macdonalds breakfast yummy! and polite delivery person again. it's nice with friendly delivery people.

My only complaint no nether hot sauce

driver was rude late and went down another road so food was over an hour wen food arrived it was so cold

Got someone else’s order that cost about £15 instead of my nearly £30 order!! Joke!! Not the first time either

I never get any straws and was like 40 mins delivery when i live like 10 min car ride from there

time kept changing and ended up being very late compared to the time originally stated and when it finally showed up it was cold and I was missing 1 of 2 hashbrowns.

Ketchup missing from order. Courier spoke zero English, trying to communicate via a translator app on her phone and was unable to understand me.

Food is always cold and they never answer the phone I never get straws or napkins or any of the sauce I ask for the food always look like it been thrown about it’s cold and I’ve even been sent the wrong food when I have high allergies

all food only slightly warm food. I ordered a triple cheeseburger with no pickles, and I received a double cheeseburger with no pickles and no onions, I like the onions, but didn't have any. also no straw for milkshake, no spoon for ice cream, and no serviettes.

No sauce’s in the bag with the meal, very dry.

We ordered twice. The first time they didn’t include the share box and dips and a double cheeseburger. The second time they didn’t include the dips. This is unacceptable! It’s what we paid for!

they only gave me 2 chicken nuggets and they gave me a couple chips and I ordered a chicken nugget happy meal with a fruit shoot and 4 chicken nuggets and a small chips

I personally enjoy a trip to McDonald’s however the last weekend and this one forward have disgusted me .. everytime I customise my burger it comes with all the salads in it my child threw up because she had a bite and she’s allergic to pickles .. I checked two times to make sure it was customized and saved the right way and on the receipt it said plain .. my burger was burnt my chips were delivered half eaten w bite marks cold and soggy my drinks never showed up tonight as from last week .. they gave me someone else’s order which was similar to mine and not only did I realise after I ate it they wanted it back and was rude on the phone they should’ve been more careful with there baggage deliveries .. a few months ago my order went to Leeds and the man said he’s give me a refund and then called me saying how he ate my McFlurry and was going through the bag saying what he’s going to eat he then blocked me and didn’t give me my refund .. this has put my of my appetite I’m sitting in bed feeling sick as me and my child are allergic to pickles

The only thing that I would comment on would be that you need people that can read their addresses right and then listen to what people are saying with the numbers because the person I had didn’t even know what I was saying and I had to basically use my fingers to tell him what numbers it was and I will not ever touch someone’s phone to put the number in

lovely food today, and sweet curry sauce, 1st time trying it and it was lovely.

Been here six times now and every time we have to wait between 15 and 20 minutes for a very simple meal (fries and a cheese bruger. I support a guy who has severe autism and can become challenging when having to wait. We chose McDonald's drive thru as in theory it should be the quickest option, and he is familiar with the process. Staff are polite and friendly but I'm assuming really under staffed. I can understand once or twice, but it's literally the sixth time it has happened in a row.

Very hit and miss. Sometimes they deliver as ler the brand as expected then other times gets the order wrobg, food is luke warm. Generally you do pay for what you get though tbh. My recent bisit was good though. Polite, on point and my coffee and burger was hot and all good.

All the food is cold and he didn't even come to my door I had to walk all the way down the road two roads away just to get my order!!!!! Fuming is a understatement.

If they forget part of your order, you don't get a full refund. So you'd have to pay the delivery fee again plus wait another hour for delivery. My burger always arrives cold if they don't forget it. I'm assuming this location is understaffed.

Double quarter pounder with cheese, came with the 2nd patty with half missing. Cold Chips, Cold and Split Coffee. took over 15 minutes after the expected delivery time to be delivery.

Just a cheap burger joint, great grandson likes it but I had one of there burgers once and it was like 3 bits of cardboard never had one of there burgers since it's ok for kids

I visited this McDonalds around three weeks ago with my wife and two children. We placed our order and waited 30 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, it was cold. I then had to go and request a refund, which took another 20 minutes! During this time, I noticed at least two other customers seeking refunds and over 15 people still waiting for their food. I recently returned to get a coffee and witnessed a man arguing with the manager about a wrong order, so I decided to leave immediately. This establishment is poorly managed. The manager—whose name I’m unsure of—needs to be replaced. She seems to lack the necessary skills and has a poor attitude. If this continues, I fear this location will close down. I urge the owner of this McDonald's chain to find a new manager.

On this occasion the food was excellent which makes a great change! But…. Straws missing for the 2nd time in a week!

Food was cold, all of it! No straws with drink & none of the ordered dips arrived. The food was slapped together so haphazardly that the inside of the bag was filled with lettuce and a random burger patty (probably from the Big Mac but it was hard to tell). Only plus was the very polite delivery driver.

Went through the empty drive through, we were told to park up and wait. 30 minutes it took for a cold fillet of fish. Must have been 15+ cars parked up waiting for their food. Goodness knows who running this

Express order before taking the Ferry, the lady at the drive was great, fast and efficient, the service a little less... I had to go inside to collect my order, and I missed dessert for the happy meal.... But we managed to take the Ferry on time 😉

Courier Advised that the Swing Bridge was closed but he made the extra effort to go all the way up to the A27 and then back down the C7 in order to make the delivery

Badly managed- absolute chaos. Waited 30 mins - order said ready to collect - then disappeared from the screen whilst others continued to come out (all late, so many people waiting) had to chase our order, then finally got it and had to rush. On our items different order numbers were on them (one was 40 and our order was 69). Seems they were just taking items from any order to get smaller orders out quicker eg one item- but it completely messed up the system and it was out of control. We only had 2 meals with a couple of extras! Heard from others they had been waiting longer. If they just stuck to the system and delivered items to customers in order…as they were made…then the average waiting time would be better. Seems a common experience at this McDonald’s from the feedback from other people waiting! Kept hearing management shout ‘we’ve got this’ to staff out back…they really didn’t. Won’t be coming here for ‘fast’ food again lol.
