My recent visit here was a disaster. It took 19 minutes for a basic order with just 2 staff working the food service and front of house with a busy drive through and deliver drivers being prioritised over customers who ordered inside.

Driver lost. Phoned me 4 times. Cold food. Wrong food.

The chips were freezing and soggy, tasted like they had been sat on the side for hours. Nuggets were okay, warm ish, burger was falling apart and wasn’t even really in the bun, barely any sauce or onions inside. Pretty disappointed. When I complained to just eat got £3 credit for a £20 order.

my food never arrived. the app told me it had been delivered but I hadn't. when I tried contacting Just Eat to resolve the issue I was not able to speak to a human and was fobbed off by an automated service. the only option had was to complain and that gave me a 2 day response time which is a dicusting service as I am still left to sort food and not receiving food I had to pay for. overall I am discussed with the lack of service and expect a full refund at the very least

My food is STONE COLD my drinks have been sat there for so long the ice has melted in one and no ice in the other! I’ve been given Diet Coke instead of full fat coke, McFlurry is melted this is disgraceful!

Order was freezing cold and completely incorrect. Was obviously someone else’s cold inedible food! Breakfast had finished due to length of time it took so couldn’t reorder. Not the first time this has happened. Put in for a refund but who knows how long that will take!

Not even worth leaving a star. Delivery was fine however the items I ordered were not. Since delivery began at the Chestfield macdonalds there is ALWAYS an issue with the items that arrive. There is either items missing or like today the large chips I ordered was only a third full. Clearly they don’t care what they pack into the bags. The only choice I had was to take this up with just eat which is pointless since my food would be stone cold by the time they had chance to resolve this

Absolute joke! 3 times in a row over a 6 month period there were missing items from our orders. Manager is extremely rude and blamed everyone but herself. Only redeeming thing is a guy taking orders on the drive through who always takes his job seriously and goes the extra step to make customers feel welcome. Perhaps bosses should make him manager and replace the lazy cretin currently in the hot seat. I'd recommend some senior staff investigate this as standards are far from expectations!

We ordered a meal for my partner as the takeaway we had received from a local restaurant was missing his order (left at restaurant by the just eat driver) Took 45 minutes to get here, food was stone cold and milkshake had been placed upside down in the bag so we could only salvage about half of it. You expect a wait on New Years Eve but to have 2 deliveries on the same night ruined seems particularly disappointing

The driver was lovely and the order being incomplete was not his fault but unfortunately we were missing a chicken nugget from our order. Usually I don’t complain about this sort of thing but it happens a lot. Just wanted it highlighted.

in this cold weather do find foods cold by time I get it but 30secs in microwave and its sorted. I don't mind doing it as I enjoy my food. im in whitstable and am lucky they deliver because some people don't get it.so im always happy with my order,time I wait and delivery person is usually OK and thats OK.

It was awful, I was waiting an HOUR for my food and it has arrived stone cold, my drinks are flat it feels like my food has come out of the fridge this is absolutely awfully! If your couriers didn’t sit there for ages talking and sitting on their phones my food wouldn’t be stone cold and it would be enjoyable
