting long. The lady who delivered my order to the table was polite and asked me if I needed anything else. Excellent experience 👍

It's a Maccy Ds so don't expect Michelin stars, although you'll likely see some Michelin tyres at the drive through. The chicken Big Mac was the order of the day and it's pretty immense. Fries weren't the best so a star lost for that element. Looking forward to the chicken and beef Big Mac... Might have to buy one of each of these to make two of those.

No receipt at machine, so confusion at the counter..wrong food brought out 3 times, minimal apologies..very disappointing..

Every time I have gone to this McDonald’s it’s always been very clean and tidy. Always have staff cleaning tables and floors and doing refills. But I went the other day and Ordered my food without an issue unlike other McDonald’s. The young lady serving me was called Evan she seemed lovely and kind and very polite she wished me a lovely day. It’s so nice to hear young staff members have such lovely manners. Evan well done you deserve a pat on the back.
