McDonald's in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Once again McDonald’s Aberdare haven’t sent out half of my order! Twice in a row now! Food was stone cold and I’m missing 2 kids happy meals!!

Stale and cold food. Service like there is no service at all. Waiting ages for order with barely anybody in and empty drive.

Well what a massive differance to this one in aberdare compared to the 2 we have in merthyr. Food hot and correct order. Place was spotless , staff pleasant and helpful. Well done aberdare branch .

Fast food my ass!!!! Food cold as a dead carcus aswell.

They park you up every single time with hardly any parking spaces free, then forget you’re even there leaving you sat there for 45+ minutes

I ordered just before 12 last night, it should of been here by 1am it never arrived. I have put a report in and have just received an email to say they are unable to give me a refund based on their information. Yet I live in a block of flats which you cannot get access to unless I buzz them in. They have no proof that it did get delivered because it never did. Now I am out of pocket and have paid for a load of food which never got delivered. will never be using just eat again will stick to uber

Food was cold & tasteless. I ordered garlic mayo (which i paid 70p) didn't receive it, instead I had a free salsa dip which I requested not to have. Dont think I will be in a rush to order again.

Apologies in advance for giving 1 star I am unable to give zero stars. The manager needs to have a bit of self reflection. For many years at this restaurant very similar to other McDonald restaurants I've experienced. At Aberdare, several examples I have had very large orders 12 plus people only half the food when arrive home. It's the norm. I reported that my 11 year old daughter and friend had their food sat down and a gang of male peers bullied them stole their food ate it in front of them and my daughters friend cried and they left the restaurant upset. I rang Aberdare McDonald's spoke to the manager didn't have a clue how to respond so gave advise on what she needed to do. Lucky I was working away I was told by my police friends there wasn't much they could do but they should have looked themselves and band the boys from the restaurant. Last weekend our friends stayed over and went for a McDonald's breakfast ordered on their app waited and the food didn't come after 40 minutes asked and they said the order didnt come through butvwas taken out of their account. We tried to get a refund for them gave the receipt they said it could be anyone's receipt you need a bank statement. What a joke. I would be ashamed of the reputation of the restaurant and would resign if I worked there. So yesterday had 4500 points from the monopoly tokens, wife went in there to claim the food and the girl scanned the points then they disappeared and she said ow you must not have enough points and only gave the fries. Yes she was young and inexperienced but we gave up years ago and have many times travelled to merthyr and neath just to have normal service.

Absolutely shocking yet again. Missing fries and the coke was completely watered down as if it were from the tap. Ridiculous

Probably the worst McDonald’s in Wales. Long waits, the worst put together burgers you will ever see and wrap that falls apart as soon as you take it out of package.

Terrible service I waited hours for the food to arrive for it to be cold I want someone to call me to discuss this as I had to order food else where as my kids were hungry with the long wait n the refund given doesn’t cover the order I made which was £16 odd

Awful, staff not trained in any sort of customer services, kitchen staff haven’t got a care in the world when it comes to the food. I have been asked to park up every time I go through the drive thru and then it takes close to 15/20mins to arrive.

If I could give zero star I would as I have waited over 2 hours for the order to be delivered and now it is saying that the order has been delivered but I have not received it.

The amount of food I've paid for from this McDonald's and never actually received is ridiculous. Don't bother ordering from here. Uber don't even refund you when they say they're going to so they are literally just stealing.

Shambles it’s dirty staff laugh at you when you say you haven’t got your food but its not on the screen anymore waited over half an hour watching other orders that ordered after being done .. if I hadn’t have asked where my food is it would have never been made and still the got the order wrong the chips were just warm potato . The machines wasn’t giving receipts so can’t even go on to make a complaint against the place . There is no excuse for the amount of mess everywhere bins full , rubbish all on the floor if you can’t handle the level of busyness then they shouldn’t be open I will never go back to that place if you payed me , that is the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to

Worst service for delivery ever. Spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund as yet again there was food missing from my order only to be told I couldn’t have one as I couldn’t come to store and it was non refundable on their own app or Ubers.Tried blaming delivery company but this store has had this exact same problem for over 2 years and has still done nothing to improve it’s ability to deliver a full order.

everything I ordered was there and the delivery man was a pure gentleman and respectful towards my property as is difficult to find also but delivery man was great. food was lovely. thank you.

Absolutely poor service as the 2 burgers were handed in the wrapping paper one in each hand. When asked the lady to put them in a bag, she kind of thrown them in. This is how they look when I unwrapped them. Absolutely poor service and food quality. I saw a few people complaining that day, so I thought that was normal there and didn't even bother calling the manager. Clearly, the manager is ok with what's going on...

for the first time ever, I had everything including dips and a straw! so who ever was working 18th late shift thank you.

I went through the drive through. Once again, as happens in almost all McDonalds, the fries were almost cold. I went back for a replacement and they weren’t much better so I gave up. Either the heat lamps which keep them warm weren’t working, or they weren’t discarding cold fries which is supposed to happen. The Big Mac was fine, and although the chocolate shake was good, it had too much mix in it (the syrup that’s added inside the shake machine). I have worked in McDonalds in the past as a trainer so I know how it’s done. These guys could do better. I think it’s a management problem.

Didn’t even get my other burger or my sauce

There was no chips, the food was absolutely freezing and all the chicken nuggets were loose at the bottom of the bag. The milkshake had melted completely and split everywhere. Really really disappointed. Asked for sauces also and none in the bag. This food was for my children and it's completely freezing. Makes no sense at all why it was cold when McDonald's is 5 minutes from my house. Really annoyed. I want my money back.

Absolutely disgusting with what happend today at aberdare McDonald's myself and my children went through the drive through the que took ages when I finally got by the bit to say my order. I said finally can I please have 2 boxes of chicken nuggets. After giving my order the man that served me forgot to knock of his mic and I could here him saying to his works friends about me saying 'finally' and how I'm very lucky he didn't come out and head but me!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and all the manger could say was il speak to him!!!!! Getting worse and worse there 😫

Just eat estimated delivery time was 15-20minutes when delivery actually took 50 minutes. When food arrived it came without fries and sauce.

I have always loved a McDonald's takeaway over the years, but recently I've been quite disappointed in the quality and standard of food that's being served there now and the VERY HIGH prices on not only the food and drinks, but delivery charges too. I used the McDonald's app and was quite shocked at how much it cost me for one meal and a drink served directly to my door. McDonald's was my favourite takeaway but i simply cannot afford to spend that type of money on a burger and fries. They are simply rushing poorly made food out and charging the earth for it.

Ordered on uber eats, took 2 hours to come, fries and burgers freezing, with wrong burgers and missing stuff. Times on burgers made hours ago.

Ordered via machine restaurant was in a disgusting state tables and bins full of used food ..waited nearly 25 mins for a burger and fries these were left on the side the person calling number was whispering out the numbers...appalling customer service when told food was cold ...worker said and? ..management need to look at the staff serving at this 4pm 28/8/24

Food always looks like it's been thrown together, if you even get all of your items. Twice in the last 3 orders we've had whole meals missing on delivery so think it's time to give up on that. Buying in store isn't much better, most times I have to ask for a forgotten item. It used to be a little treat for the kids but lately the prices have gone up a lot but the quality or quantity hasn't improved at all (I know this is the case everywhere, so not blaming McDonalds). Some staff can be helpful and friendly but a lot of them obviously don't want to be there and it shows.
