The manager crashed out after i ordered 2 sweet chilli dips

Went in and ordered to take away, the server (older lady, glasses with a white shirt) was quite abrupt not only to me but also the previous two customers in front of me, and most of the staff looked miserable. Had the deluxe mccrispy which was actually quite nice and well put together, but the chips were not fresh and were a bit stale .

Staff very helpful and good value for money. Especially for senior citizens like me.

Is ok for something quick to eat but sometimes get warm food and not hot but always changed if you take it back

Always used the drive thru, never really had any big queues and the food is always correct and hot which is usually for McDonald's

Everytime I go either, chips are so limp it resembles spaghetti, can't remember the last time they were actually crispy, burgers look they have been rolled down a hill and thrown in the box, then thrown the bag. If your lucky the food will be over 20 degree, I remember once it was warm. But never hot. Today I literally vowed never to return. I rather take my chances not catching salmonella at KFC.

Carry out not a long wait but lots of kids hanging about outside messing the area not McDonald's fault.

Asked for no pickle and it came with pickle?

Nice staff , good coffee. Food is fine and you don't have to wait to long. Better than the one Fraserburgh.

The food was just as you'd expect, from a McDonald's. It exactly what I wanted, for tonight's meal. I went with table service and had it brought out to me. A great idea. The only adverse comment is against the straws. I know why but, *cardboard* ones are not the answer. It didn't survive to halfway through a medium shake.

The best Mac in this area. Potato was delicious.

Had a takeaway on Sunday lunchtime....not great. The sauce was very spicy, I guess to make up for the lack of taste. Chips...had a few and the rest went in the bin ..soggy and tasteless.

Why are the chips always cold from this place

Unclean tables rarely wiped down.

We visit often. There are queues. Service is ok.

Tried calling McDonald’s and asked for a Big Mac meal , immediately hung up. I’ve been struggling to find food since I’m homeless and have 2 kids and some stranger gave me some money, I wanted to finally feed my kids and me by getting McDonald’s and getting a immediate hang up.

It's a pain having to always ask for salt, and to pay for a bag, not McD's fault, but totally nuts! Food was good as always.

Extremely busy and very small inside. Service was slow positively because it was busy but still. Food was rotten even for a McDonald's milkshake that tasted of nothing. And fries were not cooked well. Very disappointed kids.

Food and service was good. Went to toilet and a female member of staff came in, went to toilet and didn't wash her hands. Shocking in so many ways!

During the covid 19 pandemic I came here quite alot and every time I would order a bacon double cheeseburger for 13 weeks straight there was no bacon on my burger there must be something going on in that kitchen because almost every time you go something will be missing not to mention the greecy iPad screens but it’s McDonalds so the food is amazing

Had the new mcspicy and it was made well, hot and not messy built. I also had a cheeseburger which wasn’t that warm but wasn’t terrible. Fries seemed they’d been sitting a while

Burger was dry Wrap had sauce I asked pacificly no sauce You can no longer add on ingredients to burgers now I was advised which is a shame as I liked mayonnaise since I can’t have mustard or tomato sauce due to an allergy with ingredients commonly in sauces.

Went drive thru today and ordered a meal deal and chose a latte for my drink also ordered a cheeseburger and another latte. Only received 1 latte and was told when I queried I only paid for 1 drink. Was told we would have to go back to drive thru and order another drink or go inside and order. Offered to pay at collection window but Assistant manager said we couldn't do that and was told to move on or he would call the police. Food cold. Latte only luke warm. Never again.

Typical McDonald's - no milkshakes! A failing of McDonald's that they just don't get sorted. Wife had a meal - I didn't as it frustrates me.

Chips are always luke warm, receipt on self service machine never works, staff always friendly. Need to up your game McDonald's.

I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru parking bay as I was asked to take a space and wait. As cars came and went I remained. Eventually I went into the restaurant to be told they had deleted my order and would need to start again. The restaurant was quiet, the drive thru not overly busy but the delivery orders seemed very busy, giving priority to deliveries seems to be the way things are going. Not happy. I got my money back and left. First time in over 20 years I’ve had a bad experience at this outlet.

We sat in, the place was not warm! Food was OK, chips not the hottest they could have been. Place could have been cleaner, some tables look worn.

Went in there quite late in the evening and there was a load of kids in there making a load of noise and swearing I was not overly impressed I'm a disabled person and needed to eat if it was not for that I would have just walked out food was also like warm

It's a burger bar drive thru, what can you really say?

Would be great if my 11 year old who was trying to order online didn't get a threatening voicemail from some idiot telling her that he has forwarded her number onto the police. She accidentally called you for goodness sake.

Today's Big Mac was virtually cold and there was no caramel flavour in the caramel coffee.

Absolutely useless. Consistently get the order wrong. Today I got someone else’s order and then they argued with me regarding what I actually ordered and tried to tell me the had no record of it. I always order a plain cheeseburger but it’s never plain, tired of giving them chance after chance for the kids benefit from now on we’ll go to kfc across the road.

The McDonald's is a bit of a successful day and I will be in the car park at 10 30 tomorrow morning so we are on the bus to London now and then I can get the stuff that goes on the list of things 😁

The food was better than average for a McDonald's but the server, a small Spanish? woman was curt and unfriendly. She made me feel quite unwelcome.

Breakfast recipt in hand. So av obvz paid for it. It was 11.01 so never got my breakfast. Yes after paying for it. Dont get it. Money went to charity cuz I was just dumbfounded

Always had very prompt and friendly service from this branch of McDonald's, mostly using the drive thru service but inside always feels clean and well presented. Car park is on the small side but that's naturally no fault of the staff that run the place.

Mr crispy chicken meal was very nice, don't care for the McDonald's fries 🍟 Very busy McDonald's and well worth giving it a go for a bite to eat

Of all the mcds I’ve tried, this branch in Peterhead has always produced much better quality burgers. The bread doesn’t crumble, so I think they only use fresh bread that hasn’t been frozen? I don’t know, but much better than any other Mcds.

This is a nice place to meet friends and know you will have a nice meal or snack. We have been a few times now and shall continue to go there.

Went through the drive thru and asked for a sausage mcmuffin, no cheese and was served a sausage and egg mcmuffin, no cheese, went back around and explained to be told it's because they are sausage and egg mcmuffin 🙃 Never had this problem in my life at any other McDonald's, maybe it was the scouse twang 🤔 😂 Piping hit food and served with a smile, can't ask for much more 👌🏼

Not so good today. Mcchicken should have shredded lettuce and mayo in it. It didn't but had a lump of this in corner of box. Bun was burnt. Also no ice in drink. Looks like all done by someone who doesn't know what they are doing.

It's a McDonald's you know what you are getting food wise the staff were friendly and the service was fast.

Ordered online but when I arrived at stance, the online "I'm here" wasn't working so hard to leave the car and go inside to place my order from the beginning. Took twice as long to order. The member of staff, (Gordon in Peterhead branch) was so apologetic and helped me place order. He also explained about the discount codes, which got me £5 off my order.

Twice was a week MacDrive and waited a very long time.

Sat in to eat burger quality was rubbish it was a triple cheese place was very busy and furniture worn out with wear marks on table top

Staff friendly, food not so good I've either had hair in my meal or plastic or pancakes over cooked. So anyone else in my house if want to risk eating from McDonald's up to them me won't eat from them again

Having visited McDonalds around the world, it's nice that one of the best is situated locally. Sure, they have occassional glitches (depending on staff) but the majority of the time the service is great. Good coffee too. Not quite up to the Starbucks across the road on that front, but at half the price it's more than half the quality. It's clean and the drive through is efficient during busy times (again staff depending). In my experience, this is as good as McDonalds gets. I also like the fact they're serving more meat-free options like the beyond meat McPlant. Taste better than the burgers (imo) and definitely healthier too.

Good location for a short truck stop.. Can park a little further up on road outside. The restaurant is clean. Toilets were clean. Friendly staff and food was served hot. One of the better McDonald's I have been to.

Frozen burger and soggy chips..shocking

Drove miles to it, ordered food had to wait for it 10 min so went back home discovered that order not complete and had other stuff instead , and that's not the first time , food its ok but common get people that can hear what u ordering 😞 instead pressing wrong order buttons

It's McDonalds. The staff are all fairly friendly. The food is changeable. It's sometimes hot and fresh. It's sometimes limp and cold. The chances of getting your order correct is 50/50. Seems to be a lot of mistakes made which range from an order of fries missing to no dips. Not enough to ruin a meal, but disappointing at the time though. Oh and the new paper straws are worse than awful.
