Chips were cold, everything else fine

Everything you'd expect from a McDonald's. Staff are great.

Bought happy meal for grandson last night, got out of the car and the box wasn't put together properly and the food all fell through the bottom onto the road. All wasted.

problem after problem. never any straws, order is incorrect and cold. chips are saltless. sort yourselves out. bunch of mouth breathers

delivery driver stopped down the road. I was watching on map he was there for 10 minutes. his friends car was broken down wo he decided to help him when my house was a 30 second walk away. my food is now cold I want a refund.

Food was tasty but the breakfast muffin was poorly assembled. I tend to like my food inside the muffin as opposed stuck to the wrapper!! Waiting times are SHOCKING!! Waited over 35 mins for a relatively small order. There appears to be no order with the delivery of food, people who came in after us got served before us.

Food cold and missing salsa dips

I spent £29 on my breakfast order and it didn't arrive! McDonald's said the courier deleiverd it to the wrong address!!! I'm not happy at all, I'm disgusted that someone delivered to the wrong address and with them knowing that , they didn't even offer to correct it! will not be using this again. it's disgusting service

Food was cold; chips were leathery and stale. We were asked to park up and wait; as were so many others there was no more room in the car park. Signs say it's closing for improvements. Hopefully this will be not only to the building but also the food.

Lid on the drink was not closed properly. This ended up spilling everywhere!!

Got the wrong burger asked for a double quarter cheese burger and gave me a double cheeseburger

This is the second time I have ordered from here and on both occasions I have multiple things missing from my order, they havnt even been big orders either

The delivery was on time but I am not happy with McDonald’s! They sent half the order wrong + I am still awaiting a reply on a refund

Flies everywhere inside, and food took ages to be ready

Food was slightly cold and they kept changing expected delivery time all the time, it finally arrived about an hour and 15 mins after ordering, although cant complain as it is a Saturday night.

Food was cold and chips were short measured not very happy

Shocking. Ordered 20x nuggets only had 18. Ordered a separate 6x nuggets didn't come. Ordered a chicken and bacon wrap with no onion. They took the bacon out. One of the burgers ordered was half in the box (broken box) the other half was in the bag!

Such a great service this evening, often time with delivery, especially with McDonalds it arrives cold and missing items, however this time everything arrived hot and nothing was missing, also the delivery was slightly early. Much appreciated from the staff and delivery driver!

I swear they’re incapable of putting straws and sauces in the bags… it’s actually really irritating.

Ordered McDonald’s from here and everything came but the drinks he didn’t even offer to go back and get them and I got refunded less than what they were together and nearly everytime we order from there we don’t get straws or sauces McDonald’s have to get better delivery people that don’t take the drinks

Driver could not find my address on the second time they rung dhe ended up telling me my address was wrong i told her that no other delivery driver has had a problem before she than hung up on me i will not be ordering from McDonald's again .

Most items missing no bread in burger sent double big mac no salad bread and cheese missing no cheese sticks. 20 nuggets missing wrong milkshake. Double quarter pounder missing this is now normal for orders from this branch my fourth in a row I will never use this app anymore. Give me my refund ASAP this time

Delivry time kept changing laye cold

Item came with pickles when I had asked them to be removed. The label even said no pickles. I had quite a nasty surprise

gave your driver directions over the phone then watched as he sat in his car for 3 minutes starring at me while my food went cold. as he approached my disabled bungalow it was clear to see that he was impaired either drugs or alcohol at 9.30 am!!!

I have had to leave my house in the rain to stop the delivery driver as he was driving around the estate. The order was missing so many items. This is such a poor service.

The Hardwicke Maccies is the best in Gloucester, despite being one of the smallest and busiest. I won't lie, parking, and the queue for the drive-through can be a mare. That said, it always has super fast service, the food is always hot, they rarely get the order wrong, and the milkshake and flurry machine works, unlike their nearest neighbour. And their staff are super friendly.

We ordered a big order from Mcdonald’s and some items were missing, it happens every time, i ordered the missing items again which cost me more money, i would like a refund otherwise i won’t be coming to you again

Always waaay too busy both in store and drive thru. Nightmare waiting for food. And the food when it come sub par and cold. Foul! Other better Maccys not far away.

Went around the world with our order, then drove up the wrong street twice, then finally found us, and our food was stone cold.

Pre ordered on app. Double Cheeseburger, 9 selects and hamburger happy meal with 2 large fries. Had to park up even though ordered in advance. When home in bag triple burger, box mcnuggets and chicken nugget happy meal. Oh and only 1 large fries. The only thing that was correct was the drinks!!!! Had to drive back, explain and wait again. When order delivered checked and they had forgotten to put in the selects. Waited again.... No apology, No offer of compensation, No idea of Customer service

We ordered 2 x happy meals and cookies for after. Not a big order but they still can’t get it right. Cookies missing. Ok we can get refund but unhappy kids you can’t fix as easy.

We were treated like kings. The staff are priceless, I cannot speak highly enough of them. There courteous manner and excellent knowledge is a credit. I was an individual who was recognised from my conversation with a member of your staff, when booking this visit. We struck 2 coins and whilst sitting in the restaurant a member of staff thanked me for visiting them and gave me the book, the 'History of the Royal Mint' I have always wanted to visit the Royal Mint and I was not disappointed, quite the opposite. We will return.

Whole order was complete and nothing was missing, also arrived quickly and still hot, hope this service continues and not just a one off.

Guy got lost outside my house for half an hour, after calling he eventually finds me. I thought my food was going to be cold.. turns out he didn't even bring the food. Just the milkshake. Which was now well on its way to melting. What a nightmare, honestly.

Terrible service every time we order for delivery items are aways missing

driver rang doorbell and dumped food on the doorstep then left before I could answer the door. he didn't even wait to see if it was the correct address or if collected.

no problem with the delivery at all, the problem is that i am missing an iced latte and my food is completely cold this to me is a MacDonalds error as the bags were sealed therefore wasn't put in and the driver only took 6 minutes to deliver which indicates it was cold leaving the restaurant.

Really disappointing, order was missing items from the “meal” no fries, no dips. No answer from the restaurant when called. Terrible customer service.
