McDonald's in Canterbury

Only had half of my chips delivered

Didn’t receive it but said delivered 3 unhappy hungry children. And clearly didn’t ask for the code !!

Terrible! Arrive 2.5 hours after ordering! Still not heard back from complaint.

McDonald’s normally takes 20-30mins from ordering to reach me this took an hour at least the food arrived cold barely ate any of it and just threw it away

terrible… cold food, wrong items, never again!

6 drinks ordered and you didn’t send any straws! Not very helpful is it! No napkins either!

Usual food, fast delivery, and the order was correct👍

The meal was quite tasty and was delivered earlier than expected.

Food was wrong also the food that was delivered as cold the drinks has spilled over complete mess

Food was horrendous one meal was okie the other the burger was freezing cold left a horrible feel in my belly

Double quarter pounder inedible because despite stating no ketchup due to allergies, came smothered in ketchup so was unable to eat it.

I ordered a large meal and received a normal size Diet Coke and barbecue sauce missing

The food was not particularly hot but was ok

driver was ok but food cold and drink only haft filled up and freezing cold aswell

cold drinks came … one with no lid causing bag to nearly fall through all food wet and coke dripping all over my flooring not impressed £20 for soggy food and no drink

On time and to the door and although almost cold that’s an improvement

My srink and apple oie is missing and chips

My drink was left open in the bag

Cold food again won’t be ordering again

Ice creams and mcflurries were nice. There were only 2 chicken nuggests in the happy meal and the fries and apple pie were cold too

No toys with the happy meals, No straws and no ketchups

Left outside in the cold before we could get there, now have freezing cold food having to warm the order up in the microwave l, it's just wrong

they forgot to put my garlic mayo again, this is probably the 3rd time that they forgot about my mayo. it might not be a big deal but i still pay for it and this is not even the first time so i am really upset about it.

I asked and paid for a extra sausage and no ketchup and got some thing different

Waited 45 mins for it and it's all cold and the milkshake is defrosted to juice. Absolute joke.

Food was great, unfortunately the lid on one of the drinks had come loose so lost half the drink and the bottom of the bag was drenched.

Food was hot, lovely, also got the dips this time, bonus 👍🏻

my order was Luke warm, as it went 3 miles in the wrong direction before it got to me. not happy at all.

Quick, still hot, regardless of me being in the next town. The cold items were still cold, ice cream hadn’t melted. A really enjoyable meal. Best of the 4 I have had this wk. Good value for money. X

Burger seemed to be just thrown together. Not looking appetising. Chips were cold, No straws or serviettes.

My order qualified for free 3 chicken selects. Got the dip that goes with them but no chicken selects

The food never arrived. The driver gave up looking for my address, and offered to meet me around the corner to get my food. I paid for delivery and. expected that service that didn’t happen. When I pointed out where I lived he pretty much said come and meet me or I don’t get my order. When I said that wasn’t happening, he updated the app as the food delivered and deleted our messages and drove off. I expect, at the very least a full rend and some sort of credit note as compensation.

Driver drove to the house then carried on driving further away which made the order late. Food was cold and half the food was missing!

How difficult is it to send all the items correctly? Never known anything like it, at least they are consistent.

Driver left restaurant - less than a ten minute drive and came on bike but took over an hour to get here food literally freezing cold, ice in drinks and melted and watery and the ice cream is literally liquid milk. never actually had colder food delivered taste like it’s out a fridge.

Took an hour to arrive and forgot the fries from the order

First time ordering end the last. Food was standing for far too long. Soggy and cold. Most of it gone uneaten. Anybody else tried to eat a cold and soggy big mac. Allowing food to be sent out like this to customers. Just says, I don't give two hoots about my job. And that attitude should be dismissed from that position. Sloppy work, sloppy service.

Just came here to leave a review for the chap that served us, didn't catch his name but he had a voice for the stage. He is an absolute credit to your company, and made us smile on what was arguably one of the hardest weeks of our lives. Thank you sir, I hope you read this.

All the fries in the order are missing, the food is all messed up and open in the bag. Everything is cold and took almost an hour to arrive
