Typical mcdonald's you know what your are getting

Service was a little slow due to being busy but staff were great.

Just came here to leave a review for the chap that served us, didn't catch his name but he had a voice for the stage. He is an absolute credit to your company, and made us smile on what was arguably one of the hardest weeks of our lives. Thank you sir, I hope you read this.

The coffee is often not hot enough

Restaurant prices for Iceland quality food. Had better service and care from a self serve supermarket till

Just finished a 14 hour shift, was hoping to get some food on the way home, both the drive thru and doors were shut! With no one working, yet all the lights were on! Supposed to be 24 hour...thinking their opening times need changing🙃 Tried to call but of course no answer

Closed randomly just gone past midnight, open 24 hours it says. Around 10 different cars went to go in but saw it was closed. Very poor. Still accepts orders on app but turn up and no one there

Cold. Watched the courier delivering others so delayed and cold. Chips soggy and very little compared to in restaurant.

they didn't put the sauces i have ordered and this is not even the first time they are doing this. i pay for those sauces even it is just a pound i still wanted them. this is like the 4th time this have happened which really upset me

delivery driver knows what he's doing food actually turned up hot not cold.

I live less than a ten minute drive away from the restaurant & somehow my food always turns up lukewarm or cold. On top of that they always forget to put my sauces in.

delivered cold, except the chicken selects ... 2 burgers and 2 fries. £22 order and got £3.60 refund. abysmal as always. well done Mcdonalds

Saturday night and delivered earlier that stated and my full order all piping hot 🫡 well done guys

The last two orders I’ve placed the chips have been absolutely horrendous, either undercooked and not salted in anyway or over cooked - never normally have this issue

Delivery driver rude and intimidating as I hadn’t gone down 4 floors to collect my order at my buildings front door. Next time he said he wouldn’t deliver it. This is on my ring camera. The food was cold

all hot, tasty, and delivered with care and understanding.

Would have been fine EXCEPT....not our order!. Half of our order was with half another order, so i presume other person got half of ours. My sons part was almost wrong, none of mine was there. Mothing! Tried ringing. Forget it.

missing item triple choc cookie. yet again something missing. lady who delivered was lovely though. food was gorgeous just shame about cookie as thats my fave bit. so I know there not that expensive I still paid for a missing item. bag it was supposed to go in,which had my milkshake in was open. the order number was 95557. sorry to be so negative but can't afford to pay for stuff I don't recieve.

Absolutely shocking service missing items yet again from the order with zero help or care from the staff. Nearly every order there is something wrong or missing!!!!! If you want cold and missing items this is the place for you.

This was my second order from Mcdonald. the first one had half the order missing. This one had EVERYTHING missing! I have received totally the wrong order.

We had missing items and trying to get hold of anyone to help it ridiculous. Macdonalds weren’t helpful in the least considering it was there mistake!

yet again the food was cold, only thing that was hot was the hot chocolate, not happy at all.

Dinner was cold they didn’t use it heatproof bag to put it in and they should and I’m not asking refund because that get refuse And that’s what you get when you work, and I’ll put this on. Trustplot UK.

Would like a refund please 2 Big Macs missing and the food was freezing not happy about this.

Order wrong, - Small cherry Cola instead of Medium classic Cola, extra Gurkins when requested non.

Order received but extremely late. Driver was pleasant however claimed it was down to restaurant. Disappointed in overall service given time of night and lateness of delivery.

Order originally had delivery time of 11:30pm, food arrived at 11:50pm, and food was cold.

So we ordered from just eat and our order was wrong. I phoned McDonald’s only to be met with a very rude employee who put the phone down on me. Due to my upset we travelled 15 mins to Chestfield. I had the food in my hand and I asked for the manager who actually was the first person I talked to. I explained the situation and he was brilliant. He exchanged all the food for fresh, didn’t take long and made sure everything was right. Very nice guy. I don’t like complaining and he made me feel comfortable with my concerns. I think his name is Ted from Chestfield. Please reiterate this back to him as you don’t often encounter people in the service industry that actually care. Again, thanks Ted.

Breakfast wrap meals made perfectly and arrived hot thanks to speedy delivery too. Thank you.

food would of got 5 stars if it was hot. the bag it arrived in was to big for the item, there for making the food warm not hot on arrival.

Food was freezing and everywhere, bags were soaking wet. Rang the store and the manager said they gave it to the driver close to when it was prepared. Meaning he had it for nearly an hour?

Parts of food ordering missing again

My food was cold and my ‘fizzy’ drink was flat and this isn’t the first time! I get fast food restaurants are busy but I still pay the same amount so I would expect my food to be of a quality of hot and a drink that doesn’t taste like it’s been left for hours!
