McDonald's in Canterbury

they didn't put the sauces i have ordered and this is not even the first time they are doing this. i pay for those sauces even it is just a pound i still wanted them. this is like the 4th time this have happened which really upset me

Cold. Watched the courier delivering others so delayed and cold. Chips soggy and very little compared to in restaurant.

Food was good the delivery driver was unprofessional he was on the phone and the person who was on the phone to and locked me

No sauces got delivered at all. Not happy

delivery driver knows what he's doing food actually turned up hot not cold.

I live less than a ten minute drive away from the restaurant & somehow my food always turns up lukewarm or cold. On top of that they always forget to put my sauces in.

The last two orders I’ve placed the chips have been absolutely horrendous, either undercooked and not salted in anyway or over cooked - never normally have this issue

Would have been fine EXCEPT....not our order!. Half of our order was with half another order, so i presume other person got half of ours. My sons part was almost wrong, none of mine was there. Mothing! Tried ringing. Forget it.

missing item triple choc cookie. yet again something missing. lady who delivered was lovely though. food was gorgeous just shame about cookie as thats my fave bit. so I know there not that expensive I still paid for a missing item. bag it was supposed to go in,which had my milkshake in was open. the order number was 95557. sorry to be so negative but can't afford to pay for stuff I don't recieve.

This was my second order from Mcdonald. the first one had half the order missing. This one had EVERYTHING missing! I have received totally the wrong order.

We had missing items and trying to get hold of anyone to help it ridiculous. Macdonalds weren’t helpful in the least considering it was there mistake!

After being half an hour late, they messed around asking for unnecessary details whilst our meal got even colder. How ridiculous

yet again the food was cold, only thing that was hot was the hot chocolate, not happy at all.

Dinner was cold they didn’t use it heatproof bag to put it in and they should and I’m not asking refund because that get refuse And that’s what you get when you work, and I’ll put this on. Trustplot UK.

Order wrong, - Small cherry Cola instead of Medium classic Cola, extra Gurkins when requested non.

They always leave out the sauce dips. End up with boxes of nuggets and no dip at all

Order originally had delivery time of 11:30pm, food arrived at 11:50pm, and food was cold.

Breakfast wrap meals made perfectly and arrived hot thanks to speedy delivery too. Thank you.

Food was freezing and everywhere, bags were soaking wet. Rang the store and the manager said they gave it to the driver close to when it was prepared. Meaning he had it for nearly an hour?

Parts of food ordering missing again

food would of got 5 stars if it was hot. the bag it arrived in was to big for the item, there for making the food warm not hot on arrival.

so are we not allowed dips anymore?? specifically ordered them but noooo mcdonalds don't like sending dips anymore! food was freezing cold!

My food was cold and my ‘fizzy’ drink was flat and this isn’t the first time! I get fast food restaurants are busy but I still pay the same amount so I would expect my food to be of a quality of hot and a drink that doesn’t taste like it’s been left for hours!

Delivery was great - driver was at the restaurant way before the order was ready - gave this restaurant the benefit of the doubt previously but today was the worst I’ve had from there. Stone cold to the point I had to microwave it and the salad was slimy and horrible on the burger. The milkshake was watery. I won’t be ordering again until reviews start improving which is a shame as the only maccies in the area. Can’t believe deliveries are still allowed without improvement

Missing items from my order, have very upset children who’s items were missing!!!

The courier could not even communicate that they did not know the number of my address, and the order was not delivered to my address. Yet it was still marked as delivered. I expect Standard English and ability to communicate in the UK.

Chips cold / meat was ok what made it worse was some sauce they put on it which made it taste nasty don’t need any sauce on it just meat full stop. It’s very rare that I buy a take away because they always disappoint not just this services but others too. When am I going to learn to cook at home in future on this occasion, it’s a thumbs down😱seagulls will have a feast tomorrow…
