McDonald's in Canterbury

Want to express my extreme disappointment with my recent McDonald's delivery experiences. In just one week, I've had two separate incidents where items were missing from my order. The first time, my Pancakes and Syrup were completely absent. The second time, a drink was missing. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a full order and receive incomplete deliveries. I'm unsure whether the issue lies with the Uber driver or the McDonald's restaurant management. Regardless, it's unacceptable to consistently receive incorrect orders. I hope you can take steps to improve your delivery service. This includes ensuring that orders are accurately prepared and that items are not missing (you know the bare minimum that is expected by customers that use delivery services).

Long time since I had a McDonalds and I was craving a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. I must admit, it tasted better than I remembered! Can't wait for my next Quarter Pounder meal!

Don’t ever answer the phone after 11pm. I get it’s late and end of the day but considering I work at a pub and if I didn’t want to serve you from 11pm you would throw a fit. Sort it out some people work late and don’t have any other option other the ordering food late and want to know if their food will actually get delivered or not (probably not) but would be nice to know. Sort it out.

As expected but check your order when u pick up. Often forget items unfortunately

Sam is the best drive through headphone speaker I have had. He was funny. Engaging and just over all very amusing and delightful

They wouldn’t let me get my peel thing and very rude

Also something missing on every order. Last food ordered too much sauce chips tasted salty actually felt sick afterwards very poor

I loved it there, the only thing I didn’t like were the chips.. but that’s fine. All together in my opinion, I rate it a 4.5 star fast food place.

No dip for mozarella dippers and burger and fries are cold

Aweful. Multiple time missing things off drive through order. Be sure to check everything you have ordered before driving away as I can guarantee that that there will be something missing. Maybe this is why their drive through is so slow due to people checking before driving off. Gone home again today to my wife and children eating and me left with nothing. Try to contact the restaurant with no answer. And the customer service part of the app is absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs and go to KFC Next door, drive through maybe slower but you get what you pay for!

Was missing a extra milkshake that I ordered asked the guy who delivered he said he’ll be back with it and never turned up

my drinks spilled everywhere so me amd my partner had half each so instead of a large it was a small. and bagged ripped when he passed it to me. wasn't impressed.

Chips were cold, got all the drinks wrong and the milkshake tasted like chemicals

A very friendly place 🩷 the downside is that there are tablets for children instead of space to play

Driver arrived to tell us the previous man on motorbike had an accident-! So they had to wait for someone to collect out food and then brought that same cold food to our house it’s stone cold there is no way on earth we can eat that -!!!!!!

This is the 3rd time of ordering from this mcdonalds via just eat that my food has turned up with items left out of what I ordered

Really good experience tonight - delivered on time, food was warm and I even got the dips !

The food was cold. The burgers looked like they were just thrown together without care or consideration for how they were served. Nearly £30 spent on a meal for the family after a busy day for all of us, that just seemed like a total waste of money. My son enjoyed his chocolate milk shake and that was the only positive.

Delivered on time, but food quality was poor as cold when delivered. Suspect either left hanging around or not kept in thermal container to keep warm. Won’t be using again. Really disappointed.

But the food was stone cold been made and stood the McFlurry was inedible as it was more of a milkshake by the time it was delivered delivery door bell rung and just left the food on step didn’t get a chance to get answer the door

Hi there the just eat page keeps constantly taking the house number if the order I have therefore missed the order and have had to order again can you please help me as has turned out to be really expensive

Order was alright but there was two mistakes, firstly the chicken in the wrap was freezing bliming cold, and secondly there was a medium Diet Coke missing, would rate this 70/100

never delivered and Mcdonald can't find order and just eat number given just automated never ordering off here again said delivered 12.25 but hasn't.

Our 'hot' food was stone cold, the mozzarella sticks were not melty but solid cylindrical breaded lumps of cheese and mcflurry's melted....

All my food was cold. The milkshake was watery. The meal came to around £31/32... I was only reimbursed £11.73... I think that disgusting considering I couldn't eat it.

the delivery driver was sat in a road for ages as i saw on the map. said itll be here at 8:50 but delivery time kept going up n my food is barely warm

Incredibly upset my burger didn’t have cheese when I selected it on the app and we got sent a McFlurry not with chocolate sauce but something else which upset my autistic girlfriend who suffers with food issues

Seriously what happened to the McFlurry’s? The best ones I remember ever having were from the early 2000’s! They were worth the money and they were delicious and full of syrups and pieces! These are an embarrassment and contain next to nothing and they don’t resemble the pictures at all I won’t be ordering another one…

I heard JustEat's Delivery Drivers car turn up nearby and the delivery driver has decided to mark the order as delivered when no delivery was made. They've either taken it for themselves or decided to deliver to a different address. I only ordered tonight because I have no food in the house...

Always when I order via app and receive the order I have missing items. Staff should pay bloody attention and send full order without missing items. If you want to have it delivered, my recommendation is not to bother. It is waste of your money.

The driver didn't knock and left our food on the doorstep. By the time we realised, everything was cold

My order never arrived at all it was over an hour late so I called the restaurant they said the food had left so it’s down to just eat my driver from just eat wasn’t picking up then the food changed to being delivered. ? It most certainly wasn’t delivered to the house I want my money back

No fault from the shop itself but on the app I ordered a certain amount of items but on there tickets not all the items came through apart from that all good
