Food diabolical. Taste like cardboard. Area was unkempt, packaging on the floor everywhere!

The food was delicious, however, the service was a bit slow. We placed a drive-through order and experienced a considerable wait, although it wasn't overly concerning given the size of our order.

Some staff in this store are very rude,,,,a member of staff stopped my wife going into lady's toilet,and said that's for women only,,,,made a complaint didn't even get an apology,and refused to give his name

St Andrews Quay in Hull, absolutely what McDonalds should and wants to be. Best one there is. Never a hassle if somethings wrong, always fast and helpful. They should get an award, we’ve got 3 closer restaurants and we go out of our way to go to this one!

This particular mcdonald's has progressively gotten worse over the last 12 months.orders are constantly wrong food is cold hot drinks are either made wrong or cold ..the female manager constantly blames either just eat or uber/deliveroo for giving wrong orders out at the doorstep and it certainly isn't the fault of the delivery riders/drivers..today's episode is final straw have proof via online order and the tickets from the restaurant itself its a staffing issue simply not doing the job and an extremely rude female of a foreign nationality who claims to be the manager who knows customers are literally been ripped off with their money and not getting what they pay for and thinks its amusing..surely when it comes to a stock check the actual owner can do the basic math of tallying outgoing products to incoming funds and can see such a huge imbalance particular on orders of over £30 pounds and only part of an order turns up and its the wrong items so someone is either pocketing the ingredients or the money as customers who get delivery certainly are getting less than what they ordered and paid for and get told to claim refund of just eat ..I hope just eat are claiming all this money back from this particular branch as its now the 5th time for me and I certainly won't be using it again

The hot chocolate I ordered from this McDonald’s was really disappointing; it tasted like black hot water. Pathetic

It can get really busy here, but there are plenty of seats. They are pretty fast getting your order out to you. The food is fine.

Very bad and disrespectful staff!

If you’re a delivery driver, avoid this location. The staff are rude and often ignore you despite waiting at the counter for 10-15 minutes. One middle aged female staff member constantly shouts “EXCUSE ME” at any delivery driver stood waiting at the counter, even though it says delivery pickup point.. (what a joke! 🤣) This is the worst out of the branches in Hull and makes the Boothferry Road site look good. Certainly will never be picking up an order from here again, unreal.

Quick visit through the drive, though, for my granddaughter's breakfast, she had the bacon sandwich with hash brown and orange juice. Several cars in the drive-through didn't take long at all to order, pay, and collect.

Ordered £45 worth of food for chips not to come. Salad is just lettuce when asked for a chicken salad! Lady who i spoke to on the phone was so rude!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTURANTE THEY WILL KEEP PUSHING YOUR ORDER BACK AND BACK THEN CANCEL YOUR ORDER. IF YOU TRY TO CALL THEY WILL ANSWER AND INSTANTLY HANG UP.

Not great this morning, coffee had chocolate in, mcmuffin overcooked, cold and flung at me by server.

Just been through the drive through and ordered a breakfast roll. Upon opening it I found there to be only bacon inside. I then took it back to an employee called Ben who took it off me without saying a word and walked away to start chatting at the food prep area. After being told to go serve customers by a senior member of staff he proceeded to return to the counter and ask me what I wanted. I replied just the breakfast roll I want sorting out. His attitude was appalling, no customer service and I didn't realise until I drove off but my drink was also wrong. If you can't be bothered with your job go home. I used to use the McDonald's all the time, I won't be any longer.

Awful, waited 20 mins for cheeseburgers and when they came they were squashed, cold and spoiled. If there's any confusion as to how bad they both were I have attached images.

Went through the drive-through and ordered some Mc Flurries, apple pies, and drinks. There was a wait on the apple pies, which was expected, but nearly 30 mins was ridiculous, someone had to actually go out and check what was happening. No apology, just handed the apple pies. The Mc Flurries were a letdown too. We had the Milky Way ones that come with chocolate sauce, the toppings and sauce were pretty much non-existent, and you get refused if you ask to pay for more! - There isn't a button on their till, is their excuse. Unfortunately, McDonald's is clearly slipping .

Excellent Dining area staff in restaurant, very friendly. Especially Hayley.

It's McDonald's so you know what you're getting. Handy when you're traveling and don't have time to find somewhere better.

Never eaten here. Fabulous pub/club bouncers very welcoming and friendly. Staff very friendly too. I travel from Milton Keynes to Hull. My southern friends absolutely love this pub and Hull town. Hull is my home town this is one of my favourite pubs. Great place some great artists singing etc attend.

Very poor service. The drive through tak3s so long you may aswell go for a 3 course meal.

On 09.01.2025 about 2000pm I received worst mcdonald food ever. Mcflurry was all melted and stired togheter to hide the fact icream was melted. Soggy chips and cold literally oil was dripping out of them. Coke instead being inside cup was poor all over food and tray. After complain on the counter to woman in white shirt (probably manager or supervisor)about food the respond I got was that how we do mcflurry now and my food is looks fine to her so I asked to return my money for this food. Mcdonalds sort you self out or I start going to Wendy's. After this bad expierience we went to diffrent mcdonald on holderness road and mcflurry i got was perfect not melted not mixed with spoon by somebody else. Regards

Can't even get a basic order correct, then when you ring up to get it resolved, you get a snotty manager with ridiculously poor customer service skills. Monkeys would run the place better. 0/10 As well as missing items from my order. This is an image of my big mac with an already half-eaten patty and "extra pickles" that i asked for?

3 trips ago wrong order, last trip lost my order, this trip cold food, only thing colder was the expression on the staffs face when I mentioned it. Maccies was never quality food but here they set themselves low standards and still fail to achieve it. Sorry…St Andrews in Hull

Came through the drivethough around half past twelve when there was no other cars there, I placed two orders online. I was sat waiting for around 5 minutes before I received my first order then the guy at the window just walked off while I was still asking him for sauces. He didn't say anything about my other order just made me sit and wait another 5 minutes. Ignoring me every time I tried to ask about it. Got a manager and I was told that they where busy, there was three cars in the drive though all behind me so I don't understand where he was coming from. Would rather go to willerby although they can be crap they have never been so rude to customers.

Typical McDonald's food, but the first one to get my order right in a while, which was appreciated. The place was kept clean and tidy.

McDonald's is McDonald's lol. But there portions smaller and prices going up. Not a cheaper fast eating any more is it really lol. ))))

The food is served fast and well. Comfortable seating, everything is clean and quiet atmosphere.

I prefer Wendy's now, a trip to Maccy D is average now, what really spoils it for me is the foreign delivery drivers who come in and almost bully their orders along causing the rest of us to wait longer than we should.

Like 20 staff and I was stood there for 30 minutes waiting for some fries. No fries was cooking and when there was it wasn't mine. This McDonald's definitely needs to get rid of these useless staff and replace them with robots. I ended up getting a refund and going to anlaby road McDonald's where I waited around 2 minutes. When I was getting my refund they was all looking at me like I'm in the wrong lol nooo do your job. They wouldn't need all them staff if they actually employed people who have a brain. Like zombies. Whilst I was in there there was endless people complaining about missing items. I don't know how they have the cheek to think customers are in the wrong because they can't do basic stuff

Would it possible for drivers to check with sauces ordered I’ve had so many times more than I can count on one hand where things like that have been missing but they are paid items. I know it’s the responsibility of the staff at McDonald’s to ensure they’re fulfilling the order but as you know a lot of people ordering do so with dips and sauces in mind too so it would be helpful for them to confirm the condiments too

Most of the order was missing did not deliver when I asked for a time to be delivered never got a refund or store credit so I’m out of pocket

My chicken sharebox only had 3 chicken selects in and I received no sauces that I paid extra for. Received no straws and only received 2 out of 3 drinks

Male toilets were in a shocking state so I got access to the disabled toilet. No toilet paper dispenser or toilet paper to be seen and the lock on the door didn’t work. Reported it to the manager and she said she could only apologise and then did nothing about it.

Always seems busy. Food very average and service slow.

Great food in terms of taste not sure if it’s Ultra Processed or not. Great coffee but occasionally not as hot as I would like.

Avoid! Again they missed off food items when using the drive thru. This time they missed off fries and an apple pie. You would have thought they would have got the order right after being sent and waiting at the second window for nearly 10 minutes! The food that they did manage to pack didn't taste very nice and was lukewarm. Never going back there again, Wendy's in the future for me.

Popped in late at night after seeing IzenGard playing at O'Riley's in Hull. We parked up & ordered on the app, from the car, then went through the drive-thru. Lovely staff, very friendly & everyone had a natural smile & sounded sincere. Food was hot & tasty in the main but the chicken selects were a bit dry. The only criticism was that the cheese bites had a smell & tang of old cooking oil but it was the end of the day so it was probably due for a change.

The hot apple pies tasted of .... not apples lol. The rubbery filling wasnt great. Usually the buirgers arrive hot, not this time. The delivery driver left his car stereo blaring in the middle of the road too bet the neighbors loved thatDisappointing

My burger was burnt but they still served me it just scrapped of as much of the burnt was off , it was clear to see when you opened the burger also the chips were very undercooked and I didn’t get my condiment which was on the order

Delivery driver parked miles away but had parking in front of the house. She didn't rush to bring the food so we ended up with cold food . That's the first time so poor experience and not polite delivery service. disappointed ..
